This is only my second time to get lashes and the first set I had did not work for me (not done at Lash and Glow). Char listened to "my version" of the issue (I'm not a professional, and I place no blame on the person who did them the first time... Gabriella is amazing. My lashes last forever. When I go in for my two week fill, I still have most of my extensions. She listens to what I want and I couldn't be happier with her work. No pulling, no irritation, I don't worry that my natural lashes are being damaged by my extensions. Waste of my time. I've had my lashes done now over 60 times, every single week at another salon. I'm visiting from out of state and wanted to stay up on my weekly appointments. I came in for my scheduled appointment which was late, but that's no big deal. The gal talked instantly about wanting to upsell the service and have me spend an additional $60 removing and reinstalling them. I'm not stupid and this as this is my weekly thing. The gal said that my lash felt slightly sticky in one spot so she wanted to remove ALL of them and have me spend a fortune more. I've heard of this sort of thing happening on my lash Facebook groups but had hoped that they would try and take care of their customers and not their pocket book. This made zero sense to me. I had the spray tan a few days ago and it left drippy Streaks all over my body. Obviously the spray tan machine is not working well and is clogged. What a waste of my vacation. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I started off my wedding weekend by getting a fabulous spray tan by Mariah. I have never received such a natural, dark bronze, zero streaks and zero orange before in my life. My second appointment for that week, I got my lashes done by Kenzi. They turned out SO AMAZING! I don't know how I've lived so long without having eyelash extensions before. Let me just say, LIFE CHANGER. In my opinion, Lash and glow is the premier eyelash and tan salon. They offer great customer service and are great at "working you in" when you have a "lash emergency". Luckily, since going to Lash and Glow I haven't had a Lash emergency. They offer Lash tints, which is what I currently use. The tint stays on for a long time. Even through I do a nightly double cleanse. I was so impressed by Lash and Glow that I booked an appointment for my mother. The lash tint is great because it gives you a mascara look without mascara. Lash and Glow is great! I have very short, sparse lashes and my first appointment was with Misty. At first I thought they looked terrible but it was only because my own eyes were a little swollen from the fumes and totally changed the way the lashes looked. After an hour, I loved them! Her lashes were falling out and her eyelids had holes in them where there should have been lashes. After experiencing wonderful LASH experiences with Alison for a long time, I showed up for appt only to be advised by Paul that she no longer worked there and he was taking over her clients. About 15 min into our appt and 1/4 of lash completion, another client walked in and advised that she was here for appt. Realizing that it was his client and that he was overbooked, he untapped my eyes and advised I would have to reschedule. I told him I looked ridiculous with less than half of one eye done and he said I should be glad that I got it for "free". I asked him to remove so I looked normal, which he refused. He then said that he might take a shorter lunch and I could come back then. Ummm. NO! Thankfully I was able to locate Alison.
