They offer first-time clients a discount to try our their services. They offer similarr services for both male and female customers. I booked online and it was easy and convenience to set up my appointment. I arrived on time and the receptionist was very nice and professional, they made sure to make me feel relaxed when I mentioned it was my first time getting waxed. They went over a couple of things with me, told me about their specials and introduced me to some other products and services they offered. My waxing specialist was Diamond, she took me to the back where she went to work. Yall, she was so focus and getting every single nook and cranny that the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes. I won't lie to yall, it hurt a LOT!! I never given birth but I feel like this is worse than that haha. I have to place this experience worse then getting a tattoo and I have a few of them. I don't think I wanna go through that pain again but the results are amazing so there's that. There were a couple of spots that were not as painful but there were spots that she missed a spot and went back to get all the hair. She was laser focus on getting all the hair in my bikini area and let me tell yall, I felt as smooth as a baby dolphin haha. I went back to check out and that was it. I saw a few guys in there too going for their appointment so its nice to see guys taking time for some self care. I liked this location, its staff, the pricing was good and the results were amazing. Highly recommend. Overall I would go back but I would mustard up some courage before hand.
