This used to be my go to spot, staff and manager are so great and their work is clean, they make sure you're satisfied with the shape and colors you pick. I ended up stopping for a while because the prices kept getting higher every time I went, also their designs were very limited which was understandable. Today I went back after months, for some polka dot nails and basic pedi with gel and got charged $140! i have never paid so much for nails in my life... I do like my nails but it's truly sad because it's such a cute lil spot with great service that has so much potential but the prices are just way too high it was probably my last time. :( read more

***i called my bank to have them cancel out second charge which they refunded to me today. The company double swiped my card for the same amount. If I didn't call I would've been out $80 for a $40 service. I contacted them to let them know that my bank voided our second charge. They asked me to remove my review I advise that I would not since it was an honest review of what happened with my money that they held onto for 6 days. When I advised him that I would not change my review he started harassing me via text message and then threatening me. I advised him not to contact me any further as I would never be back. Also, advised him that he should be careful with future transactions so this doesn't happen again with double swiping of the card. So if you happen to visit this place just be sure to double check your account if you're using debit/credit card. *****Update be careful when using your debit/credit card here. They should really consider renaming the salon. Quality of nails are far from "perfect". The gentleman who did my nails seemed great until i complained about the shape and the thickness of the nail. After complaining it seemed like he was frustrated and just wanted to get my nails finished. I am only 1 of 2 people in the salon shortly after they opened. I wanted short square and instead they are clunky, all different shapes, uneven and to think this was the most painful manicure i have gotten. I know beauty is pain, but this is ridiculous how much they filed on my nails, even after i had complained. I wanted to get them removed immediately but also didn't have the time. They are uneven, sharp, and wider than my original nail shape. Safe to say, save your money and go somewhere else. I am not one to refuse paying but after expressing my frustration you would think they would discount some off, but nope. I wasted $50 and hope this post saves someone from doing the same. read more

4.10.19 UPDATED: I take it back. I called back to ask Loi if he could fix my nails and that was a bust. It turned in to an argument. Obviously this shop has no idea what ombré is. I told Loi I would wait until Lily is back and talk to her. I asked for my money back and he said no. She would do any of this. She always works with me and helps. This is RIDICULOUS!! Disappointed. I went in for a mani/pedi. My pedicure was excellent! Nancy did it and she did an awesome job! She massages really good. Love her! Now this is where it gets interesting. I asked for ombré pink nails. I showed them a picture, it's the one where every finger is a different shade of pink. I tried to match the colors the best I could. Loi started out doing my dip. My nails were super long and I decided to try a new shape, coffin. He Took off the dip and shaped my nails perfectly. He's nice and super cool. He then switched with Lori, because she couldn't do acrylics for another client that walked in. I didn't mind cause she has done my nails before. It started out ok towards the end is where I started to panic. I wasn't happy with the shades of pink I picked. I asked her to put another coat to make some darker. She said I should just change the color so I did. It still didn't help. Then she messed up the shape. She over did it with the nail file. I mentioned to her how i didn't like them particularly my index finger. She said the only way to fix it is with cutting off my nail and putting a tip. I said no. My nails are way shorted then I wanted! She asked me to move from the massage chair to a table so she could do better but that didn't help. Loi was at the register before I left. I asked him again if there was anyway to fix my index finger and he said no. I told him he left my nails shaped perfectly and don't know why she needed them up. He just smiled. I left very disappointed with nails. I came back the next day to see if maybe I could change one or two nail colors. They said they could, just to find the colors. As I was sitting there Lori came and sat down. She asked if I liked my nails and I said no. She said well who helped you pick the color. I said I did and loi helped me She said well he didn't do a good job if you don't like it. Loi is sitting one chair over from us!! How can you say something like that? I told her no he did a great job yesterday. She didn't say anything. Then she goes on to try and tell me what I have isn't ombré, it's rainbow. I told her I know that's why I'm here. She said this is ombré and she shows me a picture of white nails. I told her ombré means going from light to dark, it can be any color. She said that's not ombré. I told her if you look online it's called ombre. I wanted ombré pink nails, going from light pink to dark pink. She said no that's not it. Seriously? After looking at the nail colors for awhile i was irritated and wanted to leave. I told her I will leave my nails as is and wait for lily the manager to come back and I will talk to her. I left. I'm really disappointed, I did not expect for this to happen. I come here often. It's very unprofessional to talk about someone while they are sitting right there. Loi however was very professional. I do love this place, they have nice little perks that other Salons don't have. Hopefully soon I'll be able to talk to Lily. She's always been helpful and understanding. read more

Even with all of the new nail bars opening in the area I was impressed and will definitely be back. It space is clean and nicely laid out. The cute girl at the desk when you walk in is so sweet and not pushy! My nail tech was Thuy. Again, not pushy. Overall they rank high just for not trying to make me spend more money. Thuy was nice, worked quickly without making me feel rushed, my nails are exactly how I like them, and you could tell she knows what she's doing! I did dip, no tips and got number 113. There was some confusion on my hands and the tech started prepping my nails for dipped nails rather than gel. Luckily my sister was with me and is more familiar with what goes into the different types of manicures and stopped the tech before my nails were totally ruined. It's been 3 days since my visit and both my fingers and toes have big chunks where the nail polish has flaked off.
