I chose this place at random based on other Yelp reviews and am so glad that I did! Admittedly, I am not one to have my nails done often, which left my hands looking pretty rough and me a little clueless on the services available. I opted for a dip manicure before ever going in just based on advice from my sister and the staff at Cityline gave me a variety of color options. Judy was quick, efficient, gentle, and completely non-judgmental about the state of my nails (which I had feared going in). She laid out all of my options clearly and gave guidance when I asked for it. The final result is gorgeous and I actually look forward to my next appointment! read more

Honestly not one to EVER leave a review but I did NOT have a good experience here. I asked for dip, short, almond shaped and natural nails. I had asked the nail tech guy to make them shorter a couple of times. He explained to me that with the shape they would look longer. I explained again I have a baby and I need them shorter. He advised giving it a day or two and if I still wasn't happy with the length I could come back in and have someone file them down for me. I went back in on Monday when they opened and the lady at the front seemed flustered and didn't seem to want to help me. I explained that I couldn't come back at 730pm due to my husband working nights and I only have a "sitter" in the mornings. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else to have my nails redone. When I called back to speak to the owner I was told he would not be in until later. He called me back today at 430pm and told me he would not be refunding me my money. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Especially for the price !!! read more

Judy, Henry & Tammy are great never had a problem with any of them or getting an appointment, in fact Judy always does my nails with designs I pick, she always does a great job. One of them usually does my pedicure, Judy always does my eyebrows. The place is always well keep, they always have good music on, and they offer drinks. read more

Judy just did my nails. I walked in and asked for the menu. There was a QR code. I told her I wanted French tips. I had a previous set. Age was gonna try to pop them off with another mail. I told her no. I didn't get the french because I had a emergency. So I told her nevermind. Just add a clear coat. It was 60 dollars for this! On the menu there isn't any indication for a up charge for length. I asked her why was it so much. She said because of length. Don't go here unless you want ppl to pull prices out of their read more

Cityline Nail Spa - V-Day nails! Super cute Thanks Cityline Nail and Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Keller, Texas

I went to this nail salon, last min, No appointment on a Saturday around 12pm. There was not much business as in only one lady was getting her nails done with 4 workers. which is why I went because I had an event at 4pm. I got my nails done by "mama" as soon as I got in. I asked for gel nails, short. And what I got as the end results was terror. Pretty much every nail was glued to my skin. triple gel so it looked like a mattress on every other nail and it took 2 1/2 hours. Typical, simple nail set would of taken 30-45 mins Don't get me wrong. I got a water m, enjoyed small talk but first time and last time I'd go there. She was very sweet but I'm sorry. I was so unsatisfied. $38 total plus tip. Not worth it. read more

GREAT Service purr they got twisted teas here they really nice and stay open till a decent time

I received a wonderful pedicure from Kelly for a great price! I've been to both locations, and go to whichever one is more convenient. I like the quiet atmosphere in here, no TVs, just soft music; a thoroughly relaxing experience. Their tools are super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the massage chairs are super comfortable. On your first visit you get a buffer & file to keep for $1, and you bring it with you for visits later. As they can't sanitize these items, you definitely want to bring your own set. read more

Amazing place and people. Been going there for 5+ years. Tammy and Judy are great as is Judy's husband(don't know his name).

Let me start by saying how amazing this place is!!! I've never been to a nail salon where I felt so comfortable as I did here. I was going to another nail salon in Watauga for years and I will be coming here from now on. The staff was very nice to my daughter and I. It is hard to find a nail tech that has patience to deal with children and they did an amazing job!! The space was clean and all the products and materials they used were clean and sterile!!! When I first walked in they offered my daughter and I refreshments. Tracy and Tammy were amazing!! They were very nice and helpful. The entire staff there was great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and we WILL be back for many more times to come!! Thank you for giving my daughter and I a perfect experience for mother/daughter day out!!! Still a fan! I had not been back to Lux II since my first experience with them, sadly so and a mistake on my part. I previously went to Q Spa nails on Beach/Basswood to get solar nails done and both times was disappointed in the quality I received. I actually was there Wednesday (at Q Spa) and when I was asked for a trim, I said "yes, just a little please." and the tech trimmed my nails so they were SHORTER than my finger! The next day I called Lux II, hoping they could fix my nails and made an appointment for the following day (Friday). I went in and had the old "nails" soaked off, and Judy made my nails just how I wanted them. I even got a cute design for Valentine's day. All the time, Judy and I had conversations about our kids, Texas, schools, etc...she didn't just sit there with her head down. She really was engaging and sweet. I think...nope...I KNOW I've found my permanent nail place. read more

Friendly atmosphere and great service! Judy and Henry did amazing with our nails. I highly recommend them!

