Dipping colors displayed in a book do that you can view options all at once without going through multiple rings of samples Best of all, they performed a test of the color before applying just to make sure I liked it. The only dream I can think of here is a bad dream. Not quite nightmare level but the level of neglect shown to us was surprising. We called and they said they could take us at 3pm. We got there at 3pm and they were able to take us to a chair where we waited for 40 minutes with our feet in cool water. When we asked about water temperature we were told, "it's not going to be as hot as it would at home." Mind you, we have been there before where the water was too hot so I know what can't be right. My wife's water was dirty and he ended up draining and putting more water in. My wife got her nails painted afterwards and was just left at the chair to dry them.aw No offer to dry under light with air or anything. I am surprised as this place was nice at one point. It feels like they are operating in a very thin margin and cutting corners. Please do your service the right way! I'd pay a little extra just to be treated better. We will NOT be returning. read more

I came on a Saturday with no appointment and they said to come back in 1 hour so no big deal. I came back and waited for 5 minutes at the counter until I was told to go to a chair. I sat down and it took about another 5 minutes until the lady (maybe the one who was supposed to do my nails-?) came over and asked me about the service I wanted then I asked for the nail polish, another 5 minutes and had to wait then remind her again. I've never done this and fully realize it was a Saturday but I ended up leaving and they didn't even notice lol Oh and it was dirty inside. It's been a while but today i had Sandy and i swear to you, no one has ever cared for the way my nails looked with precise detail like her and she was super sweet and understanding. The whole place was very dirty with spilled polish, nail clippings and feet shavings all over the floor. They were using a tea kettle of boiling water to add hot water to the chairs. The woman doing my nails kept trying to upsell me and get me to add on extra treatments. The massage just felt like petting and she kept taking breaks during it to do other things. They must mix something in with their polish or else it's just very old because it is incredibly weird and bumpy looking on my toes. Makes me very dubious as to how sanitary it is especially because she gave me a cut under my nail on my big toe with a sharp utensil she was holding while messing around with something in the chair with my feet still in it. Every part of the experience was dissatisfying. Would not recommend. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! I arrived early to my appointment and was still tended to in a timely manner. Danny was so kind and him as well as my sister's technician were so detail oriented and quick. We both got "dip" nail sets with cuticle trim and tip extensions. The service was thorough and painless! I've previously gone to nail salons that have filed down to far onto my nail bed but Danny made sure I was taken care of. Drove all the way from Irving to get my sister's nails done for the first time at a new salon and it was an enjoyable experience for both of us. The manager Tam ensures that everyone coming in is taken care of and can't wait to drive the 30 minutes to come back. After leaving Sam's Club, I pulled up my trusty Yelp app to find a highly rated nail salon that was not too far of a drive. They have great reviews, ratings, photos, and looks nice and clean! The dip powder is my favorite and have always loved having it done at various other salons. Today I decided to get a French dip manicure and I am rather displeased with the results. The "pink" part of the manicure looks cloudy/fuzzy, as if they're are a million tiny bubbles under the top clear coat. You can see the lack of clarity (that usually gives it a more natural look) as well as the nail technician did no sort of clean up on my fingers. Pretty disappointed with the results, as this was my first visit to their salon. I don't think I would recommend this salon to my friends. read more

I came here randomly, was greeted, dip nails are less than other places so that's a plus! They have a good amount of colors to choose from both dip and gel. My 1st vist was great, the manager did my nails, and my dip wasn't too thick on top. 2nd visit, a gentlemen did my nails, I wasn't too happy with my results, some of my nails were thick, and some lumpy/uneven. I requested almond nails and did not receive almond nails. 3rd visit, it was kinda of busy, it's not a very large place, and I think they were under staffed that day. Nail tech did great and gave me the almond nails I wanted. So my tips for this place.. don't come if you're in a hurry and if you're asking for a specific nail shape show them a picture. read more

Even if I don't like them I got 25% off....needless to say I am so excited to find my new nail home! Tiff was amazing from start to finish and everyone in there was so sweet! I just moved here from Houston and needed to find a new place to get pamper. I love the staff here very nice And even told me good Asian places to try. I got the "dip nails" set for the firs time. A friend recommended me this nail salon and the first time I decided to go with a safe option and just get my toes done cause it's not that often someone looks at your toes. The lady that did my toes was very nice, she took her time and made sure everything looked the same and made sure that it was what I wanted all along the way and they turned out soooo cute and when it comes to quality, I'd pay whatever so I was like "okay $52 is reasonable" cause it was so cute and I gave very strict instructions about what I wanted. After my first good experience I decided to come back a week later to get my hands done, this time my experience was the complete different. I got clear nail polish with a french tip which all somehow totaled to $40 but I thought it was reasonable since last time the lady that did my nails did such a good job so I thought history was going to repeat itself, unfortunately it didn't. The lady that did my nails was very unsanitary, I'm pretty sure she was using a already used towel to wipe my hands and she'd also blow the dust that was coming off my nails with her mouth, the white line for my french was very squiggly and uneven and not only that but not even 30 minutes after I get home, I go to wash my hands and the top coat is already rubbing off lol waste of $40 and honestly I'll only be coming to them for my toes and that's only if I can get the same lady to do it. read more

No pressure to upgrade...just an upfront menu of services and prices that you can check off, including a complimentary drink (wine/margs for adults and soda for the kiddos).
