I went in to get ONE nail fixed because after only 1 week a nail came off and I LOVED this set that Ann did a week ago so I wanted to get it fixed so I could have them longer. the guy up front recommended I get a fill so I said that's fine then while I'm sitting there the lady starts taking my nails off with the e file even though I asked for a fill he comes to tell me they don't do fills on dip...even through HE recommended the fill . I explained I only wanted one nail fixed and now I'm having to pay for a full set that isn't even what I came in for in the first place! I had to go to work so I didn't even have time for a new set so we just left them bare but instead of making them look decent she left them uneven jagged and some still have a layer of acrylic... he still charged me to take off the nails that I didn't want taken off in the first place truly the worst experience I've had getting my nails done and I hope they do something to make this right.
