UPDATE 3/3/18: Service: Service has really improved. I was offered a drink immediately and felt welcomed. Quality and skill: Amy did my dip full set and she did an awesome job! No blemishes and everything was straight. I had the coffin shape done and they're amazing. She also waxed my eyebrows and tinted them. Very good job. For my Lavender pedicure, Judy did them and she always checked with me to make sure the temperature for the water, hot towel, and hot stone was good for me. Her foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Overall: This salon will definitely be my go to place. I will be back soon! *********************************************************** Atmosphere: It's very beautiful inside. Nice and bright and elegant. Nice polished marble style tiles. Very slippery depending on what shoes you wear. My friend was showing me a nail polish and slid a Little with her shoe and dropped the polish. We apologized and the lady doing my friend nails was a little bothered. We did offer to pay for it. I'm pretty sure it's worth $1-$2. Service: 20% off special going on. We were helped right when we arrived. After waiting for about 5 minutes for the ladies to setup, we were not offered a drink. Most places that offer complimentary drinks ask before leaving to prepare your tray etc. Quality and skill: I had the deluxe pedicure done by Amy. Just a regular polish. I was very satisfied with my toes and overall experience. My friend had a full set done by Lily. When it comes to manicures and pedicures, those don't require as much skill but acrylics and dips etc need skill. My friend had red polish on and it was not fully removed and you can see red residue on her finished set. She had bubbles in her acrylics. It was mentioned and she was told it would dry. Incorrect, this isn't our first rodeo. Overall: I will give them another try in the future. Note to staff, be careful speaking in Vietnamese. You may be surprised that your customer inderstand A comment was made about how we broke a nail polish bottle before we left in Vietnamese. I made an appointment earlier in the day, and when I arrived there were only two other customers, yet the staff acted like I was interrupting them. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The most basic pedicure was $30, and it felt completely rushed. My cuticles were barely trimmed, and the overall quality just wasn't there. No one was friendly or engaging, and the only time they spoke to me was to try to upsell a $6 callus removal. A few quick swipes later, my heels are still rough, so definitely not worth it. To make matters worse, my nail tech was on her phone during my calf massage and even took a phone call. That felt incredibly unprofessional and made an already disappointing experience even worse. It honestly feels like if you're not spending a lot of money, you're not going to get good service here. I don't expect luxury treatment, but I do expect basic care and professionalism. The overall vibe of the salon just felt off and uncomfortable, which made the experience even worse. At this point, this is the 8th nail salon I've tried in my area, and I'm still searching for one that delivers consistent, quality service. If anyone has recommendations, I'm all ears. read more

Update: I have been coming here for a while for an acrylic overlay and gel pedicure, and initially, the service was great with no issues. Unfortunately, over time, the quality of service has significantly declined. On multiple occasions, my acrylic overlay was not fully cured, and once, the overlay started peeling off my nail. The same issue occurred with my toes, where the gel polish wasn't fully cured. Although they tried to fix it, the problems persisted. Most recently, my acrylic overlay began lifting again, and instead of properly fixing it, the technician filed down my natural nail and applied gel on top, claiming it would help. Unfortunately, this only resulted in my nail breaking -- and it was a nail I had been growing out for a long time. My nails take a long time to grow, so I was very upset by this. To make matters worse, they also over-filed my nails to the point where I now experience pain and am unable to get them done. After several calls to inform them of my issues, they did attempt to make repairs, but the solutions didn't resolve the problems, and it became repetitive to keep asking for fixes. I also want to mention that after I raised concerns, the staff didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made me uncomfortable. This negatively impacted my overall experience. I spoke with the owner a couple of times, and while she encouraged me to return and give them another chance, I've reached the point where I feel it's no longer worth it. This last visit was the final straw. I even told the technician that if they needed to take a different approach to ensure my nails would last, they should have communicated that with me. After all, they are the professionals. Until they address their staff issues and improve their service consistency, I will not be returning. read more

Awesome experience! We've been here before and have always had great pedicures, but today was really wonderful. The staff was very kind (as always), the pedicure and massage were very relaxing, and the gentleman at the front desk even walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining so hard. That thoughtful gesture really went above and beyond (and he did it for other clients too!). Such a lovely way to end a spa day. read more

I visited this establishment with high hopes yo get a full set. I've been here plenty of times before with family as well. I asked for long nails, Zoir advised that it would be $65 just for the nails, and then I added Chrome, which was an additional $15. Zoie started out doing my nails, and then some other lady came to take over. Again, we went over pricing and understanding of what I wanted, whole while I'm thinking she knew what she's doing. Boy, was I wrong! My nails all 10 of them came out clumpy, wide thick, and a plethora of different shapes, not mention different lengths. I advised Zoie that I was not happy with the lady's work. The lady immediately got offended and very defensive and started to increase her volume when speaking to me. Meanwhile, I advised Zoie that I just wanted what I asked for in which is what I thought I was getting. I even ended up paying for the nails that I wanted with the hopes of returning the next morning to get the situation rectified to my liking. Wrong! The guy at the front called Zoie, and the lady who did my nails saw me and instantly had an attitude again. The man visibly seen my nails and just shook his head as he was able to see why I was complaining, nevertheless he kept shoving $20 at me saying that's all they can do, because clearly the lady didn't want to or didn't know how to fix my nails. The absolute worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to go here for nails, especially if you love nails as much as I do. They are good for pedicures, and that's just about it. I originally went in for pink solar nails and the pink ended up being to clear so you could see all the imperfections underneath the nail. I called the store and asked if I could come back up there and show them the imperfections I could see and they agreed. I picked a gel polish (as a quick fix but not what I originally wanted) and there is bubbles and bumps in the nail. I'm just not satisfied:/ I would not recommend coming here and won't be back again. read more

