It feels like they rush through most of it but take the most careful time with putting on the top clear coat of polish. Today was different. I had a veteran person at least I think so from her age I won't say the name and I sit down in the chair and she hands me the menu for a pedicure with the expensive side up I always get the $35 one so I turned through the pages and I find it. I'm getting a manicure pedicure and I'm going to get a gel manicure. She tries to sell me to a dip manicure which I don't like the dip. I don't like the way it feels on my nails I normally just get a regular manicure because these other manicures really aren't that good for your nails but it's summer so I thought I'd get a shiny gel manicure. She gets through my feet. I'm not sure if she put a topcoat or not. I wasn't paying attention. It does not look like she put a topcoat or she didn't sand down the nail, so it was not smooth before she polished it. It looks very rigid and on top of it she smudges my left big toenail and doesn't fix it and I was a little taken a back we go to the chair upfront to do the manicure she barely soaks. My cuticles cuts them, and it hurts and then she cut it to the point that one of them bled and that's when I had had enough. I said I'm not going to get a manicure so I go up to the front to pay. She comes there she doesn't want me to talk to the lady at the desk, I can see that so I left and I called and the lady at the desk who said to please come back and that they'll give me a gift certificate. When you go to get your nails done, it should be a good time. Not a frustrating painful time lol I've never had a bad time there before but I appreciate the way The phone call went. It was good Customer Service but it might be time to find somebody else it's hard to go in a place after a bad experience. Even though I've never had one there before, so I guess I'll have to decide.

Been to a lot of nails salons since moving to this area. Have not had a good experience this making…read moreme very scared to try places (not the cheapest luxury) Went to this place a few weeks ago and although the pedicure was okay, didn't enjoy my nails. I decided to give it another shot today and WOW! The two people I got were amazing. I can't say EVERYONE is good in there but the people I got this last time had converted me to a regular. She was so patient on my nails and asking me during steps if I wanted them to be sharper, thicker, round, etc. Will not go to another nail tech after this.

I've been going here for quite a while and service has either been great or terrible…read more This most recent time was just the final straw for me. Within a single day my gel manicure was already lifting at the cuticle. Within a week, chipping and lifting on multiple nails. This was a gel manicure so I expected it to last much longer. She really rushed the manicure and massage was just rubbing oil on, this is typically the difference between a full set and mani. I don't have time to constantly run back and forth to the nail salon so this is just irritating. I'm not sure if the product they're using isn't good quality any more or what it is but we had 3 different colors so it isn't just one product lacking. Both of my daughters normally get gel polish. Some times we have one or two come off after two weeks which is expected but my youngest daughter's gel polish fully pealed off of one toe nail the next day. There was also a misunderstanding with the pricing. We normally just do gel polish for $15, no pedicure. This time they asked if we wanted just to go ahead and get a pedicure, we've done this in the past at other places but some charge more than others so I verify prior. One worker said oh just $20, I clarified that we will be doing gel and said yes $20. I reiterated that we would be doing gel so I asked again, the $20 is for gel pedicure and she said yes. So I figured they may be running some sort of promotion this time. Wrong. We get to check out and I'm being charged $35 per child. I explained I asked more than once and reiterated that this was for gel and a pedicure and worker confirmed. After being a little more stern I explained that worker may have misunderstood but I wouldn't be paying an extra cost since I made multiple efforts to clarify. She then said they would offer a discount, it's not a discount when that was the price agreed but okay. I'm just very disappointed with the way their quality has deteriorated.

I walked in this afternoon @ 3pm and got an appointment right away. I don't feel rushed and my nail tech, Nancy is good, she listened to what my needs are, the way I like it cleaned and as a result, I feel relaxed and like my pedicure very much! The sparkly gold color is perfect. They have many color selection. I didn't do the gel pedicure this visit. The owners, Tammy & her husband are welcoming. I like that there is a menu and I was able to be clear of what I would like and the price I will be paying, so no more upselling once I sit in the chair like other places. They include the removal in the service price which is a big plus! When I come in to do my nails, I don't like it when the tech try to persuade me to do this or that for $3, $5 more etc. This place doesn't do that! I give them 6 stars... I chose the DELUXE pedicure and it was fabulous! I plan to come back with my boyfriend and/or friends here. I receive amazing scrub and massages all the way to my calves. My feet look so bright & moisturized when it was done. I even suggested that they offer massages here, neck and shoulder would be great! Happy to find this little gem in Arlington, Texas / thanks to other awesome reviews in Yelp for guiding me to come here. I will be back in a few weeks. Thank youuuu
