Initially everything was going good, nice customer service, quick to start the nails. Where it went downhill is the work. It is horrible and especially for $130 in this economy. While getting a pedicure, one of the ladies cut my toe very badly, it's cleaned up in the photo I've attached, however it was bleeding bad in the salon and very painful. I asked for milky white polish on the toes, and well it's plain white.. they also don't paint the full nail. To top it off the lady doing my nails added so many coats of gel polish that the nails were chunky and thick looking. I specifically asked for straight square shape nails, and I would expect them to be nicely shaped for the price. The lady did not even attempt to fix the shape. When it was time to pay I told the man at the counter my concerns and he did not care. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go somewhere that does better work. I had to come home and fix my nails shape myself. What a horrible experience for $130. No tip of course with this work.

A lot of times I communicate with the nail tech the look that I want, and they don't understand, and I end up with something I didn't want. I decided to visit this nail salon on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. I didn't realize all the harmful chemicals that are in traditional nail ingredients until i got to talking to the nail techs as Nail Vibes. They pride themself on using non-toxic products that are free of harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polishes, including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide or xylene. They also use Hema-free polishes, HEMA Free gel polishes significantly reduce the risk of allergic reactions and skin sensitivities. Like WOW! I had no idea and the last thing they really care about is having cruelty-free products. yay for animal lovers! They focus on Korean and Japanese nail styles with a commitment to nail health. My friend was telling me they offer Russian-style manicures, and I have never had them before but they sound interesting. She also told me about gel x, which is apparently better and healthier for your nails than traditional nail extensions. Another thing that sets them apart if their dry pedicures; they don't offer the traditional water pedicures because those can increase the chance of infections. Its ok if you get one done every now and then, but I never stopped to think about this kind of thing happening. OK, so i went in with an inspo picture, and it turned out a lot better than what I could have imagined. My nail tech Sela took her time to get all the details right and make sure everything was straight and on point. That set of nails lasted me almost a whole month before I took them off! They never chip or break! Those things were set! They offer you one complimentary drink, and I got the banana matcha I wanna say, it was very yummy. The work stations are very clean because they use fans to catch all the dust and particles that come off when using the drills. This probably stands out to me the most because I cannot tell y'all how many times i gone to a traditional nail salon as is dusty AF lol. Not here, it's very nice, clean, and well-lit. They have Kpop music playing and showing on the TVs. The place is spacious and not huge like other nail places. Jaja ( the owner) has really thought of everything you might need to make your experience with her the best it can be. They have a tray at each nail station for their clients to put their jewelry in. Each station also has a phone stand, and there are even chargers under the stations to charge your phone! I have never been to a nail salon that has all those things! Jaja has done an amazing job in creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The staff is very nice and professional; they really know their stuff. You can do a walk-in in but if you want a specific style or a specific nail tech, you'd better book that appointment because they will be booked. There is plenty of parking space as they are in a strip mall kinda place with a chicken restaurant and a pizza place next to them, so check them out for lunch while you are there. I would highly recommend coming here and trying them.

I recently visited this nail salon -- a longtime local spot that's been under new ownership for the past four months -- and I was completely blown away. The service was beyond amazing, and the talent here is truly next-level. Honestly, my nails have never looked better. The new owners are clearly forward-thinking, with an incredible eye for color, style, and overall aesthetics. The selection is huge, and every detail of the space is gorgeous, making the experience feel special from the moment you walk in. I came in from out of town after my mom recommended them, and I can confidently say this will be my go-to spot whenever I'm visiting. If you're local, you owe it to yourself to try this place -- it's going to become your new favorite nail salon. Between the impeccable nails, the warm and attentive service, and the beautiful ambiance, it's a total gem. The owner is just lovely, and you can feel the pride and care that goes into every appointment. Highly recommend! read more

The most basic pedicure was $30, and it felt completely rushed. My cuticles were barely trimmed, and the overall quality just wasn't there. No one was friendly or engaging, and the only time they spoke to me was to try to upsell a $6 callus removal. A few quick swipes later, my heels are still rough, so definitely not worth it. To make matters worse, my nail tech was on her phone during my calf massage and even took a phone call. That felt incredibly unprofessional and made an already disappointing experience even worse. It honestly feels like if you're not spending a lot of money, you're not going to get good service here. I don't expect luxury treatment, but I do expect basic care and professionalism. The overall vibe of the salon just felt off and uncomfortable, which made the experience even worse. At this point, this is the 8th nail salon I've tried in my area, and I'm still searching for one that delivers consistent, quality service. If anyone has recommendations, I'm all ears.

