I absolutely love this nail salon. They are so so nice and do a great job! I personally only see Ivy. She has been doing my nails for months now. She is very precise and pays close attention to detail. I refuse to go anywhere else. Even some fancy nail salons I've been to don't compare. Ivy takes her time, doesn't rush. During this pandemic they are very carefully sanitizing after every customer. Whipping chairs etc... If you are looking to get your nails done I highly recommend this nail salon.

I My Experience Was Negative after leaving $118.00 for my nails,Cuticle treatment and pedicure.

My experience was stressful because the niece of the owner did not want to listen.I don't understand why I just her paid $118.00 for trash service. I will never come back here again. The owner didn't have no consideration of conflict resolution she just wanted her money with no discount offered to me as a frequent customer. I hope no one else has this experience from JL NAILS on N.Walnut Creek Suite 101..

I always have a good time when I'm there. My daughter loves to go there with me too. I love the way my nails look when Nancy is done with them. And I get a lot of compliments in them

I have been calling since October to cancel my membership due to constant turnover of sugarists and lack of consistency in care. Every time I called, I was told a manager would call me back. That call never came ,not once. This went on for weeks, despite repeated attempts to speak directly with the manager, Jee. During this time, my card continued to be charged $55 for November, and December even though I clearly expressed my intent to cancel and had not returned since my last appointment in October. I also explicitly asked for my card to be removed from file, yet it continued to be charged anyway. When I finally received any response, the manager made assumptions without ever speaking to me directly and only refunded one month ($55) without calling to discuss the situation, her lack of follow-up, or the repeated unauthorized charges. I am still owed refunds for the remaining November that was charged while my cancellation requests were being ignored. Throughout this entire process, communication was handled (when it happened at all) through text messages from an unreachable number, which is extremely unprofessional especially when dealing with billing disputes and unhappy clients. There has been zero live communication from Jee despite multiple complaints, including my most recent one on 12/28, after my card was charged again on 12/25. It took two months to finally receive a cancellation form which raises the question: why wasn't this provided in October when I first started calling to discuss my concerns of turn over and not wanting to continue with my membership. Additionally, I lost three different sugarists during my membership, leaving me without a consistent provider. While the sugarists themselves were kind and professional, the management is not. No client should have to chase a business for months just to cancel a membership or stop charges. Because my concerns were ignored, I had to contact Wells Fargo to report the establishment and stop further charges. This practice feels extremely shady and unprofessional. I will not return and have reported this issue. I am also escalating this to corporate. I strongly advise others to be cautious if you have an issue or want to cancel, expect delays, ignored calls, text-only communication, and continued charges. Very disappointing experience

7+ Years of Loyalty Gone -- Credits Wiped Out Without Warning…read more I have been a loyal Hand & Stone member for over seven years, and I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated. Without any warning, my membership was cancelled, and with it I lost over 20 credits I had accumulated -- many of which were built up during the pandemic when services were limited or unavailable. At no point was I notified that my membership was about to be terminated, nor was I given the opportunity to use my credits, pause my account, or make any kind of arrangement. For seven years, my membership had never once been cancelled. To suddenly terminate it and wipe out credits that were already paid for feels unfair, unethical, and frankly unacceptable. Those credits represent real money -- not a courtesy, not a gift -- and losing them without notice is a slap in the face to long-term, loyal customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership to read the fine print carefully and not assume your unused credits are safe -- because mine weren't.

I was a little late to my appt (15-17 minutes) because I went to the wrong location (make sure you're checking which office - because they have a few) but they still took me gladly. I really appreciated that because a lot of offices do not work with you. After getting inside the paperwork is quick and easy on an iPad. I was called back very quickly - especially for being late to my appointment. I saw the PA Tiffany and she was amazing. She addressed every concern that I had and spoke with me about the topical face treatment that I was needing. She did a thorough skin check, checking every spot that I had on my body. She was not rushed but efficient. I felt that if I had more concerns that she would have stayed and talked with me about each of them - however, I only had a few concerns. It was a quick in and out appointment - which I appreciated. I would highly recommend going to her for your Dermotology concerns. The Medical Assistant was also awesome (I wish I could remember her name) and even spoke with me about personal things that I asked because we live near the same area. Very personable office! Already schedule my yearly follow up and planned to get all my friends and fiancé scheduled with their office - because they are that good!
