This was hands down the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon. I understand that not all salons carry the same products, and it was fine that they didn't have what I originally wanted. The problem wasn't that--it was everything that happened after. The nail tech became visibly annoyed when I changed my service (after the manager informed me they didn't carry the product I requested). I agreed to just do a gel manicure, but when she brought out acrylic powder, I told her again that I only wanted gel on my natural nails. She questioned me about my first request, I clarified again, and from then on her attitude completely shifted. She ignored me, very obviously spoke about me to the pedicure tech in their native language, and then called over the manager as if there was a problem, which there wasn't. From that point forward, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She grabbed my hand roughly, buffed my nails harshly, and clearly did not want to do the service. When I pointed out an obviously uneven nail, she barely corrected it. The final result was terrible: * Uneven nails of different lengths * Sloppy polish with streaks and residue * Polish left on my skin * A chipped corner on one nail * Bumps where the nail bed wasn't buffed properly * Cuticles completely ignored (just oil slapped on at the end) This was supposed to be a $40 "gel manicure,"but looked like something I could've done at home in the dark. To make matters worse, while I was paying, the tech came up to the counter, started arguing with the manager in their native language, pointing aggressively at the screen, and then stormed out. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior and reflects terribly on the salon. I still paid, because I'm not like that, but I will never come back. Employees like this can ruin a business's reputation, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this salon at all. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the frustration. read more

Terrible experience. I booked for a gel manicure, but from the moment I arrived, everything was unorganized. I was passed between four different technicians, constantly moved to different tables, and left soaking in hot water without explanation. I told them my nails are very thin and asked them not to use the drill -- they did it anyway and completely ruined my nails. No one listened, no one explained anything. Extremely unprofessional. This place is not good at all and should not be considered by anyone looking for quality service. Never again. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon very down to earth, not loud but also not oddly silent, quiet chatter, and the techs always hold good conversation. But Cindy is the best and most talented tech I have ever used. I work in the medical field and have to keep short natural nails, and she does a fantastic job of keeping them both classy and natural with a touch of personality. I don't always get a chance to keep them fresh but with Cindy's work, you never have to worry about breaking, chipping, or peeling. She is an amazing artist in freehand design and always leaves a signature of her work with a touch of my personality on my ring finger. I make the drive from Azle just for Envy nails! read more

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO! Took my daughter so we could get dip nails. The couple of tips they put on her are barely attached, the dip job is very uneven & lumpy, they cut her fingers filing, filed ends crooked. Asked them if they would please fix & the gentleman was very condescending and rude & filed them even worse. My daughter was in literal tears from the cuts & his attitude. Full set and pedicure. Connie did an awesome job on my full set and she listened to all my concerns. Connie couldnt wait to get to her station so i could set my phone down and watch my television show with ease. Vanney did a great job on my pedicure and my feet felt so soft and pampered when I left. I will be back sooner than later because I loved my treatment there. Oh and then there is the ice and drinks also amazing. The while experience was great from the greeting at the door to me leaving out of the door. The entire staff is delightful and great people to work with. I popped in on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was so friendly, asked for, and used my name. I was stunned because I have never had that kind of service at a manicure/pedicure bar in 20+ years. She went over the offerings and confirmed what I wanted plus pricing. The then brought me to my technician (Kathy) who was lovely. Poor lady had the job of beautifying a 3+ month non-pedicured foot and she is a miracle worker. I had the lavender pedicure which was great. The aesthetic inside is clean and modern. It was a great experience and I'm glad I have a go to place when in Arlington. read more

I had a broken nail and powder was still attached to my real nail...she placed a tip on top on the existing powder...red flag. Mind you...I'm getting a fill...I had stiletto nails...she proceeds to shape some almond and a few stiletto...some skinny...some thick...some longer than others. Was watching her so hard...failed to see that the pedicure lady...had my two big toe shaped completely different...I have powder on my big toes...no attempt was made to smooth the powder...even after I asked...when I mentioned I did not like the shape of the toes...the lady on nails...interjects and says she does not see anything wrong...I go to explain and she literally cut me off...took the back of her and hand and push my hand out of the way....And continued to try to talk to me about my nails...it took all I had not to commit assault and battery up in that bitch....needless to say...I won't be back. read more