I have been using Nina for years. Not sure where she is because I will be told that she is on vacation or they aren't sure when she is coming back. So, I used another lady and she dug so deep my toe nail is infected. At the time, I though she must be really thorough. I never had someone go so deep. It really hurts after a week and it's gross and red. So, after she finishes my feet, I changed my mind and thought I'd get my nails done. She actually turned me away and said you're nails are fine, we will do them next time. I was a little surprised cause who turns down more money? The man who manages the place was in the back room or I would have asked for someone else but I guess I was so surprised she turned me away I just walked out. I decided I was never going back but now that my toenail is infected and red, I decided I had to review this place after years of going. read more

I left a Google review for the service I received last week. I took my grandmother to the nail salon and was told they had color matching polish, which is what the manager stated at first, and then decided to say that not all the colors match, so basically he provided FALSE Information. The color matching wasn't the problem it was the rude staff. I didn't get this lady name, but She was rough on my nails and decided to argue with me the WHOLE entire time I was there. She wasn't listening and I was still not satisfied with the service. I even told the manager about the service I received from that lady and he did absolutely NOTHING. My grandmother and I will not be returning until those people that are currently there LEAVE. I spent $75 on crappy nails and HORRIBLE customer service. I'm really sad. It was my 30th birthday and it has been about a year since I have gotten my nails done so my husband treats me for a full set and a nice pedicure. Well my nails did not look good at all. First of all I asked for acrylic with French tips and then the lady started to do dip which I do not like because it was all bumpy and did not look natural. Also two nails fell off 3 days later and they wouldn't fix them without charging me. The only reason why I gave 1 Star was because it was clean and really nice inside and they offered me a water. This place is officially my go-to nail salon. When you walk in, you're greeted with smiling faces and a relaxing environment. There's so many options to choose from when it comes to nail choices, and everything is very clean and organized. I came here for my birthday after doing some research and this place didn't disappoint. My mother got a dip nails with Signature's Special Pedicure, and it has sooo many luxuries for the price. I got the Heavenly Pedicure, and I must say that it was the best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Both of our pedicures were very relaxing and the staff were happy to do it. The staff was very professional and friendly, and didn't try to sell me into purchasing other things. I noticed that they changed their menu items, so I took pictures of them for future reference and pricing. Really liked this place at first- they were friendly and accurately priced but I've been coming here for a few months now and my nails never last more than 1-2 weeks. They start chipping or breaking all together. They definitely need to upgrade their products. Finally made the decision to stop coming here when I was drying my nails and a huge grasshopper kept moving around the area near me. 3 staff members saw and none of them did anything about it. Lastly, the nail tech who had done my nails the past few times was really aggressive moving my arms and hands every few minutes continuously telling me to "stop moving" when I wasn't at all- it got super uncomfortable after the 2nd-3rd time when I was just sitting still.. not sure what she wanted from me but she was definitely frustrated about it. Amazing service! I got a pedicure and as I was getting in my car to leave, I accidentally scuffed my nail polish. I went back in to ask them to fix it and they quickly got it fixed. Believe it or not, when I got back in my car, I scuffed my polish AGAIN!! I was SO embarrassed but the staff was incredibly nice and fixed my nail polish again. They went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated their kindness. read more

After years of bad experiences at nail salons I was saddened that I had to leave my favorite shop in the Euless area bc it was too far. Of course, I was thrilled when I discovered Signature in Arlington. I have been coming here now for about 8 month and I love it. It's clean, they have quality products, and the staff is great. Andy and Zoe are very professional in their leadership of the staff. And Mary and Elly do good work. They are all nice and positive with clients!  The only reason I rate them a 4 instead of a 5 is bc it appears that at this time they're going through growing pains and there's been a little turnover in staff. The last 2 times I've been, my service was done by new staff. Both of them rushed and didn't offer the level of detail and care I'm accustomed to receiving here. Usually my dips last 3 weeks, but last time two of my nails broke in 3 days. And this time the lady was moving so fast she kept burning me. 1st it was with the water, then with the file when taking the jail off my nails, then with the hot towels. But after I pointed it out to her and praised the high level of quality I usually get there, she slowed down and took more care. As of now I still like it here, but I'm going to keep an eye out for how Andy and Zoe handles the changes. I hope they are able to reinforce the level of quality service they offer as new employees come in who may have worked at subpar salons join their establishment. Also they have to keep enough staff during peak times so that the nail techs don't feel pressure to rush and sacrifice quality. read more
