    I love this nail salon they are sooo good!! I have had two pedicures and a manicure here and they are the best! Today I had Ivy and Nikki my nails are perfect they are so nice in here its very clean and you can't tell from the front because there are tinted windows but it's huge inside and they have the best massage chairs. Ivy also gives the best massage everrrr! Highly recommend you come in they offer you drinks and if you pay cash you get a $5 or $10 (depending on price) card for your next visit

    Being as straightforward as possible: this is the most terrible set of acrylics I have ever received in every aspect. Aesthetically: These nails are like a Monet. Beautiful from afar but terribly flawed up close. The base is too thick, which completely took away from the beauty of the design. A design which was crooked, by the way. Customer Service Wise: The tech who did my nails had a bit of a grumpy vibe going on. I understand that we all have our days but it is no excuse to not provide the best quality service one has to offer, especially when it comes to a craft such as acrylic nails. Financially: I paid $80 for the most dreadful nails I have ever gotten done. Aftermath‼: I got these nails done back in October for homecoming. I do not get my nails done very often, in fact I've gotten them done a total of 3 times this year and this was the last time I got them done, so I know this nail job is to blame. When I took them off, I noticed they left these indents behind but I didn't think much of it, so I had no reason to write a review. A week ago however, I felt pain on my nails and realized one of them was breaking off and by the depth of the other indents on my nails, it looks like the others are fixing to break off too. My best friend went with me and got her nails done by the same tech and she is having the same issue with these indents. This saddens me, as I was looking forward to getting my nails done for Christmas, but now they are so damaged that getting them done would be unwise and unlikely.

    I have been going here for 4/5 years now and i live a hour away now. I have yet to find anyone who does what i want and not charge me a arm and leg but when i say the best pedicure i mean the best i tried one place in decatur's closer to my house now and was so upset the pedicure was not worth the $120 i paid i had dry hard spots i said square they did round so i have to come to my normal place (bliss nail and spa) to get fixed up if your ever looking for somewhere where they remember you care about how you and the family are doing and give you a well needed TLC give them a try

    These prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS! It's like you're double charged for literally everything. I'm a cosmetologist and work for myself and I would never double charged for no reason. I brought me and my mama here and we got DOUBLE priced, for what? I'll never come back.

    I went back after Thanksgiving and got someone I had never had before. I went on a Sunday, and the front desk lady did my nails, but it took way longer than i'm used to. She was super unhelpful as well. I asked for jelly nails, and she told me they wouldn't like good without even showing me them... I've done them before, so I know what to expect, but I didn't bother arguing. Then I wanted to see two different colors, and she didn't want to show me them. She said they look like how they are in the book. I said ok, but I want to see them on my skintone. Then, she still hesitantly marked them on a white piece of paper. As for the service, I had two cracked nails that needed tips. These were done so horribly and rushed. She made comments about how I'd see a line due to the tip added, but I've also done this multiple times before. The nail tech always uses the drill to blend it in. She didn't bother and got nail glue everywhere. The paint job on my two thumbs looks different as well because she didn't put a solid second coat on one, so it's more sheer. I added pics so you can see how bad my thumbs look. The rest of my nails are okay, but these didn't need anything other than the polish. This is my first bad experience there. Unfortunately, I can't remember the woman's name. She was an older lady who seemed like the manager that day.

Hannah tried to make the waxing as comfortable as possible, but it was still one of the more painful waxing experiences I've had. My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.
