I came in to get a few services done, including my eyebrows, which I normally get waxed with regular wax. When I asked for a wax, the lady had me switch chairs and began using hard wax instead. When it came time to remove the wax, she pulled very slowly, which made it much more painful and left a lot of residue behind. I told her I didn't like that and politely asked if she could switch to the regular wax I usually use. She insisted that hard wax would give better results and continued anyway. Again, she removed the wax slowly, which ended up pulling out a noticeable chunk of my brow hair. I asked her to stop and switch the wax, but by that point, she had already thinned out my eyebrow significantly. She then started on my other brow with hard wax again, despite me repeatedly asking for regular wax. She even dropped wax directly on my brow and tugged at it as it dried, which pulled out another chunk of hair. I stopped her immediately, very upset that she had ignored my requests and damaged my eyebrows. I decided not to proceed with any other services because of how poorly this was handled. I now have uneven eyebrows with a section missing, and I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
