I got a haircut and it was supposed to be layers with face framing curtain bangs. the lady that cut my hair cut the front pieces too short and choppy. not only that she made my layers choppy and uneven. it looks like hair cut across straight in three different lengths. it's uneven on each side. the place looked dirty and also the tools. Would have given 0 stars if i had the option. Do not go here for waxing services. Their technique is very rash, probably have no training in how to handle your skin. Kept trying to wax over and over again at the same spot and almost ripped my skin. Didn't even have towels to clean the leftover sticky wax after just rubbed some baby oil all over which didn't take any wax off, had cloth threads sticking everywhere after. Didn't really tell me what type of wax they were using, just said honey wax, which is very vague. Used really small cloth strips and kept ripping in upward direction(away from the skin) without stretching the skin at all. Won't recommend this place for waxing if you care about your skin. read more

I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. I stick to the same lady every time that way my eyebrows stay consistent and she's already familiar with my needs. Plus, she charges $7 versus $10 at the malls! My lady puts cooling gel once she's done threading and will lightly massage my brows; sometimes she'll go further and massage my temples. The service is wonderful and the people are extremely nice. There's a small table with books and toys for children as they wait for their mother's. Its thoughtful and it definitely keeps the kiddos busy! You get a card that is hole punched every time you purchase a service. I don't remember the exact number of visits, but after a certain time you get your brows done for free. (Less than 10 visits) . read more

So about 3 years ago I saw this place on my way to Kroger. I have thinned eyebrows unfortunately. I called to see if they wax eyebrows too. Pratima answered and said they only thread eyebrows. I explained to her I was terrified of threading because I've heard how painful it is. She told me to come in and she promised it would not be painful and if it was she would not charge me. And so I did and my goodness Pratima was super gentle!! It did not hurt at all. I've been coming here ever since. The other girls are pretty good at threading as well. And it's only $7! Was a little hesitant to go anywhere to get my brows threaded but since I'm going to be out of town, I decided to give this place a chance. Super attentive and accommodating. I let Nikki know how I liked my eyebrows and she did just as I asked and it was way less painful than other places. Bad Attitude and over-priced. I walked in for a eye brown threading and chin wax. The Indian lady ( petite and dark complexion) had bad attitude from the onset. I waited for my turn. When my turn came, I asked her the pricing for threading and wax for chin. Since their price for chin waxing is not listed on their wall. She said $17 and then immediately said $23. Even $17 is ridiculous, forget about $23. I suggest people going to this place only if A. They are ready to take bad attitude. B. Over pay for the "average" service and bad attitude. read more

I was nervous to make the switch to threading because I heard from a friend but Nikki's was wonderful! No wait time, very sweet staff members, and both my eyebrows and upper lip threading was mostly painless. Butttttt to be fair I am a huge wimp when it comes to pain and I have very sensitive skin. I hate to say this but this place isn't as good as it used to be. I loved coming here but Nicki stopped threading and trained new people to work in her place. These people don't even come close to Nicki. I've tried to give the new girls plenty of chances thinking that they would eventually learn and get better, but that never happened. Everyone was really nice, greeting when you first walk in which is one of the things I look for when I walk into a business. I asked for Nikki, she had someone in her chair, they were about to give me someone else but I told them I would wait due to I hadn't seen any reviews for anyone but her. It was not long before she got to me. She did very good, even gave me an arch something I am always nervous to let people do but she did very well both brows straight! Will definitely go back. Not really sure about the cooling gel. I don't think I'll get that again. super bummed out that i can't come here for lashes anymore. everyone that works there is so nice and really care about their customers. unfortunately, after getting my lashes redone after they were done poorly, my second pair just isn't working out. the lashes and style was so pretty but was too uncomfortable to handle. appearance wise after a day, they weren't too bad. there was just a few spots that had lashes going different directions. i do know a thing or two about extensions and i do know that the extensions shouldn't be in clumps or groups, and mine were... very heavily too. i had about three sections of clumps that made up the lashes. even though they still looked fine, i knew that wasn't okay. i also very quickly realized that the inner corner lashes were not in the right spot. they were literally glued the inside of my upper water line which became very painful, even too painful to massage off with oil like i could with a few others. you can also see that there was way too much glue, so much so that it scraped the top of my eyelid in the inner corner and made the outer edge bruise. this really worries me especially because i know now they're prone to infection. one of the lash clumps was very off and you can easily tell it doesn't follow the natural line of the lashes like the others do. i tried to point out everything i've explained in the pictures. this place offers great prices and has a great staff but unfortunately i personally don't think this is a safe place for lashes. all their other services seemed good with amazing prices. read more
