I've been coming here on and off for about a year, but today was by far the worst experience I've had. I booked a manicure, pedicure, and dip nail set. The salon was not busy, yet I felt extremely rushed the entire time. The pedicure was incomplete and lacked basic attention to detail. It felt like steps were skipped, and there was minimal effort put into the service. I also did not receive the manicure I requested. My cuticles were not properly cleaned or prepped, and instead of addressing that, a large amount of cuticle oil was applied and I was moved along as if the service was finished. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was offered $10 off instead of having the services corrected. That did not resolve the issue, especially considering I paid for a pedi, and dip set. He removed the manicure. Unfortunately, the quality of service and professionalism were not acceptable, and I will not be returning. When I checked out there were services I didn't ask for or that they didn't provide on my bill. Well, it's official - I need to start doing my own pedicures at home. Today was a doozy. My initial salon was crowded and my nail tech was booked solid so I ventured off to this spot near the mall. Pros: Greeted within 20 seconds of me entering, Price list/sign in sheet let me know how much to expect to pay, the male owner was very attentive and helpful. Cons: The female owner that performed my pedicure was not approachable, didn't communicate well and when she saw that I had calluses to remove she said she would do it "for an extra $7." Now ma'am, I've been getting spa pedicures for 20 years and never have been charged an extra fee for removing dead skin from the bottom of my feet?? I declined because I have an electric callus remover at home. I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago so it is still healing. I informed her multiple times yet she grabbed my ankle anyway, which was painful and I had to pull away from her to save myself from further injury. Don't get me wrong, the polish is lovely but there's more. I had a $110 coffin set that needed a fill. Instead of telling me she couldn't do it, she cut every nail and then said "you'll have to get a new set." Needless to say, after discussing this and telling her I'm not paying for a new set, I decided to just get a slight overlay on my natural nail with gel polish from another tech. She (the owner) got frustrated and assigned me to a new tech Lol Sandy - super sweet and the only reason they got 3 stars vs 2. I'm gonna seriously pray before returning here. read more

I am very particular about my nails since I have been seeing the same person at home for three years, but the nail tech did a pretty good job. I have never been to this nail bar before, I called the day before and spoke to a man and asked what time do I need to book an appointment for to be out of there by 11:45 and he said come in at 11 when we open. I showed up at 10:55 was the second person in the door, told the lady I had an appointment for 11am she seated me at the mani chairs. She greeted 3 more people and got them seated for pedicures. Then had one person seated in the lobby and didn't even greet the other customer that arrived. That customer left after waiting probably 10 minutes without being talked to. Two workers started on the pedicure people. I started looking around at 11:15 because no one has came over yet and the worker came over and said they didn't know how to do dip nails and I had to wait. I waited until 11:25am and got up and left and as I was leaving they said please wait. I told her when I checked in that I had an appointment at 11 am and had to leave by 11:45am. Very disappointed because they told me both times they would have me out of the salon by 11:45 but no one even touched my nails by 11:25 so who could've done my nails in that time even if I did wait longer. There are new massage chairs, flat screen TVs, and they use new sanitary liners for the pedicures. A MUST for me! My technician, Vivian, was so patient and attentive to my needs and wants. This place has only been open for about 3 months so I decided to try it out today and the service was great! I had a nail technician named Baao and I absolutely loved him! He was really kind and friendly; he kept a conversation going the whole time I was there and most importantly, helped me with a painful nail I had and left my pedicure super cute!!! I can't wait to go back to him. This salon is very nicely decorated with a classy/fancy feel and includes a wet bar with margarita machines! How cool! Do not come here to get your nails done. The women who work here are incredibly rude and act put out when you walk in. I got the signature pedicure, which was fine enough and the only reason this gets 2 stars. I also got a dip mani and my tech didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails, and just did square without asking or telling me. I mentioned I actually wanted oval shaped nails and she said she couldn't because she already did my first 2 square. Fine. Whatever. Then she proceeded to cut my fingers up 4 separate times. I was treated to a water and received a great pedicure. Two weeks later it still looks fresh. The shop itself is clean and relaxing. The place has to be a front for some other business because this woman does not know how to do nails. First red flag, she does a powder dip like you would an acrylic set, with liquid and a brush. Huh? The result was uneven colored nails. I thought that would be implied when I asked for a manicure. The dip eventually evened out okay, but the skin around the nails is terrible.
