April was fantastic, very professional, personable, and clearly very good at her craft. She was thorough without making the appointment feel rushed and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I had my ears and nose waxed, and the results were excellent. They must use higher-quality products than some of the other places I've tried because my ears and nose are completely hair-free with absolutely no irritation afterward. That has definitely not always been my experience elsewhere. Great service, great results, and someone who really knows what she's doing. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend April and NOOD.

I've been opting for wax/sugar hair removal for nearly 20 years and came across a Rockstar at Nood in Fort Worth; highly recommend due to respectful/warm staff, clean/hygienic practices, location/access, inviting atmosphere, and expedient yet thorough services received. Lastly, great recommendations and explanation why to use their potentially helpful skincare products without being pushy!

Pam was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She walked me through each step, educated me on aftercare, and distracted me from any pain with fun stories. Her space is comfy and very clean! I 100% will be back and you won't regret booking with Pam!

After doing some digging I found this place and I decided to go with it since they use sugar wax instead of the hard wax used in most places which I've had negative reactions to and to be honest, it hurts a lot more than sugaring! My waxer Moriah is very knowledgeable about the wax itself as well as the products that are offered at Sugar Cookie and was happy to answer all the questions I had after she gave me a breakdown of how everything works during my first appointment. I recommend her as well as the products I've been using: Toner, Moisturizer and Sugar Scrub! I actually started using the Sugar Scrub and Toner on my face as I've been having issues with adult acne and rough patches for the first time in my life and the combination of these products have been doing wonders for my skin!! If you've never been waxed before or never been sugared then take this as your sign to give it a try!
