Where I live I get my nails dipped every 3 weeks. Everytime they are strong, thick and has never chipped. I was told about this place to try and was told they are Amazing. They are not!!! So when I came to Texas for Christmas I decided to try them. Just after 1 week my dipped nails chipped across 2 nails. The dipped nails they did from this place was so thin and not strong whatsoever. Definitely not use to thin nails that are not strong. If I knew this place would be like this I would have waited till I got home. There is no reason why my dipped nails should have chipped because I don't do anything that could cause this to happen. You guys need to reevaluate how you do dipped nails when yours is so thin and chip just after 1 week and other places are a lot stronger and don't chip even after 3 weeks. That tells you something... They are chipped all the way across and today I was sitting here playing a puzzle game on my phone and all of a sudden it chipped a lot.. Never have I ever had this happen at other places. Only yours!!! Y'all really suck at doing nails. thanks for making my nails look ugly, thin, and thank for doing such a crappy job that my nail chipped a lot. Services are always great. Staff is nice and hospitable. They offers beverages while you get your services. The establishment is always clean and massage chairs are always working. I went here last week for a gel manicure and got an infection which led to the most expensive gel manicure of my life. The manicurist nicked the side of my finger. When I got home I noticed my finger feeling a little sore but did not pay much mind to it, I just kept it clean/put topical over the counter care on it. The following day it was red, warm, and swollen. I tried to keep to soak it and keep it clean to reduce the swelling, but to no use. My finger was so unbearable it would wake me up in the middle of the night. The infected site was visibly dark red and oozing which prompted me to make an appointment with a medical provider. When I brought it up to the salon's attention they proceeded to tell me it was an ingrown nail despite not having any ingrown nails or nail/finger pain to begin with prior to my visit. They offered to have my "ingrown nail" cut out and to give me medicine to which I refused as this needed medical attention. At last they offered me a $40 gift card to their salon to compensate the cost of the service then changed it to 50% off future services- neither which I had desire to use. I have been to other salons with no issues so I was very disappointed. I would question the level of sanitation of their tools as all it took was one cut to send me into the, as I've stated, most expensive gel manicure of my life as a result of this negligence. This is my experience, so take it for what you may. Just thought I should share and perhaps save someone out there the trouble I have experienced. I have been prescribed antibiotics and an anti fungal cream by my dermatologist. I am on day 4/10 of my medication and the swelling has gone down with no ingrown nail in sight. Deeply disappointed. Normally I love coming here for a pedicure, but today was the most painful pedicure i've ever had. I was cut at least three times two with the drill bit and one with the cuticle cutter. They also were using too sharp of a drill bit to take off the gel polish and over filed my nails. The atmosphere was great and the lady was super sweet but a very painful visit that i as originally meant to be relaxing. read more

Adding a picture of what I asked for vs what I actually got. I will say they where very nice but for the amount of money I just spent I definitely did not get that quality of work. The last two times I have made an appt with a nail tech I prefer, when I arrive they tell me "oh, they are off today". Then why didnt you tell me when I made the appt with her the day before? Front desk girl is rude. Apparently they don't know how to tell time and also don't know time management. When you're told 30min wait and you wait over 95mins because you LOVE the nail techs. All nail techs are amazing but the front desk people are horrible. Thank about getting new front desk people because the female is unprofessional rude and doesn't dress appropriately. Really Nice salon! Very clean from what I saw. They use liners in the pedicure bowls and use materials that's brand new on each patron. Massage chairs are amazing and they offer complimentary drinks. Place is beautiful and almost everyone made me feel very welcoming. Except the last lady who did my nails- she was annoyed by my two little girls who were sitting next to me after they were done with their pedicures and polish. They were a little tired, but you could tell the lady was annoyed. She did not even finished my nails with a hand rub like most places do for a dip full set $39.00. I also did not like my pedicure. It looks like I did it myself. The three stars are because I really loved the set up for the kids, it makes them feel very special. I am just upset that that lady was annoyed by my children just for sitting next to me and talking and asking questions. Great place. Very clean and quite large. Staff was welcoming and I didn't have to wait. They offer many options of services. I picked the signature pedicure and the palace gel manicure. Both were very relaxing and not rushed. My nails look professionally done and are to my liking. The palace manicure was worth the extra money, the shoulder massage was wonderful, the paraffin wax and stone massage on my hands was very relaxing. The only reason I give 4 starts instead of five, is the women who did my nails talked to each other the whole time and honestly it's just a bit unprofessional to me and there are rough spots on my feet that were not taken care of. I have been coming here for 8 years. The lady who took care of me has retired and I am trying a new tech. This place is clean and the decor is appointed appropriately for the medium it is used for. The staff is kind, courteous and thoughtful, they treat their clients like they are glad to see them and they are glad we are stopped in. The seem to appreciate our business. The general attitude is to greet and meet the client needs. These guys are great! The prices are competitive with the salons in the area but the quality is good. The staff is professional and competent. It is a drive for me but worth it. read more
