I stopped in for a pedicure on Sunday afternoon and was able to get in immediately despite there being 4-5 others already being worked on. This location is beautiful, bright and clean and has a lot of special touches like the book of nail polish samples, rather than being overwhelmed by a huge wall of nail polish bottles. There is also a full bar that I enjoyed use of and comfortable massage chairs with all digital controls. I appreciate that I was asked the pedi I wanted when I checked in (rather than feeling pressured when I was already in the chair) and he didn't try to upsell me when I selected the cheapest. I love this nail salon they are sooo good!! I have had two pedicures and a manicure here and they are the best! Today I had Ivy and Nikki my nails are perfect they are so nice in here its very clean and you can't tell from the front because there are tinted windows but it's huge inside and they have the best massage chairs. Being as straightforward as possible: this is the most terrible set of acrylics I have ever received in every aspect. Aesthetically: These nails are like a Monet. Beautiful from afar but terribly flawed up close. The base is too thick, which completely took away from the beauty of the design. A design which was crooked, by the way. Customer Service Wise: The tech who did my nails had a bit of a grumpy vibe going on. I understand that we all have our days but it is no excuse to not provide the best quality service one has to offer, especially when it comes to a craft such as acrylic nails. Financially: I paid $80 for the most dreadful nails I have ever gotten done. Aftermath‼: I got these nails done back in October for homecoming. I do not get my nails done very often, in fact I've gotten them done a total of 3 times this year and this was the last time I got them done, so I know this nail job is to blame. When I took them off, I noticed they left these indents behind but I didn't think much of it, so I had no reason to write a review. A week ago however, I felt pain on my nails and realized one of them was breaking off and by the depth of the other indents on my nails, it looks like the others are fixing to break off too. My best friend went with me and got her nails done by the same tech and she is having the same issue with these indents. This saddens me, as I was looking forward to getting my nails done for Christmas, but now they are so damaged that getting them done would be unwise and unlikely. read more

I went back after Thanksgiving and got someone I had never had before. I went on a Sunday, and the front desk lady did my nails, but it took way longer than i'm used to. She was super unhelpful as well. I asked for jelly nails, and she told me they wouldn't like good without even showing me them... I've done them before, so I know what to expect, but I didn't bother arguing. Then I wanted to see two different colors, and she didn't want to show me them. She said they look like how they are in the book. I said ok, but I want to see them on my skintone. Then, she still hesitantly marked them on a white piece of paper. As for the service, I had two cracked nails that needed tips. These were done so horribly and rushed. She made comments about how I'd see a line due to the tip added, but I've also done this multiple times before. The nail tech always uses the drill to blend it in. She didn't bother and got nail glue everywhere. The paint job on my two thumbs looks different as well because she didn't put a solid second coat on one, so it's more sheer. I added pics so you can see how bad my thumbs look. The rest of my nails are okay, but these didn't need anything other than the polish. This is my first bad experience there. I had great service when I first started going here. Absolutely loved my nails and was worth every penny. Then I had booked an appointment with my normal nail tech and when I showed up they had double booked her. So I ended up having to let another person do my nails. They looked good but she had a hard time getting the top coat to dry and had to keep putting it on. I got home did light cleaning and the top coat began to crack and peel off. I went back since I paid over $100 for toes and nails, told them to just fix the polish but not to put gel over it again. They started cutting off my nails then took them all off. I washed my hands and she then asked how I like them. I told her they don't have anything she said that is what you wanted me to do I told her no. She redid my nails and I left. I was more than willing to pay for the product but wasn't asked to pay for anything. I then scheduled my next appointment early with my normal girl and then that day just before the appointment I was called and told she wouldn't do my nails. I was very upset as I never had an issue with her but other techs I had horrible works done. So disappointed in this salon to not own use to their work! read more
