don't waste your time or money, they can't keep getting away with this .. the pics show it all. But what it doesn't show is me wasting almost 3 hours for this. I asked for square dip nails & this is what i walked out with. Not only was it a terrible job, but the salon was dirty, the lady took a call in the middle of doing my nails and tried to balance the phone on her shoulder for like 10 minutes, when i pointed out that my fingers were bleeding because there was a sign of policies stating we have to be approved to leave when there's pain or bleeding.. she said "sorry" and rubbed cuticle oil on them.. to top it off, i made the mistake to pay before she was finished because they were closing. Had a manicure 24hrs later polish was chipping off by 2nd day one several nails the polish had totally chipped off and other nails looked awful. if you are looking for a manicure do not go to this place, they do not listen to the clients and they are not even able to put the color that the person chooses. my fingers are raw from the poor service, bleeding and practically without nails from how thin they were after being filed. From the beginning I told the person to be extremely delicate since my cuticles were very sensitive and yet I would have done better in a butcher shop, told her that I did not like the thick gel and that only two layers was fine and yet it continued to do what it wanted. read more

After having a few bad experiences at other nail salons in Bedford, I gave this place a try and it may very well be the best nail salon, in terms of quality of work, that I've ever been to (and I've been getting my nails done at least once a month for the past 8 years in various cities around the state and country). I wear high heels for work pretty often and it is not easy on my feet. I get terrible callouses and painful ingrown nails. Most salons refuse to deal with ingrowns because there's a risk of cutting back too far and causing bleeding plus the whole thing is just painful. The sweet lady doing my pedicure dealt with the issue quickly and skillfully, with very little discomfort to me. Such a pro and I feel so much better. She was incredibly thorough in getting rid of every bit of callous, too. Tonight was the first night in a very long time where I slid under the sheets without having that icky feeling of my heel scratching on the fabric. My feet are so soft it's amazing. Tammy, who was doing my gel manicure was meticulous but speedy in making sure that my nails and the polish coats looked clean and even. She did extra prep work that I've seen a lot of salons skip that makes gel last longer. She was also a great conversationalist. She was training a new employee (seemed like she was the manager or owner) and I could see how important having a consistent and carefully executed process was to her. She pointed out aspects of what she (and the gal doing my pedicure, whose name I've forgotten) was doing that never would have occurred to me but made clear her attention to detail. I absolutely recommend checking this place out. The pricing is slightly higher (an extra $5-$10) from most places I've been to for the pedicure and manicure but the increased value for me, far exceeded the increased price. The first manicure I had was probably a four, but they cut the nails to square when I said oval round and short. Second Mani Pedi I had just prior to complicated serious surgery and they put two different people on me, they turned my arm and extended it when I told them I could not do that because of the pain. They seemed rushed And did not even offer me a drink. Spoke a foreign language, I expect that, I think it was Cambodian not sure but it seems quite rude when you're sitting there in the chair and you don't know what they want you to do. My nails were turned out to slightly different lengths, One was more square and longer than I had asked for. I'm going somewhere else next time. Fast, friendly eyebrow waxing. 10 bucks and you're in and out in literally about five minutes. The lady did an excellent job of shaping my brows and they were in desperate need of some shaping. one of my eyebrows grows wider/taller than the other and she fixed it lickety split. June 2010 I finally got my toes done here. They were beautiful and I wish I had taken a picture. The flowers looked like Moroccan tiles with tiny silver tips. So I decided to go get my nails done I said gel the guy did regular nail polish then he didn't know what marble was and got a lady to do them and she didn't even know how to do it and kept needing to my nails. My nails & toes are beautiful don't get me wrong BUT this place is no where near as clean as they should be ESPECIALLY opening back up after COVID-19. I wasn't able to wash my hands before they start the polishing process (if you go to nail salons often, you know the normal process). The lady who did my pedicure scrubbed my feet with a USED scrubber and the guy (I'm guessing is the owner) said that they clean them everyday. The scrubber was worn down and made me cringe . The towels they had out were worn and torn and noticeably dirty. The guy who did my nails didn't wear gloves and had cuts on his hands. Overall my experience wasn't that comfortable nor was it clean. I paid $71 for a $20 experience. Not going back! read more

