This place is horrible. They ruined my toes! I came in and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She glanced at it and said ok. So I assumed she understood. By the time she was done she chose the wrong color and barely trimmed my nails at all. I said this is not what I asked for my toe nails were suppose to be pink not orange. She seemed annoyed as she had the remove the polish. I showed her the picture again and she said I can't do that. Your nails are too short ‍ they said there was nothing they could do about it. Some other nail tech tried to come and "help" although she was nice. She just made me bleed even more. She didn't even used anything to clean the blood she just pored acetone. And I told her it burned she just smiled. ‍ this was the worst experience ever. I don't recommend read more

They got my colors wrong nicked me and never did she asked how I wanted my nails shaped. I'm now stuck with square nails that do not look good on me. I hate people lying to my face. It was obvious the color on my hands did not match my toes. They tried to fix it but you can still see purple on the edges. They offer a $5 discount if you give them 5 stars on google or yelp which explains their high ratings. read more

The location was super cute and clean scheduling was super easy loved the vanilla pedicure the smell was amazingggg

I'm honestly shocked. I came in for a simple French tip, and somehow each nail ended up with a completely different size tip. It looked like five different people did my nails -- with their eyes closed. I politely shared my opinion during the appointment, but they completely ignored me. No care, no precision, no listening. I walked out feeling embarrassed to even show my hands. These nails were not cute. Save your time, your money, and your sanity -- go somewhere else. read more

This place is 5 minutes from my house, so I decided to give them a try. Hello? Convenience lol. I got a dip refill and regular pedicure. Good: The pedicure was magical. I get my feet done regularly, but the tech was still able to dig out grossness from my toes. She was very thorough and I was very impressed. Bad: My polish started coming off during week two. Usually I can stretch my pedicure for three to four weeks, not here though, my toe polish started to chip. My dip nails were no better, the corners of about 4 nails starting to fall apart. The nail tech gave the ok for me to rub my hands after applying the oil, he thought they were dry, they were not. He fixed my nails but they had weird looking bumps on them. Kinda like flat air bubbles. So there's that. I may go back for my feet only. Hopefully the polish will stay on longer second time around. read more

Nice ambiance. Good job on gel manicure. And a lavender mint pedicure. I only tip 15% because I asked she put another coat of polish on 2 toenails and she just said NO. I thought the tech didn't care to get better tip. I'll go back and I will look closely at results before top coat is started. read more

The 2 men that did my daughters manicure and pedicure, caused my daughter to cry when she got in the car. She is one of the strongest people I know, and it takes a lot for her to get upset. both of them make fun of her feet and her nails, she is already insecure about. They also gave her a hard time about not coming regularly and questioned her several times how long it been since she had a manicure and pedicure? I saved $100 and put it aside because her prom is tomorrow and not only that they did a terrible job. Do not go to this place, I went there for years and thought under the new ownership. It would be the same. It's very different. read more

During my pedicure, the staff used the Dremel so much that my toe nail split. This has never happened! Also, the owners(?) children were here and the way they interrupted and argued was incredibly unprofessional. This was our first time here and will be our last. read more

I will never go there again. This location was my go-to even before they opened up. It was Elite Nail and I went there for years. Evidently they went out of business and Avery took over. A few weeks ago I decided to go in for my monthly mani dip. I got to talking to one of the ladies and she was admiring my jewelry and asked me what I did for a living. I told her and she was impressed and asked me how i learned to day trade. I gave her some tips and she was happy about that. Now mind you, I always ask how much my mani will be before I sit down so I know what to expect when I pay. When I went to pay I was on the phone with my daughter and didn't pay any mind to the total. A few days later I check my bank account and noticed she charged me $30 more than what was agreed upon. I was furious and it was time for my pedicure. When I arrived, I spoke to the manager about it and she said that the design on my fingers was extra. I told her I didn't ask for a design and the tech didn't ask me if I wanted it. Even so a design shouldn't cost $30 more. So she called the tech over and she told me "Oh you rich! You can afford it" and proceeded to laugh and giggle. I was embarrassed that she said that in public and we had the attention of a FULL salon staring our direction. She proceeded to hug me and I told her not to do that. She hugged me again and I pushed her off and told her not to touch me. The manager saw I was pissed and we decided on a discounted high end pedicure. I got that done and tipped the tech who did it bc it was not her fault her co-worker is an idiot. The mani tech was disrespectful and clearly has no home training! Nah, Im good and won't EVER return! read more

