This location is beautiful, bright and clean and has a lot of special touches like the book of nail polish samples, rather than being overwhelmed by a huge wall of nail polish bottles. There is also a full bar that I enjoyed use of and comfortable massage chairs with all digital controls. I appreciate that I was asked the pedi I wanted when I checked in (rather than feeling pressured when I was already in the chair) and he didn't try to upsell me when I selected the cheapest. Cost-wise, it's on par with other nail salons, even with all of the updates/amenities. Linda gave me a perfect pedicure and I look forward to stopping back in to see her.

The technicians here have no idea what they're doing. Your eyes should NEVER burn during a lash appointment! I ended up coming here temporarily while my regular technician was away, and every single visit left my eyes red, burning, and in pain. After my first technician caused severe irritation, I switched to another--only to experience the same horrible results. My eyes were so red and painful that I couldn't even open them properly, let alone drive after my appointments. When I brought up my concerns with the front desk, they had the audacity to tell me that I was simply "not a good candidate for lash extensions." That's completely false--I've been getting them for years with no issues at reputable salons. I even overheard them telling the same excuse to a teenager during my first visit. This place has no business offering lash services. When done correctly, extensions should never cause burning, redness, or pain. If you experience this, RUN. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and was assisted by a woman who is often at the front desk. Before we even started, I showed her a photo of my eyebrows from a previous appointment and explained that it was the exact look I wanted. Instead of listening, she immediately told me, "No, you don't want them too thin." That response caught me off guard because they are my eyebrows and the photo I showed her was literally a previous result that I was happy with. Rather than listening to my preferences, she repeatedly told me what she thought I wanted and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to explain otherwise. As I continued trying to communicate the look I was going for, she became visibly frustrated and said, "I'm going to find someone else for you." She then left the room, returned alone, and told me, "You know this is just waxing. This isn't permanent makeup." At that point, I was confused because I thought she was getting someone else who could better assist me. Instead, she expected me to continue the service after dismissing my concerns. When she told me to lay down, I declined. I went to the front, paid, and politely explained that I felt the situation was unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has supported this business , I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I continued coming to this location was for Kim's pedicures anyways, which have always been great. However, based on today's experience, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customer service starts with listening to the customer, especially when they're clearly explaining what they want. Today, that simply did not happen.
