When it comes to my brows, I don't let ANYONE touch them. They're so thick, not all know how to clean them up without losing the shape of the arch. My esthetician went home for a month, and there was no way I could go that long without cleaning up the brows. I've wanted to switch to threading years ago, but my lady doesn't like threading. For me, there's a huge difference between threading and waxing; threading seems a lot cleaner, and I don't have to worry about burning my eyelids. This is a great shop, and the service is always excellent! The vibe is always welcoming, as well. read more

Fresh Faces Threading & lash saloon - Eyelash Service Near Me - Bedford, Texas

This is a nice threading salon, the service is fast and the prices are good. It has a lot of parking and it's located conveniently in a plaza around a lot of other nice little spots. The vibes are pretty chill. They have good seating and a nice sized waiting area. The threading itself has been lasting a while and they offer a lot of other services as well. read more

Big, no no for facial they charge big money for facial and they have you sitting in there too long for a facial for $75 my eyes are all red burning. I don't know what she put on my face. I'm so not happy. She didn't do too much on my face, but mostly a massage. My face doesn't even look clean and she said it was one hour. It was more than one hour. I came here years ago and was telling myself not to come back, but I gave him a chance to come today now I'm really really not coming back. Awful service. Don't let her kindness fill you read more

I came here on a whim after my sweetest coworker recommended this place for eyebrow threading!! I absolutely love the method of threading for brows, as I find it to be a cleaner look overall. They weren't too busy on a Friday afternoon after work so they took me right away. Their menu is VAST for service, they offer everything from lashes to henna. The salon is clean and modern looking. They also had some really cute jewelry at the counter when I paid. I do have 1 other threading spot that I am super loyal to, however if I am ever in this area again this is where I will be going! Thanks again. read more

My eyes brows are terrible. I can't member the lady that did them but I went on a Monday. One has a point and one don't. I could have done this. She was nice but the work she did is just embarrassing. read more

I cheated. And it felt good.... I'm a snob about getting my eyebrows threaded bc seriously who wants to walk around looking like hell raiser??? So I choose very carefully who does them. If you check previous reviews from my "other" eyebrow choice you will find that I was happy there. I really was. And they treated me good and I felt comfy there, but that drive tho... I just couldn't of it anymore. No matter how much I loved her. So on a whim I yelped a place close to me and tried it. The shop is clean and the owner is super super nice. She won me over when I explained how finicky my left eyebrow was and then she nailed that bad boy!! And she remembered me the next time I came to her, which btw was for my wedding. So yeah I kinda left my old chick and got me a new one. And I like her and maybe falling for her! I'll share! read more

Shelly really amazing I'm a regular for eyebrow threading. Which she's does amazing at and eyebrow tinting. She's very honest and has a lot of knowledge of all the services she provides. I received a Brazilian wax for the first time and Shelly walked me through the process. I was nervous because of all the stories I heard but she was spot on about everything and made my experience great. I will be return for my wax when it's time. I recommended her services, price and quality are A1. read more

Horrible experience. Quality isnt great, but that's not the reason for the 1 star. Received threading, also wanted eyelashes, was told she had to do a wax first and it would be 10-15 mins at most. 45+ mins later we're hostage and cant leave because we couldnt pay for the threading first. Called through the door( very awkward experience) and got ignored.... leaving very upset! Highly suggest to find a different location! read more

I have been going to this shop for a little over a year now and I simply love it! I am really particular about my eyebrows and it takes me awhile to find the right person to tame these beast! The staff is wonderful and welcoming and very friendly. The service is top notch and the shop is super clean and always smells wonderful. The prices are great!! $10 for eyebrows! They do other services like henna and eyelash extensions. I am super happy I found a fantastic threader in my neighborhood! Don't let anyone lie to you threading hurts! But if you use a little neosporin on your eyebrows about ten min before you go it will cut down on the pain! read more

Excellent service. Shelly does a great job.

So, I live in the Grapevine-Colleyville area and have been in search of a good threader. Thanks to the previous two reviews I decided to give this Fresh Faces a shot. When I went in there was no one there but the owner. The place was spotless and it smelled delightful. I told her about the wonderful reviews on YELP and she was excited! She did a good job on my eyebrows but I like them thick but she told me for some reason she couldn't do them thick so they were thin. To be honest I was more impressed with her customer service than her actual work. She had one of the calmest and most pleasant spirits. I plan to go back and give her another shot at these good ole brows of mine because she was so professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I inquired about the eyelash extensions and she explained them to me. She told me that the service was 40$ and I blurted out, "Wow thats expensive!" even though I haven't had eyelashes since 2009! She said if I got them done she would take 5$ off of the price. I thought that was nice. I will definitely be going back to Fresh Faces and I plan to write an updated review on my eyelashes and my thicker threading! read more

Love this place cause of the staffs!! They care of you so well and it's not only threading they offer. They do henna tattoo and much more! There Are other salons that offer eye brow threading in this area but fresh face stands out to me bc of how nice the employees are and the owner. read more

Terrible. She took off too much on the inside and tried to show me how to fill in the area and still deny she took off too much I showed her picture and she said she's Indian and everyone knows Indians don't take off from inside. She was argumentative. I should've listened to a friend over location convenience and lack of time. Never again!!"kept saying I did good. Smh read more

I've gone to this place before and they were ok. But I like to give second chances, so I went again recently. This time I didn't recognize the woman, so I was skeptical about sitting down to let her thread my eyebrows, but I decided to sit down anyway. She did my eyebrows and immediately after, the area all around my eyes were burning! A couple of hours later they were still hurting. There was bruising and then there were small sores all over the next day!!!! I called them and told them and they did not seem concerned at all. She said "Oh it will go away in 2 days" Well, here we are 4 days later and my face still looks the same. There have been people asking me what the heck happened to my face! I've gotten my eyebrows threaded at several different places and this has NEVER happened! I don't know the experience level of the woman who threaded my eyebrows, but I now know she didn't know what she was doing!!!! It's literally as if she pinched my bare skin where there was no hair. That's not skill! read more

I've never taken the time to write a bad review about an establishment...ever. That being said, if you like your face or eyebrows at all stay away from this place. The woman managed to put a giant hole in my eyebrow and then when I asked why there was now a hole in my eyebrow she suggested I try microblading. My eyebrows are so full and bushy I've been getting them waxed since I was 13... STAY AWAY. read more

She is wonderful! One visit a month and my eye brows are on point! Threading never seemed so easy! First time or a millionth you won't regret this place. read more

I was in search of a new threading place and this place popped up near my house, yay! The owner is usually the one who is there, occasionally there is another lady who is okay. I have thick brows that want to grow together, and I am very particular about them. I like them to look natural, not thin, and with a nice arch and this place does a good job. I have also had a facial there, it was okay, I probably wouldn't get another one there though (I had a 40% off coupon). The owner is super nice and I go here very regularly for my eyebrows. read more
