She came to our henna venue for the day and was extremely wonderful. The entire experience felt like a dream. Sheetal was super professional and organized and managed her team well. First things first let me start by saying the customer service is amazing. I called her around 11:50, she answered my call promptly and was able to get me in around 12:30 with no problems. She is very pleasant and even assisted me with finding her location after I got lost. That's just her customer service alone. Her henna speaks for itself. Sheetal did an absolutely phenomenal job with my wedding henna. A few of my aunts are henna artists back in India and I was certain there was no way I will find someone who can execute mehndi the way they do it back home. However, Sheetal went above and beyond my expectations. For the front of my hand, I asked her for a design that was a mashup from 5-6 of her previous work and it came out incredible. As she had already spent hours doing this, for the back of my hand, we told her to just go with her gut and do what she thinks is best. And Sheetal created yet another intricate and beautiful pattern. She could have very well done something simple but Sheetal is not someone who will compromise the quality of her work for time. Next day, when I removed the mehndi, the color was out of this world. I could not believe how dark it was. And this was not some dye induced darkness as my henna stayed on my hands for 3-4 weeks after the wedding. In fact, so many people asked me about the patterns and the story they told about an Indian wedding. Thank you so much Sheetal for making my wedding henna so special! Moreover, Sheetal is also extremely easy to work with in all the wedding madness. We had a few more people who wanted henna at the last minute and Sheetal accommodated them easily. And I must reiterate, her work for all these people was also beautiful. The details were done with care and the results came out just as she claimed. Henna stains were darker in the palms and lighter in the arms the morning after, but gradually got darker by the third day. Sheetal did my bridal mehndi for my wedding recently (November 2016). I decided to have Sheetal do my bridal work after trials with 3 others and ultimately decided to go with her because not only was she professional and priced fairly, but because I loved her work! Her style, per my request, was very traditional (which I found tough to find). Her work is clean and lines thin - more so compared to others that I had a trial with. She also uses natural mehndi without chemical blends and the color and design came out brilliant! Sheetal was very easy to work with, flexible, patient (which is important in a bridal sitting) and put in the effort to create her own designs, while collaborating with me.