Unfortunately, over time, the quality of service has significantly declined. On multiple occasions, my acrylic overlay was not fully cured, and once, the overlay started peeling off my nail. The same issue occurred with my toes, where the gel polish wasn't fully cured. Although they tried to fix it, the problems persisted. Most recently, my acrylic overlay began lifting again, and instead of properly fixing it, the technician filed down my natural nail and applied gel on top, claiming it would help. Unfortunately, this only resulted in my nail breaking -- and it was a nail I had been growing out for a long time. My nails take a long time to grow, so I was very upset by this. To make matters worse, they also over-filed my nails to the point where I now experience pain and am unable to get them done. After several calls to inform them of my issues, they did attempt to make repairs, but the solutions didn't resolve the problems, and it became repetitive to keep asking for fixes. I also want to mention that after I raised concerns, the staff didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made me uncomfortable. This negatively impacted my overall experience. I spoke with the owner a couple of times, and while she encouraged me to return and give them another chance, I've reached the point where I feel it's no longer worth it. This last visit was the final straw. I even told the technician that if they needed to take a different approach to ensure my nails would last, they should have communicated that with me. After all, they are the professionals. Until they address their staff issues and improve their service consistency, I will not be returning.

I came here based off my past experiences in cedar hill since this location (Arlington) is closer to where I live. They are even decorated very similar. When I first arrived, I felt a little rushed by the gentleman directing me to my chair, but maybe they just want to keep things moving. It was a Sunday afternoon and memorial day weekend so I personally wasn't in a rush. No shade but he went groom stooping (& possibly smoking) outside on the sidewalk to opening the front door for me. I was disappointed when I learned I was at a different La Bella because I hoped to use a discount I earned, and also when I was charged for the soak/removal of my previous mani, since I was confused by the salon names. So much for using my punch card. For anyone who is wondering the Arlington place is LaBella Nail Spa and Cedar Hill is La Bella Nail & Spa. See the difference? I'll probably stick with Cedar Hill La Bella Nails when possible, but at least now I know they're not connected. More importantly the nail tech for my mani here was super sweet! Gina is the best! She was extremely kind and accommodating. At one point after I had to change my mind on the type of pedicure I originally chose, (since I couldn't use the coupon for the other la bella) she assured me that they don't pressure their customers to get/do things they don't want. That is big because it's a major turnoff when I have gone to other nail salons, politely declined a service or package twice and the person continues to ask and try to press me. Gina did a great job! Not only was she polite and professional, she went the extra mile in finding a polish for my toes that was the closest match to my mani which was done with dipping powder. She made sure I was pleased with the color and that the nails were shaped to my liking. I appreciate her. A different young lady did my pedi, and they worked simultaneously. The highlight of my experience at La Bella was certainly Gina! I recommend her if you go here. There are 2 names on my receipt - Phoebe & Gina - so hopefully that's her. TL/DR: if you see they are busy, turn around and walk out the door…read more I didn't want to write this, but my experience really bothered me. I was there for an eyebrow wax and gel manicure. I walked in because it was conveniently on my way home rather than going to my regular place. It was super busy, and the manager was rushing around seemingly trying to do everything at once. The energy was uncomfortable, so I tried to leave but they called me back, saying they could do my eyebrows now. They had to kick someone's kid out of the wax room who was chilling on the waxing table. The manager would sometimes cool the wax by blowing towards my face. At least my eyebrows turned out good. The manicure was painted on fine. My big issue was that the manicurist didn't file my nails well. For starters, she didn't understand what "round" shape was. Only straight or almond shaped. I kept asking for "no corners" and asking her to file some of the sharp corners she'd make. She only used the coarse file, there was no finer file to smooth the ends. (Maybe she thought I was in a rush because of my earlier attempt to escape the chaotic energy.) I was hoping to trust the process and the polish would smooth the tips, but I left with toothy texture on the tips of my nails. Fortunately I was able to file them down myself at home without effecting the polish. And I was charged $50 for the gel manicure and eyebrow wax. Thats $10 more than my regular salon I visit.

This was hands down the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon…read more I understand that not all salons carry the same products, and it was fine that they didn't have what I originally wanted. The problem wasn't that--it was everything that happened after. The nail tech became visibly annoyed when I changed my service (after the manager informed me they didn't carry the product I requested). I agreed to just do a gel manicure, but when she brought out acrylic powder, I told her again that I only wanted gel on my natural nails. She questioned me about my first request, I clarified again, and from then on her attitude completely shifted. She ignored me, very obviously spoke about me to the pedicure tech in their native language, and then called over the manager as if there was a problem, which there wasn't. From that point forward, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She grabbed my hand roughly, buffed my nails harshly, and clearly did not want to do the service. When I pointed out an obviously uneven nail, she barely corrected it. The final result was terrible: * Uneven nails of different lengths * Sloppy polish with streaks and residue * Polish left on my skin * A chipped corner on one nail * Bumps where the nail bed wasn't buffed properly * Cuticles completely ignored (just oil slapped on at the end) This was supposed to be a $40 "gel manicure,"but looked like something I could've done at home in the dark. To make matters worse, while I was paying, the tech came up to the counter, started arguing with the manager in their native language, pointing aggressively at the screen, and then stormed out. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior and reflects terribly on the salon. I still paid, because I'm not like that, but I will never come back. Employees like this can ruin a business's reputation, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this salon at all.
