My first time here and I'm not sure if it was the owner but she was so inviting ! I got a pedicure .. with get red toes from Lisa who is so sweet , gentle and friendly! She's so detailed and i LOVE my red toes ! She cleaned up around them .. made sure I loved them and she was friendly! Now my nails I didn't get the ladies name but I wasn't to happy with the turnout but it's ok . I got a cute red gel glitter do Powder .The tech didn't clean around my nails to give it a clean look. I didn't like the bulky look . I asked her to clean them up but she said .. you just wash your hands and it will wash off. It didn't . I didn't complain because I felt maybe she just didn't wanna do them and I can understand everyone has a bad day. I decided to buy a nail file and just reshape and file them down myself and clean up the edges myself. NOW ANNE was a sweet heart just like Lisa! I took my 14 year old daughter who was getting her nails done for the first time . Anne did a magnificent job at recreating the nails she asked for . Anne looked at the picture and went to work! She shaped them to perfectly fit my daughter's fingers .. she made sure my daughter's nails were neat and clean around the edges and even the back of the nails .Her attention to detail on my daughter's design made me so happy ! I was skeptical going here as it was not my usual nail salon but they are open on Sundays so I decided to give them a try. I was a walk in and didn't have much of a wait time but there was a decent amount of guests already being serviced. Staff was friendly & was set up for Dip nails on my natural nails by Ann & it was a trust the process experience but in the end I enjoyed my nails and received lots of compliments. I went back for my second set/pedicure here and still had a good experience. I love my glitter ombré nails and my pedicure came out so cute! Dream Nails & staff create a welcoming environment for all their guests with affordable pricing. I have few critiques that are an easy fix but will definitely return. read more

I took my granddaughter to Dream Nails on Friday, April 18, 2025 as a gift for Easter. I had an appointment, but I didn't ask in advance how much it would cost. Once my granddaughter got her feet in the water, I remembered that I should ask for the cost. Her pedi tech brought me a price list. I inquired about the kid price. Jennifer the salon representative said she is not a kid. I asked what was the age cut-off. She said 10. My granddaughter is 11. No problem. Advertised price for French gel was $50. She told me $65 because of the design. I asked her to leave off the design. Jennifer said it is still $65. Jennifer did not honor the professional ethics code. I understand that it was my responsibility to walk out. I take the blame for that. However, I also want to caution others about the unfair and illegal practice I received in dealing with Jennifer at Dream Nails in Mansfield. read more

The most most most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon!! i've been here a handful of times, and always had great, friendly service. But today reached a whole new level of amazing customer service. I had a terrible dip manicure at a different nail salon: it was literally the WORST. I only went because it was on my way home from work. I came back to Dream Nails in desperation as I'm getting married. The manager immediately sat me down and went to work fixing my nails without having to redo them. And she didn't charge me or take a tip!! This place is AMAZING!! Very kind and professional staff, the entire shop is clean, beautiful, and they have competitive pricing and numerous services to choose from. I typically always get a pedicure and manicure, and after seated in my chair upon arrival, they give me books to choose my color. I prefer to have regular polish applied to my toes and gel to my nails; I love that they have matching colors for that option. I have been going to the owner, Jennifer, for several years, and she always provides excellent customer service and her staff model this same attitude. Mary has given me two pedis and eyebrow waxes, and she is awesome... I would go back to her every time!! I really encourage you to try this place out..won't be disappointed!! read more

My first and last visit! I had my nails done with dip powder and after less than 14 days, the application was cracking. The only remedy offered was for me to pay to have them reapplied. No discount, no apology. Perhaps I would have had a better outcome with a different service...but I will never know based on their response to this one. read more
