Not the best experience and subpar pedicure. I had a nice greeting and was sat right away to get my feet soaking, about 15 minutes later I was told it would be 15 more minutes- yikes that would have been nice to know up front so I had the option to run an errand and return. There were several other guest that all seemed to receive a complimentary beverage, I was not asked which leads to a lack of standardization that could be improved upon. My nail tech wasn't the best as you can see in the photos and the massage portion laughable but being the holidays and seeing children of employees around the shop I tipped as I normally would and placed Oasis in a never to return category. Recommend shop give patrons expected wait times before they soak their feet and tend to any beverage desires before the tech arrives. Recommend utilizing nail tech strengths or provide training, perhaps mine is just terrible at pedis but can be successful at something else. read more

Have been going here for years but not again.. Got powder dipped nails today & ended up bloody twice. I said OUCH you hurt me.. He says Oh.. Then he takes the pointy Dremel tool & stabs it under my nail & I am bleeding again.. I cry out again & nothing.. While checking out ( I would have left but my nails were not done & I had no way of finishing them my self) I tell the lady at the desk I was cut twice & show her my thumb, She said nothing.. This is what happens when a manicurist thinks they're a surgeon. I screamed as she ripped the corner of my nail back. She acted offended that I screamed in pain and started chattering about me in Vietnamese to the other manicurists next to her. I told her I knew exactly what she was saying, and she was mortified. She asked if I spoke Vietnamese. I didn't have to speak the language to know what she was saying, her tone and body language said all. Not only was I injured, I was disrespected. After the polish was applied, she got up and left and never came back. I had to put my sandals on myself. When I removing my dip they were pressing hard with the drill that it felt hot and it hurt. I got the deluxe for shoulder and neck massage and didn't give me one. Love this place! I've been all over, but I keep coming back here. It's a longer drive for me, but it continues to be my favorite. Very friendly staff, skilled techs, and a relaxing atmosphere. Smaller than some others I've been to, but I like that. Just makes it that much more relaxing for me after a long day of interfacing with patients. I've never requested a specific tech, but I haven't needed to. I've been happy with my nails each and every time. Overall, I would and do recommend this place. read more

Let me start out by saying I try new nail salons all the time from all over DFW & Austin. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. My friend and I made appointments together & we get there and they sit us in completely different rooms. When u make an appointment with a friend or walk in with them you obviously want to sit together.... i picked a nail color I've had at other salons and i know it has to have a couple coats bc it is so light of a color.. but i asked for a couple more coats and she just didn't get it. Not to mention there is hair/fuzz in the gel on my nail. My friend picked a cute light pink and by the end she had hot pink nails. She asked to look at the nail number & it was not what she asked for...Don't let the 30% off for the month fool you this manicure was not even worth $1. Go somewhere else people. read more

Went here four days before vacation. Tech did such a nice job shaping my pedicure nails. I asked for the nail art book but she said there wasn't one. Somehow though, there was a book at the front desk when I went to check out. The real issue? The FIRST day at the beach and the sand reacted weirdly with the topcoat. I've never had this happen before. It ate into the top coat and became embedded into my polish. I'm not sure what brand topcoat was used, or what was going on, but this was weird. read more

Where do I start? nails, pedicure, massages and other salon services that are amazing. They offer it here. The owners take pride in providing a nice experience no matter the service. I do like the old style of music they play here...so much of it reminds me my grandmother or being in church as a child growing up. It's comforting. Now I love good old rock n roll but the music and atmosphere make it relaxing. I have had nails and pedicures done here but I mostly come to get my nails all pretty. I like the acrylics with gel nails but changed to the dipping nails which are much better for your nails. Ask for Kathy, she is the best nail tech in my opinion. You can make appointments or walk-in for services. They also offer rooms for large parties if you want to do group services. Just call for more details. FYI-The Oasis was voted the best nail salon in Keller for 2015. read more

