Hi I just had another amazing pedi . I started out the day in good mood . I stop on one of my errands to change my battery and wow what an awful experience. I decided to do some self care instead. I was in the neighborhood on a Sunday and needed a simple toenail polish change. Mary painted my nails. She checked a couple and said they were dry. Later that evening I noticed the polish on almost all my toenails was smudged. I called the salon expecting to leave a message, as it was after hours. A man answered and said no problem, to go back tomorrow. I went back the next day (I do not live near this salon) and a male employee rudely told me I should've gotten gel. I told him I did not want gel and was told my nails were dry. Mary then told told me next time I need to make sure my nails are dry before I leave. I told her she told me they were dry. She said next time I will have to pay. I told her I have been going to my salon for years and this has never happened. Mary painted the. Again and I sat for a very Long time before asking if I could leave. Mary said my nails were dry and the man said they were not, so I need to be careful. They argued about this and Mary said they were dry. They were so unprofessional and very rude to me. I don't plan on going back. I used to go to this salon years ago when I lived close and before they changed management. It was much nicer and the people were much friendlier back then! read more

I have gave this place many chances. There was a young lady who did nails very good and the last time I went I ended up with the other older woman I got a mani pedi and for my feet she did not scrub properly she just had my feet in warm water and trimmed my nails and used a clearly used scrub on me and then for my hands she used a dip powder on me I asked for acrylic. You could say that it's the same thing but not if your nail is oozing yellow stuff under your gel nail polish. I noticed it at the salon she was about to let me leave with half yellow and white nails when I wanted white. I told her it wasn't white and she then proceeded to paint over them with white gel nail polish. Not a day later and my nails slowly became tan and The polish started to fall off and revealed the oozing yellow stuff and the polish was absorbing it. Won't ever come here again ! read more

As several other yelpers mentioned before this is your go-to, no frills, nail salon!!! We did a walk-in and were helped within 10 minutes. They had a manicure and pedicure special for $30!!!! If you're looking for a place to get in and out, this place is great! The ambience isn't the best and some of the tubs and tables were a little old looking but I was very pleased with the fact that they took their time! It was the perfect unwinding experience after a hellish exam week, so for that I am forever appreciative. I actually really liked that the nail technician working on my nails didn't try to stir up awkward conversation or small talk. I just laid back and relaxed! However, since I got just regular polish (not gel or solar or anything) my thumb had a slight scratch an hour later which could be because I had to dig something out of my purse :( Also, some of the sides of my nails didn't have clear coat on them which again could be attributed to my blinding, neon color choice. my girlfriend gets her nails done here and every time they are flawless. Very friendly and calm environment. Very professional!

The staff was friendly but I did observe a few things: 1. They have a sign that says if you drop and/or break a nail polish you must pay $5 for each and an additional $5 for cleanup. I think this lacks customer/client service. Accidents happen. One thing is if you have your kids run around and you can control the situation of breaking things but what if you accidentally drop it??? I think making a customer pay is ridiculous. 2. They were a bit understaffed that they lost a few customers who walked out instead of the "20 minute" wait. I understand that I decided to go the day after thanksgiving therefore maybe not the entire staff decided to work. They only had 3 people on staff and they would tell everyone it was a 20 minute wait even though I don't think I actually waited the full 20 minutes but that's what they said when I walked in. 4 people that came in walked out when they heard it was a 20 minute wait. Losing business that's for sure. The service itself was minimum. I didn't feel I was getting a 5 star treatment. I felt my service was rushed. It was me and my SIL. We got a basic gel manicure. They started on us at the same time and when someone walked in to get a brow wax I was nice enough to let her step away from me to attend to that person. She got back and continued on my nails... Well my point is that they got done with my SIL and I at the same time (hmmmm guess she rushed my service) My actual gel manicure wasn't anything special. And when she was done I did see a few bubbles. Guess my mani won't last. read more

THIS IS FYI..... Hubby and I went to Vogue nails, on Arkansas /Cooper for pedicures. Website said 20.00 for pedicures and a Facebook person suggested it because of the price. They did a good job, but they didn't use the bowl liner. Not even really sure that the utensils were clean! We get pedicures once a month. We went to pay. Mine was 20.00 his was 25.00, because he was a "MAN". His pedicure was finished 15 minutes before mine. They did less work on him and charged extra! read more

If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would. They completely ruined my nails and didn't allow me to receive my money back or fix them that day. I asked the man to fix my nail shape over 4 times, I counted. He slapped the acrylic onto my nails so quickly because there was 3 people behind me. He never filed them down, did not do a good job at painting and I had to ask him to clean up the polish off of my nails because it looked so awful. The people were kinda friendly I guess... didn't really talk. I went with my friend for her birthday. My nails are obviously crooked. The pink wasn't filled in all the way, already looks like time for a touch up 3 days later. The tip on one of my nails isn't even covered all the way. The technicians idea of fixing it was to just layer a ton of gel top coat on. If we weren't pressed for time I would of went somewhere else or had them redo my nails. My friends nails are just as bad. Crooked. Her pink is speckled with different colours. Her design lines are all crooked and clumpy. Deff wouldn't recommend this place. Won't be back. read more