LV was awesome. She might be small but her pedicures are mighty. Service is tremendous we were welcomed like family and they treated us to the most amazing mani pedi. I'll be back again and again. She is so good she helped pop out my new grandson. Two days after her pedi/massage out he came. read more

No wait which was nice, the other two places we stopped at had a wait. It didn't stink in there like the other places either. Eyebrow wax was only ok, she made them really short, but the two manicures were nice. Nail polish selection could use some improvement. The woman who did my nails was really nice. read more

Love Henry! Got a SNS dip powder on my nails, and he did great! Went last Saturday and I did have an appointment, however it was an hour later when he started on my nails. I wanted so badly to like this place. Everyone was so friendly when we walked in and my daughter went nuts for the Hello Kitty chair. I was underwhelmed with the pedicure. I opted for the $32 City Line Pedicure. My favorite part of pedicures is the foot massage. If not for that, I'd just get a $9 polish change! Well the technician got to my polish before even massaging my feet! She exfoliated, wrapped in hot towels, rubbed my calves for about 4 minutes but didn't TOUCH my feet. I decided not to say anything since I had tried to talk to her about something before and she ignored me. Maybe she doesn't speak English, but at least acknowledge that I'm speaking to you. When we checked out, we were charged $52. I said that was incorrect b/c my daughter was $6 and I was $32. They said they gave my daughter a full $20 kids pedicure. When we sat down, I pointed to the 'polish only' price for my daughter... ugh. DON'T PERFORM A SERVICE FOR SOMEONE THAT THEY HAVEN'T ASKED FOR! When the woman behind the counter asked the lady that did my daughter's nails about the $20 vs $6 she said - 'No! I gave her a full pedicure! She loved it! Said how good the massage felt!' I said that's fine, but mentioned that my lady didn't massage my feet. The woman behind the counter started yelling for my lady to come to the counter. I asked politely for her to wait until I leave for her to confront my nail technician. She said, 'No! If you leave she'll think I'm lying, and then I'M the bad guy.' (What?!?!?). She got my technician to the counter and there was a small altercation in front of me in a language I don't speak. I felt terrible, embarrassed and wanted to get the heck out. I hadn't gotten my card back yet, or I would have left right then. So, I spent way more than I asked to spend and got way less and then was embarrassed before leaving the building. I won't be back. I hope this review highlights some ways they can improve because there is a lot of potential for them to be great. read more

Came in as walk in for basic pedicure on a Sat 3p. Not busy, great service. Will definitely return. I like the atmosphere. Complementary wine. read more

I went here for my first-ever pedicure. I first tried going to a nearby cheaper salon, but was overwhelmed by the fumes and a dark atmosphere, so I looked on Yelp for other reviews. Ended up here based on the pictures of the interior, and selected the lavender pedicure. It was more expensive than the fume-y salon I left, but I had a good experience for my first pedi. The wine and massage chair really made the experience more pampering. I'm glad I went and I'm definitely sold on the pedi experience, just like my friends said I would be. However, I won't get my next pedi here because my nail tech made rude comments about my weight. I want to leave a beauty service feeling better about myself, not worse. read more

Walked in on Friday afternoon for pedicure with my husband and we were sat to soak our feet with hardly any wait. My pedicure with Phoebe started very quickly and my husband had to wait awhile but was able to wait in the massaging chair with his feet soaking and he did not mind. The salon has complementary beverages and many pedicure options. Prices are very reasonable, starting at 20.00 for a fast pedicure and increasing to 40 for many deluxe options. Phoebe did a fantastic job and my pedicure (pomegranate lime) was luxurious. I will be a regular here if the pedicures continue to be this fantastic! read more

I enjoy the service here. One of the reasons I like it here is that when I go with my daughter she can sit in their Hello Kitty chair. I don't feel pressure of being up sold. One thing that they do that's different from other salons is that they require you to buy the nail file and buffer for $1. You can reuse for the following visit. It's very clean and a pleasant environment. Oh and I like that if there is a wait they tell you the truth of the wait time. I've been told at other salons that it will be 5 min and they sit me in 5 min but then I wait up to 20 minutes before someone begins to work on me. I had to edit my review because now they take appointments, which are their priority now. I've been turned away twice because they had too many appointments that they were expecting and could not take me in. Therefore walk-ins are not really welcomed here. read more

I've been on the search for a good nail place for a few years. I've tried multiple places, never leaving entirely happy. BUT today I left 110% happy. I have been to this location several times. Tuan is great. Today Tammy made my toenails beautiful. And I felt very pampered. There is a "menu" book, so you can see exactly what the prices are. They require you to pay $1 for your own buffing sponge and file. A small price for greater safety, especially if you bring it back on every visit so you don't have to pay for it again. If you are a frequent customer, bring cash and get a card that will give you a discount after a bunch of cash payments. After they're done, hang out in the massage chair while your polish dries. read more

Cityline Nail Spa - Beautiful toes by Tammy! - Nail Salons Near Me - Keller, Texas

I had the worst pedicure here! The lady dug in the side of my toes and hurt me. My toe nails were ridiculously uneven when she was done and the Polish job was AWFUL! I had gotten a great pedicure by Tracy previously but obviously not everyone in there knows how to give a pedicure! I called the owner and since I couldn't come in within one to two days to have him fix it he wasn't willing to do anything besides a discount next time I come in....as if their will be a next time!!!!! I couldn't believe his unwillingness to work with me since I have to work....I came in on my day off! Then I complimented Tracy to him and he seriously said "well if you liked her you should've stuck with her"....uh no! Your entire staff should be competent enough to give a pedicure!!!!! read more

I showed the technician a photo of a design I wanted done on my nails, and she assured me she could do it with no problem. Halfway through the design, I realized it was not even slightly turning out the way it was in the picture. In addition, the dip on my nails chipped within 4 days of getting them done!!