My girlfriend review of this place: I've been going to this nail place for a while now & when I first started coming the service was great, quality & everything was on point. But, it saddens me to say that over time all of these things just started to go away & be replaced with rushed work & laziness. And now it's months later & I am looking for a new nail tech & place to go. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone & will no longer be coming back hoping for the best. If your looking for a nail salon, keeping looking because this isn't it. The gorgeous atmosphere doesn't make up for the low bar service & sub par product. I recently got what I thought would be a simple Dip French manicure with tips & it's only been about 5 days & 2 of my nails are broken & the glossy overlay on some of my nails are starting to chip. I paid almost $75 for this set & even though this place does offer a 20% discount on a 2nd service, they up charge for everything(shape, length, design,etc). I just got my nails done here and had a really bad experience. I got Bel, and was excited due to the positive reviews here. I asked for ombré and showed a picture of what i wanted. My nails are uneven, unblended, she didn't pay attention the entire time and hurt my finger badly because of this. I asked if she was going to blend them and she said yes, but never did. We have to go to a big event tomorrow so I took my girl here last weekend for mani-pedis. I usually get one too even though they are not my favorite. My girl very much enjoyed the experience and it's on par with all the other nail joints in the area. The massage chairs here are probably my favorite - they didn't make me ache the next few days like so many others do. The pedicure was good but man, the towels and wax were a bit too hot for me. I had to be brave and tough it out. Yes I am a wimp. Anyhow, I noticed the clipping and filing on my hands and feet was a bit rough. I hate when they scrape your finger tips when filing down the nails. Also my fingernails didn't have a nice shiny sheen to them like other places do. But - they do gel dip manicures here and that's what my girl got. The nails look amazing and have held up great this week. No chipping or anything. The place is cute and clean inside. New management is currently taking over but it was over a good experience. I got a hot stone pedicure and gel manicure. I was very pleased with both. Tess did a very good job. I am so unhappy with this place. I had been there before with no issues. I go back to get my nails done. The lady is rude starts saying if she hurts me to let her know every time I told her she was hurting me she would keep going. Cut me multiple times. Cut a chunk of skin off from filing to hard. And when I was finally bleeding she tried to keep going. They acted as if it was inconvenient to help and fix the problem. I come back two days later very unhappy my nails would start lifting if they weren't fixed because of how much acrylic is over my cuticles there are holes in the acrylics and I'm just very unhappy. They got very unhappy when I said I wanted my nails fixed. Unprofessional and rude to say the least. Told me to come back in 30 minutes to get them fixed. I do not recommend this place. read more

I've been here a few times, twice for pedicures and once for acrylics. The people are nice and the service is good but I CANNOT get over the lack of sanitation. When I went for my nails just the other day the work station was dirty and wasn't cleaned before starting my service. Nail dust on everything, used nail files, drill bits, and dirty bottles. She cut me twice and probably will use that same file on someone else after! As a licensed cosmetologist I can't go back in good conscience. read more

my initial experience was great. I had one technician doing my pedicure and another doing my manicure and I felt totally pampered. My nails looked great and I felt great. Two days later my gel, manicure chipped and after four days I had six chipped nails. So I came in to have them repaired, and the lady at the front seemed annoyed because I had not made an appointment to see the technician who initially did my nails. When I had called the day before, they didn't tell me that I needed an appointment. So she begrudgingly said that she could fix my nails and I agreed. She did an extremely sloppy job. The color of the white that she used did not match the original white and she left air bubbles in my nails. She left paint on my fingers, and was not very pleasant .
