Asked for ombré pink color with dip- he did French basic... then he filed 90% of dip powder OFF!!!! And filed my nails down to my fingers- there was more than enough when I arrived to not need tips added. When I asked about this he ignored me and didn't respond. Will not return. No one was there when I arrived only one person came in when I was leaving. read more

Kevyn and Hellen are phenomenal at what they do. They care for me and always take the time to make sure I'm comfortable and happy with the process. Their work is incredible and I have never had an issue. I get the dip nails because they last the longest (even with my oily nail beds). Gel is okay, but it isn't the best if you have oily skin. I say all of that because I saw a review where someone was upset with their chipped nails, but they did regular polish. Unless you never use your hands for anything they will always chip fast. And that is no matter where you go. So if you want quality work from great people go here. Make an appointment if you can as it is currently just the two of them, but they are so worth it!!! read more

I stopped in today for a full set, as a walk-in. It was just before 4 pm and the gentleman greeted me immediately. There were 3 people in pedicure chairs and 2 people working one was the person who greeted me. I was seated and waited for about 15 minutes before another person came in (from outside the store) to start my service, just as I was getting antsy and planning to leave since I'd been waiting without any communication on the time it'd take. She glued the tips on my nails and got them shaped then left to do one of the pedicures. I sat with glued on tips for 30 more minutes before the 3rd worker finished the pedicure she was doing and came over to do my dip. In total I was there two hours and am underwhelmed at the service I received. I'm not even 100% sure they gave me the same color I'd wanted. The nails are thick and longer than I wanted and with the extra hour I spent past what a normal full set takes I'm not expecting these to last 2 weeks. Probably won't be back. The people are friendly enough I just don't think they have enough workers or people and I am irritated at the wasted afternoon read more

Worst experience ever!!! When I walked into the salon, there was only one customer in there with two nail techs. I specifically stated that I wanted my mani and pedi to be done as closely together as possible since I was limited on time. The lady who works there guaranteed that it would be possible. Long story short, the guy who was suppose to do my manicure decided to move over to the lady who walked in 45 minutes after me requesting a pedicure with NO appointment as I sat there with my fingers soaking in acetone for more than 45 minutes, WAITING ON HIM!!! The lady who did my pedicure HALF ASSED everything so she could be done quickly and move onto the next customer.. I walked out of there with bare nails since I no longer wanted to be there more than the 2 1/2 hours!!! NOT AN EXAGGERATED time span spent there.. HORRIBLE time management and EVEN worse customer service! read more

New to the area and needed a new salon. This is close to where I live and the reviews seemed decent enough. I came on a Monday and wasn't expecting it to busy. I was wrong. But with that being said, I didn't feel like the wait was bad. Everyone that was in there or came in after me were repeat clients and were greeted by name. That shows they are worth it in my book. Two girls did my feet and hands only got the name of Sandy. They were both fantastic. They paid great attention to detail (I'm picky), listened to what I wanted and OMG that massage with the pedi?! Every place i have been the massage is like an after thought. Not here. She massaged my legs for a very long time and it was much appreciated. Found my new place and I will be back. My gel nails were $30 and got a deluxe pedi for $33, a great value compared to other places in the area. Not fancy but appeared clean and neat. read more

So I decided to try a new nail salon because this one was closer and opened a bit earlier. I had gel to remove and just regular nail polish to add. All the technicians were busy except one and they seated me with her so she could begin the process of removing the gel. She did try to persuade me to get gel again and I presumed it was because it was a more expensive treatment. It really started to get busy with multiple people coming in and here is where the issue I had began. She left me with the nails wrapped and began working with another customer. Then the owner (?) comes over and without looking at my nails proclaimed it would take longer for the gel to come off so I should wait. I then told him I had not ever waited longer than I had already for the process to complete and he reluctantly took the polish off apparently with no issues. I then had another technician work on my nails. She did an ok job, not the best though. Not the kind of treatment I expect so going back to my previous salon. read more

May not be as pretty as some of the other salons in the area, but you don't pay for that style either. What they may lack in style, they make up for in skill. Whether getting a pedi, gel manicure or eye brow wax, I have never been disappointed. They are very friendly and make it a point to call you by name each time you come in unannounced. I just moved to the area and I think I just found my new nail place! Great service, the ladies and man were so nice definitely recommend!

I had planned on going to my usual place, but decided to give them a try since they were right next door to a store I was already going to. The 'salon' was dirty and run-down. They were more expensive than some of the fancier spas I have been to, but decided to stay anyway out of convenience. I had to tell them on more than one occasion to paint the whole nail! They would not paint the sides, which I found odd, and thought they would come back to it (every salon has a different style/technique), but never did. My hands were under their light to "dry" for 9 minutes, per the timer, and before I could even get to my car, at least 2 nails were completely ruined! I do not have the luxury of salon/spa visits very often, maybe once or twice a year, and money is very scarce. So I feel very disappointed in this rare treat that completely wasted money I need, but wanted my nails to look nice for a new job I am starting. Needless to say, I will not be returning and discourage anyone else from going there. read more
