Found my forever salon! If you're looking for a place that can make all your Tik Tok/Pinterest inspo come true, this would be the place. I would recommend making an appointment as they were incredibly busy when I went in (on a Wednesday evening). The tech who did my nails was Lincoln and he did so good! Not a single cut or scrape and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. He took his time to ensure each tip fit my finger as close as possible and spent extra time shaping them and filing them so they looked how I wanted them to. We ended up doing acrylic on top of the tips and then painted on the blue French design and I love it! Lincoln made sure to stop along the process to check in and make sure I liked the style/shape/method and I really appreciated it, especially since sometimes it can be nerve wracking to speak up to your tech. I've been here about 3 times for pedicures. The staff is wonderful/friendly. The work is 'so-so' and i think way way expensive for what they do. The polish (pedicure) was applied so thickly before it was dried/cured between coats. My toenails looked like they were acrylic! I expected a foot/leg massage and got about 2mins light rub of my feet and lower legs. I also expected that i would get a callous removal of my heels. Nope. Absolute worse experience getting my nails done at this place. First of all, I have never given anyone a bad review of their business but I cannot let this experience go. I called and ask for two nail tech and they said they are not available, then I ask if anyone else could take me for manicure and they said "sure, just come in". When I got there I had to wait 30min for someone to take me and after I picked the color I seat and my tech start to do her work. Not long after group of people came in and the "manager" Katie (not 100% sure this is how you spell her name) took away my tech to go to start on someone else's nails. I was not expected that but I patiently wait for her to get back. When she got back you can tell she was under pressure and rushed and she filed my finger so hard I was in pain for few days. Not only that but the color didn't come out as expected, and the tech kept leaving me to take care of regular clients. I stand up and ask "can anyone finish my nails please?" And the manager said to me that they need to finish their clients first as I didn't like my color so I have to wait. Like I was there for free service or something‍. What should have been no more than an hour, turned into 2.5 hours because the manager kept asking my nail tech to take care of "regular "clients. Really? With so many nails salons that are around I just don't understand how someone can think that they can treat you this way and then expect their business to be successful? I work in a beauty industry and I can promise everyone that if I was EVER treat my people this way, I will NEVER have business. I tried to speak with the manager and she said I could leave if I didn't like the care I was receiving. To top all of this off, my nails cost me $67.00! Linda is the absolute best with my finger nails and if she's not there I try to get Andy. I also love Meee for my pedis. She is so kind and hard working. This was my go to nail spot because Tammy was amazing! She took her time with my feet and we always had good conversation. Today when I went in, I told the lady up front that I wanted a gel pedicure. She said ok. I stood at the front for a few minutes and then went and picked out a color. After about 5 minutes I was escorted to a pedicure chair by the girl who assisted me at the front. I sat in the chair waiting for about 15 minutes. She never came to run any water or anything. When I inquired, Tammy reassured me that she was coming. 5 minutes later I was still sitting there waiting. I told my friend on the phone that I was about to leave and Tammy heard me. She told the lady and the lady did nothing. I got up and left. On my way out the door I heard someone yell ma'am. I went around the corner to another nail shop and was greeted when I walked in. I chose a color and though they had a full house they immediately prepped a chair with hot water. They walked me to the chair and told me to soak my feet. Though I will miss Tammy, customer service is super important and therefore I will not return to this establishment. read more

This is the second time I went to this salon. Their massage chairs are great, and everyone seems very nice. However, the manicures are terrible! I got dip nails last time and asked for almond shaped nails, and she proceeded to give me coffin shape and tell me that it was hard to do with my current nail length. The dip also did not go all the way to the cuticle, so I had to get them removed sooner than usual. Today, I had normal polish and again asked for almond shaped nails (the technician had already cut one nail short before I got the chance to tell her the shape I wanted). I had to show two technicians pictures of almond shape on google, and they are still very oval. Plus, the polish is uneven. I won't be coming here again. :/ read more

This place is so close to my house and they really do a nice job. A set of dip nails is about $40. My last set stayed on for three weeks with no lifting or breaking and could have easily lasted another week but the growth was bothering me. They do a nice job of making my dipped nails look natural and well kept. I dont add length/tips or anything fancy, I just want to look polished for work. I think they're so cute! Natalie did the set in this picture and she was great. She even asked me if I wanted two layers of color or three. I prefer two because the nails are thinner and a little more "real" looking IMP. Instead of posting such a negative message did you contact the Owner to discuss your concerns? I would venture to say "no" because I have been a loyal customer for over four years. I know Katy; she is a very customer service-oriented hands-on owner and would have immediately addressed any concerns you had. As for Haley: if you think her customer service is "awful" then that is a reflection on you, not her. Anyone who knows Haley knows she is a true professional who takes pride in her work and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to her. In all my years of visiting the salon, I have never ever seen Haley "bothered" though I am sure at times she would have been within her right to be so. She is always pleasant, polite, caring, sweet, and funny. I went back and looked at my first review I posted on Google and those words are as true now as they were then "A very special shout out to Haley: you are a SuperStar!!!! You are very talented but more importantly, you take a genuine interest in your clients. You consult with them about their needs and make excellent suggestions; you are very gentle ( I have had cuticles bleed and gotten bruises from the rough harsh hands of some nail techs) and very considerate (I have a few physical limitations and you always make sure I am comfortable and at ease)." I do not like to say anything bad about businesses unless it's just pitiful. Nothing was bad about this salon it's just they up charge you for every little thing that you ask for. Just be aware they will charge you eight dollars to take off your previous dipping so that makes the $42 dipping manicure go to $50 in one swoop. Another hint; if you are going with a group, let them know. We were scattered all over the facility until we asked to be together. At that point, we were all halfway through our service so it was kind of weird. Nice people though. read more

Our group of four arrived around 6:40 and were seated immediately for our pedicures (we had told them we were coming). We all picked out the shellac polish and 3 out of 4 of us got started. The staff were super friendly and the massage was great - hot stones on the basic! Plus they weren't that expensive ($27 for the basic), however it was my first time getting shellac and nobody mentioned to me that it was an extra TWENTY dollars! Almost twice as expensive. That was a shock when I got the register. We all finished around 8:20 (yes, we were there for over an hour and a half) and they had "closed" at 7:30. They really took their time and made us feel comfortable and pampered. It was a great experience (next time I won't get shellac) and I would recommend this place for sure. read more

Came here to take care of my eyebrows because my normal place shut down & I had gone into the procuts next to this location and they had to gentelmen working who were more barbers than stylest ... yes I will go ahead and admit that I get my eybrows waxed on yelp because I won't be able to properly review without saying so ... At first I was a little aprehensive because they had manacure chairs intead of a table like other places do. Yet I ended up being more comfortable sitting up & leaning than laying on a table with someone elbowing my chest. I am sure that its also more comfortable for the person doing the waxing. I ended up having to drop a star when it came to checking out. I gave her my debit card and because it didn't work she automaticly wanted another card. I told her because it is an older card that the magnetic strip doesn't always work when at some buisnesses and has money, I had gotten paid that day and still had enough money in my account from the previous check to cover $8, but she would not attempt that card again and required payment another way. Then they wouldn't give a recept & she had to have a manager (or at least what I assume a manager) come over to give me a hand written recept on the back of a buisness card. I usually go to park village nails and I took a chance on this place and I can definitely say don't get the expensive pedicures or manicures. I stopped them from completing my service and asked them to just buff after watching them half way do my nails and butchering my toe nails, I didn't trust them to paint them.
