I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!

Someone came out and apologized, saying that they "lost track of time and had been working on each other." I wasn't surprised since the two of us in the lobby could hear them giggling down the hall. Anyway, I said no thank you, and she offered to refund my booking fee. I still haven't seen it, but I'm hopeful I'll actually get it. Sabrina lulled me to sleep while she meticulously gave me pretty eyelashes. It took about an hour and 15 minutes. Her salon is comfortable table and inviting. Sabrina made it a point to make sure I was comfortable. She's awesome.

And my hair not blending into the hair extensions. Rosalie ordered the wrong hair extensions for my hair. Colored my hair but not the extensions. So now I have spent $1500 on service to have 2 different hair colors and 2 different hair curls on my head and I am getting married this Sunday. Come Wednesday because they are closed on Tuesday, I wanted her to take out my extensions and to refund me because she ordered the wrong hair but she refused. Over $1,000 on the WRONG EXTENSIONS. Now I have to have my daughter take out my extensions for me. A professional hair stylist would have ordered the right extensions curls and dyed the extensions. She wanted to fix it. Girl I don't give 2nd chances for you to fuck up again. I lost my trust in her. So watch out ladies she will order the wrong extensions go elsewhere.
