Had a lovely pedicure, but when I made the appointment for two people, I was pretty disappointed that we were sat as far away from each other as possible, especially when there was an open pedicure chair right next to the one I was sat at. This is definitely a place that appointments are strongly recommended as walk ins are often unable to be accommodated. Overall, I will definitely be back, but hope when making appointments for two people in the future, we can be seated next to each other so we can chat during our pedicures. read more

I called this place and they told me they did builder gel. I get there and they look at my nails and I explain that it's builder gel and they say okay and confirm my appointment was at 6:30 and I said yes. So they have me pick my color and wait, then at 6:33 pm a girl walks up to me and looks at my nails and I again tell her that it's builder gel and she said we don't do builder gel. So basically they had me drive all the way here for nothing and they still had the chance to tell me when I first walked in and they didn't. They were busy and I felt like the person that was going to help me probably decided not to after all. That is not great service why lie to the customers you either do it or you don't. And if you are too busy just say not today we are booked!!! read more

Natural nail polish last nearly two weeks, but I'm not cleaning the barn or much house cleaning, so that probably makes a difference. Phi is SO talented and the sweetest guy. He recognized me from a few months ago when I'd gone in for a pedicure. He wasn't even my tech for that visit but that just further shows his attention and care. A friend of mine referred me to him for this appointment and, when I got there, I mentioned that I loved how thin my friend's nails were. He worked extra hard to make my dip nails look thin and almost natural! He also really takes the time to make sure you're loving the nails as they progress. The nails on my ring fingers tend to angle upward when a tip is added but he leveled them out (which no tech has EVER been able to accomplish) AND somehow he kept them paper thin! I was blown away! I will always go to Phi now. The whole salon is full of tech's who know their clients and joke around with them and have a great time while working on their nails. The vibes here are great. I almost didn't want to share my review because I'd hate to not be able to make an appointment when their books are more full but this salon deserves ALL of the hype. read more

This place deserves more than just 5 stars! The nail salon around the corner was closed sho we ended up here unexpectedly. Boy am I glad! My friend and I were looking for pedicures after a long week. We got the Blue Ocean pedicures ($40! Such a great deal!) The nail tech took their time and talked to me instead of just to the other tech. So much fun laughing and getting to know them! Also my friend and I both agree, that spa chair was the best one I've ever been in. Wow, sooooo good! I've had several different nail technicians and they were all excellent. Prices are pretty cheap for the area. I believe the dip powder is $35, and a pedicure is $26. This has been my third time to go to this salon and it will be my LAST. I never write reviews, but the employees cuss, are impatient and do not like their jobs. low quality customer service. I asked for a water and the lady rolled her eyes... and rushed me the whole time and I am not a slow moving person... she squeezed my hands very hard. I said wow, your squeezing a bit too tight, sorry! And she was annoyed..... I am absolutely appalled by the way in which I was treated today at Lovely Nail Spa. I have been coming to this salon for years, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the poor customer service and utter lack of disrespect I received today. My friend had made an appointment for the both of us today at 4 pm. We arrived at exactly 4 pm and I was told by the man at the front that someone had called and cancelled our appointment. We asked who called, and he said someone named Arielle. Mind you, neither of our names are Arielle. When I asked him which phone number was used, he said he didn't write the number down and didn't know which number it was. But he reassured us not to worry and stated that he would be able to still do our nails for us. I sat down and he used the drill to take off the design that I currently had on my nails. He said someone would be with me shortly to do my nails and asked me to pick a nail color. I picked the color, since I already knew what I wanted, and I sat for over 40 minutes waiting. When I asked again how long it would be and if someone was coming to do my nails, he kept alluding to me that "someone would be with my shortly". But he did not give me a time on how long to wait. I waited another 25 minutes, and even then he said someone would be with me soon. It had been an hour and 5 minutes at this point where I was just waiting. I decided to leave and still nobody had completed the take off service that someone had started on my nails but didn't finish. Additionally, while I was waiting, not a single employee was kind to me. The customers around me were offered something to drink, and were treated so pleasantly, however, I sat there with my phone in hand, pretty much ignored the entire time. I have never been treated this poorly before in my whole life. I understand the wait if I was a walk-in, but I already had a set appointment A WEEK AGO, so why did I have to wait so much? And why did the employee not tell me how long I would have had to wait? If the employee had simply communicated to me that I would have to wait x amount of time, I would've gladly left and came back or waited patiently. It's the constant lying and mistreatment that really hurt me. It's a shame since I did enjoy how my nails were done here and I hate that now I'll have to look elsewhere. read more

It was my first time to visit Lovely Nails and my last. I went with a friend to this salon because it was highly recommended by my husband and his coworkers. My husband often treats his office staff to a Spa day and the ladies like this place. I went in for my pedi and fill. My pedicure tech was so wonderful. Great guy. His name was Phe. I needed a nail fill as well but the other 2 avail young ladies refused service. That's right. One came over and looked at my nails (3wks since my last fill) and said something very rude like they were going to fall off or something.. Then she changed out of her tights into a very provocative micro mini skirt and left. The other girl (who was already wearing her see through mini) left soon after. I've been getting pink and whites for years. I've never experienced treatment like this before. I walked in said Hello! Thank you! My friend who had 2 lovely (mature) ladies working at the same time on her nails and feet was ready to go so I told them skip my nails. I'll get them done at my regular salon. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Zero stars. Stopped in while running errands in the area. Seemed to have good reviews, but my nail tech was EXTREMELY RUDE, almost HOSTILE with me. I had never had a dip manicure before so I didn't know the steps involved. When she told me "Wash your hands, I'm done with you, go home" silly me, I thought she was finished so I went back to her station and put my bag on my shoulder. She then proceeded to mock me to the other customers and her co-workers saying I trying to leave without paying. She wouldn't drop it, laughing and carrying on about it.
