Lavish Nails has been my go to place the last 2 years since moving to Keller. I'm very picky about my nails so i extensively research the places that I choose to go to. After going a few times and working with different technicians, I usually request Tam or Wendy and they always do a great job! I get a dip manicure and regular polish for my toes. The guy that was doing my nails was very rude not to mention he took around 2 hours just to do white dip nails and they look horrible.He didn't talk to me once during those 2 hours and when I told him that I wanted him to do the shape better he gave me a lot of attitude. I had my nails done six days ago and one of them cracked two days ago, but hasn't come off and is pulling my skin underneath and then today popped off when I picked up a box off my front porch! This place was recommended to me by my friend. I decided to give it a try as I have been looking for a permanent nail salon to go to. When I got there I got there 30 minutes before my appointment and the place was packed which says a lot. The front desk staff told me that I would have to wait until my appointment time as they are way too busy but in the meantime I can go pick my color. While picking my color and sitting down for a bit next thing I know they were calling my name sooner than expected they took me and had two wonderful ladies do my pedi and dip at the same time. They were quick and efficient! Really glad I got to try this place out I think I have finally found my go to spot. I feel that the price was reasonable as well. read more

Moved here from Seattle, have gone to 7-8 or places before finding Lavish. I go every two weeks and highly recommend Julie.

Just simply don't go here. I went to get a dip manicure and my hands look terrible. I left with all of the skin around my finger nails being bright red from being pulled at so hard (and just the nail file rubbing hard consistently on my skin) and three of my fingers bleeding. My nails were done previously (by a different nail salon) and they were in the oval shape and I told her I wanted to keep them oval but just trim them up a little bit. I'm not exaggerating when I say every nail is a different shape and none of them are the same length. Some nails are really short while others are much longer. There goes $62 and an hour that I'll never get back. I definitely won't be a returning customer. read more

We went as a group for some pre-wedding pampering for my friend's daughter (that I consider to be another one of my daughters). They go to this salon all the time because it's close to their house and it's absolutely beautiful. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and given "menus" for the services we wanted. I chose a milk and honey pedicure while my oldest daughter just had a manicure. I had Kimmy and she was gentle and efficient and the pedicure was thoroughly enjoyable. It did seem a little short though. We were never offered any refreshments - even though other customers have mentioned getting them. My daughter's manicure was extremely basic and her nail polish didn't even last till that evening. It was chipping before we left and her technician did a quick swipe of the color to fix it but no clear coat afterwards. My polish got bubbly and rough but I didn't really notice until we had left so they didn't get a chance to fix that. I think that maybe the color I chose was too old and should have been thrown out. So - I think it was fun to go in a group but if I lived in the area I probably would look for somewhere else to go. read more

I made an appointment at 2 PM on a Monday, arrived and was seated right away! A sweet lady named Ann gave me a dip manicure. She was quick and efficient, and my nails turned out wonderful! I would give zero stars, so this one star is being generous. I wouldn't recommend this place because they have over-scheduled me on more than one occasion; tech does a rush job; my nails have been cut at a bad angle, so not evenly. The employees do more talking to each other than to the customer, so you feel insignificant. At times, some employees look over the shoulder of the tech doing my nails to chat with her. And my tech, sometimes, gets hurried by Michelle (manager). They seem to be more concerned with making money by rushing people in/out rather than doing a good job. I will not go back. read more

Today, two days before I have to be at a wedding the person doing my nails filed through my actual nail to the nail bed. Not my cuticle, my nail. Got a gel manicure here and they lasted only a WEEK. After a week of having this gel polish on the back end closes to my cuticle started to 'peel' upwards. Clearly a terrible cure and application I've had much better applications elsewhere. This place is very over priced for this kind of work and to only have my GEL polish lasting for a week? Came here on a saturday around 3pm. There was nobody at the front desk so I started asking a customer questions thinking she worked there (my bad!). At that point somebody came up to the front desk and I said I wanted a french pedicure, so I wrote it on a slip and handed it back to them. I was sat in a chair, I asked if they had wifi so the girl up front put in a password. Let me also mention the girl up front was not friendly and generally seemed uninterested to be there. The girl put the water on waay too hot, and I kept trying to tell her to put it colder but she didn't seem to understand. I waited in my chair for quite some time before anybody came over (I'd say 25-30mim). Luckily I had nowhere to be so I waited. They have two huge flat screen TV's for entertainment. Finally somebody came over then she set up my water the right way then said she would "be right back". At that point I was starting to get annoyed, I have already been waiting for quite some time and now I had to wait more. They weren't even that busy. Finally she comes back with a nice tray of supplies. She does a great job massaging, clipping, and cleaning. I see her opening all the tools in front of me which I am VERY happy about. I believe her name was Ria(sp)? But she did a great job on the french tip, very clean and nicely angled. The price was 36$ total, a bit pricey for just a pedicure, but everything was clean. They do not offer mani-pedi special which I wish they would to cut the price. I gave it 3 stars because I had to wait so long when it wasn't super busy and lack of service in the beginning. The girl who did my nails would get 5 stars alone. I'll be back here for my next pedi, hopefully service will be better next time. read more

What a wonderful spot to treat yourself to a mani-pedi. They do you mani and pedi at the same time so you feel totally pampered while visiting. There is a whole menu of services you can choose from while lots of fun smells and lotion. I had Teresa who was very kind and did an amazing job on my nails. I came in here after visiting another local nail salon for a couple years. This was my first visit. They had a great selection of nail colors to choose from, prices were decent also. I chose dip mail with manicure and pedicure. My nails look great and so does the pedicure. I wish under my nails would have been cleaned out but I did it within the hour and it wasn't terrible. Another thing was I wish they would give canned drinks instead of 2 liter bottle. They did have a good selection a alcoholic drinks to chose from also. The staff is excellent! Anna is my nail tech and I absolutely love her! She makes sure its 100% the way I want it and is super friendly and sweet. The front desk is super friendly and sweet too. This place has my favorite colors ever but it's always so sloppily done. I left with nail powder all over my fingers stuck to them not to mention half the tips that she had put on my nails didn't actually fit on my nails. My hand was also stuck into a bag of incredibly hot acetone, I can withstand heat too so for me to have to pull my hand out in pain really says something. Also my whole entire hand? Sitting in hot acetone? I'm not completely sure but that cannot be healthy for your skin.