My favorite place for a pedicure! It's not fancy, but it's very clean, and the people are friendly and the prices are reasonable. The polish will stay on for at least 3 weeks without chipping!! I have been coming here for YEARS (since I was 18, I'm now 29) and it's my "Go to" place!! I go less now because I moved to Frisco but even so if I need anything done I travel the distance. I don't do full sets anymore but Lee was my guy for them; any crazy color I wanted he did. And he layers the powder on just right; enough to cover but not bulky like other places (I HATE the bulky, thick, looks like you have a hump nail look) so his perfect !! His wife is the sweetest!! It's the ONLY place I feel safe enough for my pedicures (The disease that come if it's not sanitary is no joke & im a germophobe) needless to say they keep it clean! Now I gave it 4 stars because I'm picky on how I want a service to go and lucky they hired this new guy and he cares & pays attention to the work. I typically stay with the same people who flow the way I like my nails, every once in awhile if they aren't available I get someone else (who doesn't do a terrible job) just not as good as I usually like it and I leave slightly unhappy. However, with that said I won't change my choice of going to them till they either shut down or idk. I'm in it for life!! Lol P.s. The price is SOOO good! I hope they never change. read more

I have been coming here for many years and almost always receive great service. It is usually best to have an appointment but they do accept walk-ins and occasionally I get lucky and there is no wait. I always opt for the deluxe pedicure because I like the hot towel treatment. They do not skimp on the massage part either. They do their best to accommodate if you come in and it's busy, usually they'll tell you how long the wait will be and sometimes they think having you sit in the pedicure chair while you wait is best, but sometimes it takes longer than expected. I think people in general are just too impatient. They do a fantastic job on the nails and tailor the experience to your wishes. Anna one of the owners knows everyone's name that is a repeat customer it's amazing. Her husband Lee only does manicures so perhaps that's why he suggested to the previous rater that she do her nails first. They have a little mini fridge with cokes and water for customers and the salon itself is clean and you'll see them cleaning up after every pedicure. For a family run business I feel like they do a terrific job of making their customers happy and trying to be accommodating even to those individuals that walk in at 7 *when they closed asking for any type of service. Honestly people just really are inconsiderate. They have stayed late well past close to finish with people without complaining although I know after working 10 hours or more they would like to go home. All in all I love this place, they do a great job, their pricing is fair and low turnover of staff makes the place very inviting. I really enjoy a little escape every few weeks. read more

I was was in the area visiting from out of state for my brother's HS graduation when I decided to do a girls day out of pampering. We dropped my mother off at a day spa and that left my sister, my 2 daughters, and myself with the task of finding a nice nail salon for us to indulge in. We stumbled upon this gem of a salon by pure accident after getting coffee and I am so thankful we did. They were able to do mani-pedis for all of us immediately with no wait. The staff were all very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and relaxed including taking the extra time and patience to help my 8 year old (first time nail salon visitor) stay engaged and feel like a princess. On a spur of the moment decision I also had my eyebrows waxed (which was completely pain free for the 1st time ever) and decided on gel nails that I could continue to maintain when I got back home. Everyone's nails looked absolutely gorgeous! They even went the extra mile by putting a design on each of our big toes that looked very beautiful and whimsical. My eyebrows were exactly the way I hoped they would be without giving any instructions on how I wanted them. We all left the salon with big smiles on our faces feeling relaxed, beautiful, and completely satisfied. I could not thank the entire staff enough for all they did to make our girls day out a huge success! My mother is actually thinking of making this her new salon even though it's a little out of the way for her. read more

I cannot even give this establishment 1 star but I had to so I can leave this review. I had the most embarrassing experience in my entire life here. I went on my wedding day to get my nails done. I sat down, and everything was fine until it was time to pay. Except for the roach crawling across the floor. I handed the man (Hoa Le is his name) my credit card. He said they do not accept AMEX. I handed him another card. It was declined (on a payment hold).I asked if there was an ATM nearby, and he pointed to one that was right outside the door, about 100 feet away. It was visible from the front desk. I told him that I would be right back with my payment. He said "No, you have to leave something with me". I placed me DL on the counter. He said "No, I don't want your DL, you leave purse here" I told him that I was not leaving my purse there and that it was ridiculous for him to ask me to do so. I said "Sir, I WILL be right back". I took my phone out of the purse, put my purse down and I headed for the door and he came from behind the counter really fast and physically blocked me from going out the door. He screamed in my face "NO YOU LEAVE YOUR PHONE"!! "I call police I lock door"!!. As he was locking the door I thought seriously, on my wedding day I am being treated like a criminal??? I was so shocked by his behavior that I decided to just leave the purse because I just wanted this situation to be over. I went to the ATM, took the money out, and went back in. I said "I have never been treated like this before and I will NEVER come back. You treated me as if I was going to leave without paying! He just shrugged his shoulders and said "YEP"! The women who worked there just watched him treat me like this and sat there with a smile on their faces! I will let whoever is reading this judge for themselves as to whether or not they will visit this place. I would never, EVER treat my customers like that. I called my husband while on my way to the next appointment and I was in tears. (It was an emotional day already anyway) I still can't believe such a thing took place read more
