I usually avoid small nail salons with low ceilings because the smell of remover tends to linger throughout the space. This place is on the smaller side, but the interior was bright, comfortable, and completely free of any unpleasant odors. All the staff were friendly, and they welcomed me warmly even as a walk‑in. I got a French gel manicure, but it was a bit disappointing that the finish felt a little sloppy. read more

I went in on Wednesday and all of my nails popped off within three days and that was for powder dip

Got gel cat-eye nails after not getting my nails done for around 2 years. Overall good experience! Reasonably priced & I'm happy with the way my nails and cuticles look. The shop was very clean and nice. The only problem was I didn't see my tech take her tools out of a sealed bag-- but I'm not sure if they sanitize their tools before use and I wasn't aware. read more

Being as straightforward as possible: this is the most terrible set of acrylics I have ever received in every aspect. Aesthetically: These nails are like a Monet. Beautiful from afar but terribly flawed up close. The base is too thick, which completely took away from the beauty of the design. A design which was crooked, by the way. Customer Service Wise: The tech who did my nails had a bit of a grumpy vibe going on. I understand that we all have our days but it is no excuse to not provide the best quality service one has to offer, especially when it comes to a craft such as acrylic nails. Financially: I paid $80 for the most dreadful nails I have ever gotten done. Aftermath‼: I got these nails done back in October for homecoming. I do not get my nails done very often, in fact I've gotten them done a total of 3 times this year and this was the last time I got them done, so I know this nail job is to blame. When I took them off, I noticed they left these indents behind but I didn't think much of it, so I had no reason to write a review. A week ago however, I felt pain on my nails and realized one of them was breaking off and by the depth of the other indents on my nails, it looks like the others are fixing to break off too. My best friend went with me and got her nails done by the same tech and she is having the same issue with these indents. This saddens me, as I was looking forward to getting my nails done for Christmas, but now they are so damaged that getting them done would be unwise and unlikely. read more

These prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS! It's like you're double charged for literally everything. I'm a cosmetologist and work for myself and I would never double charged for no reason. I brought me and my mama here and we got DOUBLE priced, for what? I'll never come back. read more

I went back after Thanksgiving and got someone I had never had before. I went on a Sunday, and the front desk lady did my nails, but it took way longer than i'm used to. She was super unhelpful as well. I asked for jelly nails, and she told me they wouldn't like good without even showing me them... I've done them before, so I know what to expect, but I didn't bother arguing. Then I wanted to see two different colors, and she didn't want to show me them. She said they look like how they are in the book. I said ok, but I want to see them on my skintone. Then, she still hesitantly marked them on a white piece of paper. As for the service, I had two cracked nails that needed tips. These were done so horribly and rushed. She made comments about how I'd see a line due to the tip added, but I've also done this multiple times before. The nail tech always uses the drill to blend it in. She didn't bother and got nail glue everywhere. The paint job on my two thumbs looks different as well because she didn't put a solid second coat on one, so it's more sheer. I added pics so you can see how bad my thumbs look. The rest of my nails are okay, but these didn't need anything other than the polish. This is my first bad experience there. Unfortunately, I can't remember the woman's name. She was an older lady who seemed like the manager that day. read more

This nails salon ruined my nails. Not only do I still have indents in my nails almost 4 months after but my nails were left extremely damaged and fragile. The service was not good and the guy was grumpy. My best friend also had extreme nails damage and one of her nails came completely off after. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I stopped in for a pedicure on Sunday afternoon and was able to get in immediately despite there being 4-5 others already being worked on. This location is beautiful, bright and clean and has a lot of special touches like the book of nail polish samples, rather than being overwhelmed by a huge wall of nail polish bottles. There is also a full bar that I enjoyed use of and comfortable massage chairs with all digital controls. I appreciate that I was asked the pedi I wanted when I checked in (rather than feeling pressured when I was already in the chair) and he didn't try to upsell me when I selected the cheapest. Cost-wise, it's on par with other nail salons, even with all of the updates/amenities. Linda gave me a perfect pedicure and I look forward to stopping back in to see her. read more

Peter did an amazing job on my nails & toes but the colors they have to match does not go hand & feet. ‼Please make sure the colors match before leaving the salon- regardless of the time‼I called the day after and was told to come, and 20 minutes later they were closed. No call back- "just left which left me look silly in front of my guy"!!!! I still confused why they left after telling me to come now. Finally, I spoke to the manager & return and was charge 10$ for color change. Her exact words were, "next time, discount"!!!! Why do I have to come back for a discount after this being my 3rd time here which should have been only once in the past week. I paid & left. read more

This was my 1st time here for a Pedicure. Nikki did a great job with an ingrown toenail. Will definitely return!

My daughter and her friend went in Sunday evening to get their nails done. I believe because I was not in there they were taken advantage of not only in quality but price. They got nothing too crazy.. Tips and oval which was done uneven. I've been getting my nails done for years.. and should of known better to take them to an unknown location. I wouldn't let your daughters go in without and adult to help out read more

Always greeted in a welcoming manner. Very nice, bright & clean environment. Very friendly and accommodating. Always offered a beverage with my treatment. Love the pedicures!! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the manicure today. I asked her not to cut my nails, just file and make them neat. I wasn't concerned that "1" nail out of 10 was shorter than the others. She ended up cutting them shorter than I wanted. Also, I had a bruised nail and she kept trying to file the color out. REALLY?? I will be back, because again I love their pedicures & massage chairs read more