Negative Review today. I have been going to Oasis nails for five years. Today will be my last visit. I am not able to wear a mask for medical reasons. I explained this to the manager and she didn't seem to care. She was worried about what others would think. Please note it was NOT busy. When I mentioned The American Disabilities Act she then seated me. I was 6+ feet away from any one. Also they have a second room that I would have been fine using. This was the most rushed manicure/pedicure i have ever had there. They acted like I was a leper. The person who did my pedicure said she was not comfortable doing the manicure. That she would have to find someone who would do it. I'm ok with that but it was the way I was treated that was wrong. They would NEVER have said anything like that to someone in a wheelchair or with an obvious disability. Finally someone came and got me to do the manicure. I assumed they would do it while I was in the pedicure chair. It's was not busy and it's pretty normal there to hand both services there. However I was escorted to the front with all the other who were have manicures only. Busier there and we were not 6 feet from each other. I'm so disappointed with how I was treated, especially since I have been going there for 5 years. I explained that I was dissatisfied and why I didn't leave a tip. They didn't seem to care. Should you have a medical condition and are unable to wear a mask this is NOT the place for you. My next step is to report them to The American Disabilities Act due to discrimination. read more

Love coming here for a pedicure - ask for Phoebe - and have been coming here for years. Decided to venture out and get a dip manicure and am very disappointed. I got them done Saturday morning, and by Wednesday I had several chips and cracks down the middle. By Friday I had 2 nails completely chip off. I've been coming to this salon for years and I absolutely love them. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The spa is extremely clean and well sanitized, they have an employee constantly sweeping, cleaning off chairs and doing what they can to keep the spa clean. I never have any issues with my gel they always do a great application. The staff are so nice and welcoming they really try to get to know you and take care of all your needs. This place gave me very pleasant first impression, smelled clean and flowery, had a relaxing musical playing, service prompt and polite, interior decoration tasteful and updated, they offer me an option of red and white wine, water and coke. I did a gel manicure with Jenny. She was sweet, spoke a broken but understandable English, liked her attention to details, my nails look absolutely awesome. I'm sad to be writing this review because I have been going to this salon for I think over a decade. The last few times that I have been here have not been great. I think today might be my last pedicure here. The technician was rushed, she cut me, and the application of the polish wasn't nice. I didn't say anything about the polish application because honestly, I didn't want her to redo it or put more alcohol or nail polish remover on my cut. After she started, I think she spent 20 minutes with me. I got a basic pedicure but in the past they have taken their time and I always left with beautifully painted toes. Getting a pedicure is a small luxury that I splurge on and I just want a nicer experience. I might check out some of the new salons that have opened closer to me. read more

Dip nails! Just had dip nails done here for the 2nd time. I like the dip because it last longer than gel. Mine lasted about 2 weeks so I came in, got them off, and got a new color. What I don't like is how much of a pain it is to take them off. They'll shave it down some than apply acetone, cotton ball, and wrap it in foil. I've had Donna twice, I don't have a specific technician I just happen to get her again. Nail dip is $35. read more

I walked in which was the first mistake second of all I did walk in Mani Pedi because I had a last-minute event to go to tonight and I got the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever got. Obviously this place has great reviews that's why I was here but all the good people must've been being used because I got stuck with the girls that were training I guess... one girl cut my cuticles and made me bleed and my manicure looks like my seven-year-old could have done it I. TERRIBLE salon. walked in and they sat me down right away and one lady got started on my acrylic nails and did TERRIBLE. The acrylics were way to thick and don't even get me started on the shaping. I asked for the most simple christmas design and the first lady couldn't do it so a second lady WALKED AWAY from HER CLIENT to come do my designs where she completely smeared and messed up the nail polish so when i kept asking her to fix it she threw a fit and walked back to her client. the lady at the front desk told me somebody else would be coming to finish off my nails so i sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone else!!! when the new lady came to do my nails she was so rough with my hands and very rude!! her designs did not come out good either! so embarrassing having to walk around with lumpy uneven nails for 2 weeks. i asked for my eyebrows to be done as well and the same 2 ladies both took a turn on them and they look horrendous!!! if i could give 0 stars i would.
