I keep giving this place chances because it's conveniently located for me, but it's definitely gone down hill. There used to be a lady who was really good. The last few times I've gone in for eyebrow threading I end up having to pluck a little when I get home because there is still hair left. The last time I went I kept pointing out there is still hair left and I ended up with UNEVEN brows. So now I'm at home trying to even them out on my own. Also, it's very unprofessional for them to talk amongst themselves while with a client, especially if they stop threading to keep talking. No idea what is being said since it's another language, but that's beside the point. read more

I have been going to this place for years, recently they seem to have new techs and they are not very good. Prior to yesterday visit the tech did not thread my brows even and left a patch. Yesterday I decided to get them waxed, she burned the top of my eye lids, I am going to stop by today to speak with management, it's one thing to over thread or pluck or leave hairs and it's another to burn someone's face. So i walked in here after looking for nearest brow place here and i was extremely impressed by every single one of the ladies who greeted me. There were 3 ladies, all super awesome and amazingly nice. I originally came in for a wax and didn't mind the $3 more thread. Come back in 3 to 4 weeks she says, and i agreed. Sure. It's been a while since i had a good thread so i know my brows have to be worked on a time or two to do something better, but they are definitely better than they were. I had such a good time i forgot to ask for my 20% off for checking in on yelp. Oh well, I'll definitely be back. Great job ladies. Cute place next to Costa Vista and menchies ice cream. I have been going here since they very first opened. The owner is the sweetest and always remembers her clients. I trust the people who work there. Communication is key when it comes to getting your eyebrows threaded if you want them only reshaped and not thinner all you just let them know. I recently brought my boyfriend here and they were very accommodating for it being his first time. They don't rush trying to get to the next person they always make sure you walk out of there satisfied. The best! This place is my FAVORITE place to get my eyebrows done. This past year after getting irritated at my old place for continuously making my eyebrows thinner and thinner, I decided to try out a few different places. I went to different threading salons around the Northeast Mall, and tried waxing at a few places, too, but none can compare to the ladies here! I loooooove the way my eyebrows look when I get them done here. The shape is perfect and they never make them too thin. Another awesome thing about this place is their CONSISTENCY. At another salons the quality of your service often depends on who's working that day. I'm never worried when I come here because all of the ladies here KNOW what they're doing. Not only that, but they're all kind and don't take a million years with the threading process (and I think we all know how painful that is.) I definitely recommend this place. Currently writing this review while I'm crying in my vehicle because of the shoddy work both ladies at this salon did. After one lady finished she showed me her work and proceeded to tell she could fix it. After seeing what she did (other lady) Pam stepped in to try and help and she ended up creating an almost 90° angle in one of my eyebrows. After realizing how bad it was she said she would "only charge me half." I asked her crying if they had any product that could help me regrow or cover up their mistake and she proceeded to try and sell me on her products "full price." I'm posting what my eyebrow looks like because it's THAT bad. Anyways if anyone has any suggestions on what I could do or where I could go that could potentially help me fix this I'm all ears! read more

This is my second time here the first time it was ok but the second time it was horrible. I came in to have it cleaned and told her to do my brows thick. It was horrible she left it so thin I was upset and she said something to the other girl and they both started laughing. The best place I have ever been! All the ladies listen to what I want I leave my eyebrows looking great. They can get busy on the weekends but they are still fast and I have never had them close the door on me even when I walk up at 8pm. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for awhile now and I've tried various places: Dallas Galleria (2nd fave), Irving (cheapest), NE Mall, Keller, etc. This is the most convenient threading salon, even though it costs a little more than the other places (besides the Galleria). I was a returning customer for a few months, going to the same person. Last week, they had hired new people and it was slow, painful, and I left with 5 SCARS on my face and neck even after I told the girl to stop threading. Although I pointed this out, no one really apologized - it was kind of shrugged off. I regret wasting my money on a membership here. I will willingly drive to a less convenient location from now on with more professional workers. Don't waste your time and money - they aren't exactly the most affordable to begin with, without being scarred for life. read more

Horrible!!!! Don't waste your money or time. It was painful (I normally go every two weeks to another place and it's pain free to me) and the people were so rude. They wouldn't let me use my groupon. I have been happy in the past when coming here but I will never be back. The woman who did my brows this time took nearly my entire left brow off. It's so thin and sparse and the other brow completely normal. I had expressed that I wanted to keep them on the thicker side. This will take months to grow back. I will never go to this establishment again.The lack of unprofessionalism, awful customer service skills, and unorganization amongst the staff was ridiculous.I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to get my makeup professionally done for New Year's Eve.I arrived on time for my 5:00pm appointment.The unprofessional woman that greeted me at the check in counter said that the lady (Arzo) who was suppose to do my makeup did not come into work today.I said to her "why didn't anyone call me early this morning to let me know? It is New Year's Eve.I could have tried to book a makeup appointment with another establishment if given a proper notification." This is by far the worst eyebrow place ever. After the first time they messed up I decided to try them out again for the second time because i didnt want to drive to downtown Fort Worth to my primary location. I went in and asked just for my eyebrows to be cleaned up no thinning. After I walked out and double checked how they looked in my car i noticed that my right eyebrow was thinner then my left one. I went back in and told the lady that they had messed up and that i would like my money back. After looking at me she said well we can fix it but im not giving you money back. I told her that i would rather have my money because i didnt want to thin my eyebrows out to begin with. She began to yell at me and say no she would not give me my money back. She did admit that my eyebrow was messed up but wanted to mess up the left one as well. After about 5 mins of back and worth and her yelling she grab money from the money draw and threw it at me then proceeded to trying to grab me to push me out of the store. I took my phone out to record her and she still continued to try to grab me. All with my holding my 7th month old baby in my arms.
