I will never return to this nail salon. I have dry, cracked heels - and I like to get weekly pedicures to maintain my heel. I visited this location for the first time and I was so excited at first. When the nail tech began to scrub my heel - she started making fun of me to the other tech next to her. While they spoke in another language, she was clearly pointing to my heel and laughing. Immediately after finishing up a giggle - the tech turns to me and says "you need to start putting on petroleum jelly every night". First of all, I already do. Second of all, it's not your place to give me advice after making me feel so small. I'm already self conscious about my dry heels. My feelings were so hurt and I spent the remainder of my time in the chair trying not to cry. Do not recommend at all. read more

First off, I take customer service very seriously for I am also in this work arena.... FRIDAY, August 10th- walk in and owner asked us to come back at 4pm- We decided 4pm was too late for our needs so set up an appointment for the next day- agreed time was 12:30pm for SATURDAY, August 11th. We arrive on time for our scheduled appointment- waited until after 1:30pm before we were assisted----the owner admitted to letting walks in "take your place." We explained we made appt early for we needed to be at family gathering by 3pm. Initially, smooth due to our wait time and offered 10% discount. HOWEVER- the services rendered were hurried and it showed on the finished mani's and pedi's. Additionally, The "service form" they request you fill out is confusing....so make sure you are not charged for what you did not ask for! After all was said and done- we walked out after 3pm, very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a good experience and quality paint job. read more

Save your time & money. TDLR, complaint is being made. I have been to this place for about 3 almost 4 years. I've had issues with the nails before but never said anything, due to the fact that I didn't want to come off rude, demanding or anything of that sort. Multiple times I've gone home crying. I had asked for the design below. I had seen the gold and thought she would clean up the areas where the gold had spread to that wasn't part of the design. I also noticed the lines were way too thick and uneven, again I assumed she would file and fix the shape. I was wrong, I had asked her to clean up the gold and she filed off polish on my thumb, put top coat on it again and into the UV. Nothing got fixed and she didn't clean anything up. I expressed I didn't like them. They're not evenly filed, she didn't bother fixing anything despite being told I didn't like them. The lines are missing spots, they have dents in the pattern while it's supposed to be a line not missing any part of it. The gold chrome isn't even on my line part of the nail, you can see the gel she was using. It's sloppy, ugly and doesn't come close to the picture. I will be getting in contact with TDLR. I paid $100 not including the tip for these nails. I've given many opportunities to this business. This is not okay, I will be checking if MMA was used with the Acrylic. read more

The only place I go to, to get my pedicure and nails done. Everybody here is very friendly. For my nails, Mimi is the only person I trust cause I'm super picky. She always make sure I leave satisfied. Andy and Tony, the front desk people, also the owners are super nice and always make sure I enjoyed my visit. They offer drinks while you get your nails done too. The salon is always clean. They also have a reward system there when you enroll your number. Come and get pamper at Veneto! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I showed what I wanted and wasn't told beforehand he would have to hand draw it. Tyler there was great when doing my nails. He did try to do the hearts but did get frustrated when I wasn't happy with the results of the hearts after trying for 30min. Yen came up to me to tell me that the hand painted hearts wouldn't come out exactly the same and if I don't like it to get it painted all white. This is what I was charged -full set pink and white $55 -special shape $5.00 -long nail 10.00 -design 15.00 -extra 10.00 I think they charged me extra for being picky with the hand drawn heart shape. Went in today to get my Wedding nails and toes done. No one greeted me when i walked in i filled out my paper and handed to the man at the front. I got Cece the pedicure went fine and then we got to my nails. I asked for french tips and they were so uneven. The white part were all different thicknesses and shapes on each nail. While doing my nails she cut my RING FINGER with the nail file she cut it pretty deep i started bleeding (it hurt really bad) i told her i didn't like them and she starts removing them and has to soak the big cut she just made on my finger in acetone (which burned!!) i was so upset with the situation i told her i just wanted to leave. i got up to the front to pay for my pedicure and the 2 men upfront insisted they fix my nails for me. they sit me with another lady to fix my nails i just picked a much simpler design and she was very gentle. Once i was finished i went to go pay the front and he didn't charge me for the pedicure, but still charged me $85... Don't think ill be back after this! read more

I went to get my acrylic nails refilled on Sunday with my sister in law. I'm from out of town, so I just needed a refill and we went together for a Mother's Day treat. I had one of the guys work on mine while a lady did my sister in law's. He was not only cutting me up with the dremel tool, I paid $20 more for the "cat eye" polish and it just looks like regular polish. I also tipped him healthily, regretfully. It's not even 2 days later, and I already have a broken nail and dents in the gel polish. My sister in law's nails turned out great and the lady was super friendly. So just watch out for what technician works on your nails. $90 is A LOT of money for a crap job. read more