The very first time I went, I had a Decent time there, they were offering 15% off, so I thought what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I returned there every two weeks as routine and each time I just kept getting more disappointed, thinking it was just a bad day. The ONE time I had an AMAZING pedicure was by Kyle, and he no longer works there. Each other time I have gotten a pedi, I feel rushed, rocks are hardly warm, but this last time I went just sealed the deal for me. My daughter and I went in for a relaxing day and spent $194 on two pedis and I had a fill and she had a dip new set. Tipped everyone just because that's the type of person I am. Not even a whole seven days have passed, and my nails are lifting, I told the nail tech how I wanted my nails and she proceeded to do them "her" way. Looks like my four year old drew on my nails. I have given the place one too many shots to blame it on a bad day and be overpriced for elementary looking nails. Now yes, my hands are dry, but that still shouldn't cause the lifting that has happened here only Five Days later. read more

Avery Nail Salon is in the corner location of this small shopping center where Elite Salon & Spa used to be. I don't know if it's a new owner but the inside has been updated a bit and the service is still good. I had a great time this evening getting my holiday bling mani-pedi. Kelly put tips and gel polish on my fingernails AND actually understood what I meant when I said "I want them really short" so that was a nice change from most other places. Also, even though she did it all while sitting on one side of the pedi-throne, she got all the tips on straight the first time. Katie did my vanilla coffee dream pedicure and sang along to the Christmas carols with me. Delightful! She also painted super cute little snowflakes on my big toenails. All in all, it was a lovely way to spend the evening and reasonably priced. I look forward to going back again soon. read more

I'm not one to usually post reviews however I left here unsatisfied today and will never come back. This is my second time coming here. This time the lady who did my nails while doing my cuticles cut me on 3 different fingers. After knowing she cut me she continued with the process which isn't what upset me but throughout the manicure she would wipe the blood away with acetone to the point of where the stinging wouldn't stop because she was doing it so frequently. She asked if I wanted to shorten my nails and I told her I would like to shorten them but keep the shape. She didn't even clip the nails she just filed one hand down but not the other so now the nails on one of my hand is long than the other. At this point instead of pointing it out I just wanted to leave. I went to get this done for an event tonight and I regret even getting them done. Not only were the cuts a problem for me but the actual application of the polish didnt make me happy either . I'll let the picture speak for itself. read more

enjoy my service very good i Love the people I enjoy coming he was nail tech was wonderful

A bit pricey compared to other nail shops but it's close to my residence so I go. I hate that you are repeatedly asked if you want gel when the ticket is clearly filled out stating regular polish. The last time I went I was asked a total of 3 times and was waiting on the 4th time because had it happened the nail tech was about to get told to not ask that again. This is a form of harassment. I will go back and will steer clear of that particular tech. If asked multiple times by another one will determine if I will revisit. 3 stars is all they get due to the harassment . read more

I'm in town from California and needed to get my nails done (gel manicure and regular pedicure). I called and they had availability, the shop is big, clean, modern and has a lot of massage chairs and manicure stations so there's no chance of feeling crowded. What stood out to me was that the two ladies who helped me were so nice and followed instructions, they gave me exactly what I asked for (I showed them a pic of what I wanted). The overall ambiance was relaxing, they had a nice selection of music, not too upbeat, not too relaxing where you fall asleep. I had a great experience and the prices were reasonable for what I got. read more

I have gone to this salon on several occasion and the service has been okay. I did have one time that I had to return twice after my nails which had dip on them kept chipping and cracking soon after the nails were done. Both times they fixed the problem and I contributed it to the dip powder. This recent visit however was different because as the mail tech was finishing putting the dip powder on my mail she informed me that it would be extra to shape my nail. I ask her when this charge started and she said it had always been a charge. I told her that was not true because I was never charged extra previously for the same service. I then ask her where was this charge on their price list? No such price. When I gave her the gift card for payment she had to get the manager to process it. Morale of this story ask the charges before services are done and question them if they are not in alignment with their printed price list of services. I will go back to use the balance on the gift card but afterwards will not return even though the location is nearby. I feel that it is bad for nail techs to inflate the price when they feel like. If that is the case do not have printed price list. read more
