When someone is spending around $200, time and attention to detail should come with that, and unfortunately, that hasn't been consistent. The lack of time taken is clearly leading to mistakes. During my most recent visit, I got a pedicure and brought my own base coat, polish, and top coat. The technician applied layer after layer of polish without allowing proper drying time, which caused it to smear. I followed the instructions and waited the recommended 10 minutes. By the time I got to my car, my first big toe had already smeared. I decided to leave it alone, went home, and sat through an entire movie. After that, when I got up, my second big toe had smeared as well. I had to return to get it fixed, which should not happen after spending that kind of money. Although a different technician corrected it and took her time, that level of care should have been there from the start. I appreciate that it was fixed, but at the same time, I paid for a completed service the first time. I understand this is a business and there's a desire to move quickly and accommodate as many customers as possible, but long term success comes from making each client feel valued. Rushing through services to get to the next person creates a poor experience and impacts quality. I also did not appreciate being pushed to upgrade to gel when I had already decided on what I wanted. I was there with my daughter as well, and while we were accommodated, the overall experience still felt rushed. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return. If I do, it will only be for Jenny. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She is patient, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through options. She even recommended polishes I had never tried before. She consistently greets me warmly, checks on me throughout my visit, and makes the experience feel personal. If I were rating Jenny alone, it would easily be a 10 out of 10.

I had a veteran person at least I think so from her age I won't say the name and I sit down in the chair and she hands me the menu for a pedicure with the expensive side up I always get the $35 one so I turned through the pages and I find it. I'm getting a manicure pedicure and I'm going to get a gel manicure. She tries to sell me to a dip manicure which I don't like the dip. I don't like the way it feels on my nails I normally just get a regular manicure because these other manicures really aren't that good for your nails but it's summer so I thought I'd get a shiny gel manicure. She gets through my feet. I'm not sure if she put a topcoat or not. I wasn't paying attention. It does not look like she put a topcoat or she didn't sand down the nail, so it was not smooth before she polished it. It looks very rigid and on top of it she smudges my left big toenail and doesn't fix it and I was a little taken a back we go to the chair upfront to do the manicure she barely soaks. My cuticles cuts them, and it hurts and then she cut it to the point that one of them bled and that's when I had had enough. I said I'm not going to get a manicure so I go up to the front to pay. She comes there she doesn't want me to talk to the lady at the desk, I can see that so I left and I called and the lady at the desk who said to please come back and that they'll give me a gift certificate. When you go to get your nails done, it should be a good time. Not a frustrating painful time lol I've never had a bad time there before but I appreciate the way The phone call went. It was good Customer Service but it might be time to find somebody else it's hard to go in a place after a bad experience. Even though I've never had one there before, so I guess I'll have to decide.