Came in for the first time to try them out a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have an appointment but the gentleman at the front desk assured me that they can get me in quickly. I had an idea of what color I wanted but then had a hard time picking which shade I liked. They have a lot of colors to choose from. Sure enough, my tech was ready for me by the time I did choose a color. The place is very nicely decorated and has many manicure and pedicure stations. They seem to have a large staff to support the space as well. Overall I liked the way my nails turned out however I did get cut with the drill and that's typically my dealbreaker. She was apologetic but not until the end of my manicure. I will admit that I have a hard time relaxing my hand when someone new does my manicure. I mean, it is a person holding a drill to your fingernail. Some techs can be rough with it. But like I said, I liked the way it turned out. It was smooth and even without being too thick and I liked the way she filed my nails. She also asked me throughout the process if she needed to change anything which I appreciated. I just wished she was more personable. That would've helped me be more relaxed. Not sure if I will come back yet. Overall good job except for the cut. read more

I just stopped in on a whim. Was just getting off work and I knew I wanted a pedicure. I came in the front desk was kind, efficient, and on top on things. First impressions was nice, clean, and the music is good. I got a cucumber aroma pedicure and let me tell you...AMAZING. Livia was sooo good. I told her I stand all day and she took the best care of me. I got acrylic on my big toes and just polish but the massage was where it's at. Hot stone, paraffin, oils, lotions, and a deep tissue massage I could have used all week. She is amazing and I will come back to her. My toes look great, my legs feel amazing, my feet feel new again. I'd like to start off on a positive note my nails do you look great, this nail salon was very clean and beautiful on the inside... on the other hand, I really want my nails to match my toe color, which I specifically had chosen a chocolatey brown but because of the design, she didn't have the chocolate brown to match and ended up painting over my dip nails with a reddish color. That really wasn't that big of an issue since she couldn't find the chocolate brown to match the dip. My biggest issue is the mess on my hands currently the leftover paint that is not on my nails, but on my actual hands, biggest pet peeve. I may return and try a different nail tech and hopefully get a better experience. read more

I have been a regular at a different salon for about 2 years. I decided to try Veneto Nail bar and absolutely loved it! 1. Michael took his time on my gel manicure, which I appreciated. The shape and color turned out perfect. 2. Nice hand massage. 3. Owner is very attentive and offers drinks. 4. The best part of the pedicure- the massage- was amazing! She even put a timer on, which I super appreciated, because so many places barely spend time on the massage these days. 5. Had to make a last minute appointment for my baby shower. Be advised this was a tall order but when I called I was told "If you have a picture, we can do it" so I trusted it. I asked for coffin shaped acrylic nails with a specific lettering design. Showed pics of what I wanted. Nail tech seemed hesitant but I gave her a chance. Lady went ahead and did dip instead of acrylic which takes twice as long and in my opinion is not attractive but costs more. The lettering she did on my nails is not even close to the picture, which I was told they could do. I paid her either way for the work, but I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want a very basic style of nails. They will say anything to get you in the door and find ways to up-charge you. Very disappointed in this experience. read more

I drove here, in tears, on the phone with my boyfriend, after leaving another shop because of not only how my nails looked, but how I was treated (click on my profile to read the review of THAT shop). When I walked in, the girl working the counter took one look at my hands and knew something was up. She listened to what I wanted, then got her manager. The manager came out, listened to me, looked at my pictures, and grabbed the nail tech (Michael). He explained to him what I wanted, turning my hand over to show him in detail what I asked for. I was sat, and from the removal process through the service he was very gentle with my nails, asking me every step of the way if there was anything I wanted differently. I didn't have to speak up a single time for him to change something, and the manager came by to check in multiple times. My nails look just like my tech back in Houston did them, like I've been having them done for four years, and every staff member was kind and considerate. The pedicure was amazing. I could have had the ingrown toenail dug a little deeper but still better. The polish on my toes must have been something wrong 3 hours later started to smudge. So odd so I Went back 2 days later and got new polish no charge no problem. I have found the best place to get my nails done. The staff are all very good at what they do. Andy, (I call him the "Front Man") is friendly and courteous. You are offered free cocktails or drinks to sip on while you get your nails done. I have not minded getting whomever is available at the time I need my nails done. They are all good at what they do. I am a bit picky. They always ask if I like my nails and if I want anything different they are happy to file a bit more if I want it!
