When it comes to my brows, I don't let ANYONE touch them. They're so thick, not all know how to clean them up without losing the shape of the arch. Big, no no for facial they charge big money for facial and they have you sitting in there too long for a facial for $75 my eyes are all red burning. I don't know what she put on my face. I'm so not happy. She didn't do too much on my face, but mostly a massage. My face doesn't even look clean and she said it was one hour. It was more than one hour. I came here on a whim after my sweetest coworker recommended this place for eyebrow threading!! I absolutely love the method of threading for brows, as I find it to be a cleaner look overall. They weren't too busy on a Friday afternoon after work so they took me right away. Their menu is VAST for service, they offer everything from lashes to henna. The salon is clean and modern looking. They also had some really cute jewelry at the counter when I paid. I do have 1 other threading spot that I am super loyal to, however if I am ever in this area again this is where I will be going! Horrible experience. Quality isnt great, but that's not the reason for the 1 star. Received threading, also wanted eyelashes, was told she had to do a wax first and it would be 10-15 mins at most. 45+ mins later we're hostage and cant leave because we couldnt pay for the threading first. So, I live in the Grapevine-Colleyville area and have been in search of a good threader. Thanks to the previous two reviews I decided to give this Fresh Faces a shot. When I went in there was no one there but the owner. The place was spotless and it smelled delightful. I told her about the wonderful reviews on YELP and she was excited! She did a good job on my eyebrows but I like them thick but she told me for some reason she couldn't do them thick so they were thin. To be honest I was more impressed with her customer service than her actual work. She had one of the calmest and most pleasant spirits. I plan to go back and give her another shot at these good ole brows of mine because she was so professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I inquired about the eyelash extensions and she explained them to me. She told me that the service was 40$ and I blurted out, "Wow thats expensive!" even though I haven't had eyelashes since 2009! She said if I got them done she would take 5$ off of the price. I thought that was nice. I will definitely be going back to Fresh Faces and I plan to write an updated review on my eyelashes and my thicker threading! read more

I've gone to this place before and they were ok. But I like to give second chances, so I went again recently. This time I didn't recognize the woman, so I was skeptical about sitting down to let her thread my eyebrows, but I decided to sit down anyway. She did my eyebrows and immediately after, the area all around my eyes were burning! A couple of hours later they were still hurting. There was bruising and then there were small sores all over the next day!!!! I called them and told them and they did not seem concerned at all. She said "Oh it will go away in 2 days" Well, here we are 4 days later and my face still looks the same. There have been people asking me what the heck happened to my face! I've gotten my eyebrows threaded at several different places and this has NEVER happened! I don't know the experience level of the woman who threaded my eyebrows, but I now know she didn't know what she was doing!!!! It's literally as if she pinched my bare skin where there was no hair. I was in search of a new threading place and this place popped up near my house, yay! The owner is usually the one who is there, occasionally there is another lady who is okay. I have thick brows that want to grow together, and I am very particular about them. I like them to look natural, not thin, and with a nice arch and this place does a good job.
