This location is Nice and the people are friendly, but I wouldn't recommend them for a manacure unless you want to pay 20 bucks for a nail clipping, lotion and nail polish. Most places give you the option for different levels of manicure service. Not here. It's basic bottom of the barrel service. They did a good job, but if you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. read more

For months I have been looking for a new "regular" nail place close to my house and stumbled upon High-Class Nails & Spa. I am the kind of person that likes to make an appointment in the hopes that I can walk in and not sit around and wait so I called in the morning and asked if I could make an appointment for later that day or the next. A very nice gentleman told me that I could come in that night at the time I requested, so I did. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked to select a color and was shown a pedicure chair to make myself comfortable. I did not have to wait to be taken care of. I went through their price book, explained what service I wanted and that same nice gentleman went to work on my pedicure. There was no upselling, no awkward conversation - I was able to read my magazine in a peaceful environment and it was great. I am super happy with the service and how I was treated and will definitely be back. read more

We've tried other places, but we always end up coming back here because we know they will do a good job every single time. The only negative thing I can say is that you can't always get a toe polish color to go with the dip on your fingers because the regular polish selected isn't huge. Made an appointment with woman who was busy eating celery at front desk. then came back at appointment time to find out that they had given appointment away to someone else. older man tried to divert me to pedicure which I did not want. Witnessed another lady come in for an appointment and they said they couldn't do her services at appointed time. Maybe there is a language problem or they just can't provide the services--who knows. Came here and got acrylics for the first time and a pedicure from Lee. This was my first time here and I had a good experience. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was here to get my nails done for prom and Lee was helpful suggesting things like how I should shape my nails and suggested I add glitter. My nails turned out nice and the acrylics are still holding up well almost two weeks later. read more

This place is awesome! They were very fast and did an amazing job. I took my little sister with me and she was so excited that they had kids chairs. When we checked out they even gave us a little gift of lotion for Christmas. My sister was so excited It made her whole day! Also, I bite my nails as a nervous habit and I usually avoid getting my nails done because I always feel like they are making fun of my nails, but at this place they were so kind and I didn't feel embarrassed at all! This is a clean establishment that really makes its customers a priority. Anytime I have been here, I have been treated well, and the manager or owner goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. I have only received pedicures or nail color changes here, but I would definitely make it my spot if I started wearing acrylics or gel on my fingernails. It is in a small strip shopping center behind the QT on Bowen Road. Today my parents and I received pedicures, and the technicians were very attentive to my elderly parents. They offered us cold water and helped them into their chairs. That is something that I appreciate! I will be back! read more

I went here recently for their mani/pedi special which is $20 but I will NOT be going back! During the pedicure it was fine and then I asked for a french manicure which I later found out was $10 extra no big deal but on my way out I looked down at my toes and I was bleeding :/ Apparently she filed my toes so much I started to bleed and didnt even bother to tell me! I have been going here for a few years and I have never been disappointed. I have had their deluxe pedicure - AMAZING!, full set in regular, solar, and gel all very well done, and I've even taken my young daughter in and we both got medi/pedis. Bad experience, very rude older lady, Yelled at me when I asked if that was all the scrubbing she was going to do on my feet, told me if I wanted to do it myself, said if I wanted her to make it bleed because I asked to have it done some more, had to tell her to put the top coat on, wanted me to pay as I was sitting to have the nails dry. I was visiting from out of town, glad to never see that place again. Go some where else. Never been treated that way. read more
