As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. He took his time during the consultation, never rushed me, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot), and made the whole experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Matt is that rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He made me feel heard and comfortable, and it's that level of customer care that will absolutely bring me back to this salon again. My tan came out nice! And I had messed up the first time I did and the wonderful ladies in the front helped me and redid it for me free of charge. Thank god for that I was so stressed about my tan. Thankful it came out great! I will be back soon for my 2 other sessions. read more

The beds were clean, but outdated. The buttons were hard to press and had a lot of wear and tear. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He let me switch to another bed. He let me know they were out of aroma, and that's okay, but the aqua mist just wasn't working. Whilst in the in the bed, the UV bulbs were working only on my face, the rest of the bed was freezing cold, even with the aircon on the lowest setting. read more

I love this location of Palm Beach Tan. I've tried other tanning companies but I always come back to PBT and this location. The girls up front are always so nice. I've never had a bad experience with any of them. I love that they aren't pushy with trying to sell product or upgrades. I rarely have to wait for a bed and if I do it's no more than 5 minutes. If there isn't a bed clean right away, they immediately go clean one after checking me in. The manager at this location is also super helpful and positive. read more

Zero integrity. Guard your card. Clearly not a good place to work either as evidenced by constant turnover and random hour changes. Hours not same as website so you get there to tan and they are closed 2 hours early because of no staff. Won't allow you to tan at the location you drive to if it puts them 8 minutes over "closing time" even if your time it due to other locations closing. Staff said after I cancel my 20 year membership "if it keeps coming out of your account, call us". Right, because PBT is always ready to do the right thing - never. Buyer beware. read more

I have been tanning with PBT for 18 years. Specifically at the Fort Worth Alliance location since their opening around 10-12 years ago. They currently have the BEST two managers I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Arianna and Michelle are very personable and know me by name when I walk in the door. They know what lotions I should try and what bed is best for me. the beds are ALWAYS clean and at times the line can get a little long, but it's ALWAYS worth the wait. You better hurry though, Arianna and Michelle will be moving to different locations. PBT does this quite a bit. You get to know the employees and develop friendships and BAM, they're gone and you have to start all over! Without these two AWESOME ladies there, I just may consider going somewhere else! read more

They are very nice when I go in. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I've been told to go in the wrong room more than once or the bed was not set to start. It's very inconvenient when you are ready to tan and have to go out to tell the staff. read more

I love palm beach. They have a great variety of beds and lotions. The diamond level beds are amazing- air conditioned, water misting and aromatherapy!! The staff is always very friendly, upbeat and helpful. Have a question? They will more than likely know the answer. The hours here are great, want super early? Done. Later? Also done. Froze my account on June 18th, and the full amount still came out of my account. Even purchased a spray for July (for when my membership was supposed to be frozen!!) and had the consultant recommend me not freezing to get a "free" spray. I declined. Called the salon today (July 1st) when they had taken out the full amount and was told "sorry there's nothing we can do it's not on here." Very disappointed. read more

I wish giving this place no stars was an option. I think the company as a whole is a joke. I had a membership for a while a decided to cancel since my gym offered tanning. Cancelling isn't an option with these people. It's now been 8 months and they're STILL taking money out of my account. I've called multiple times and told them to stop, even called their headquarters office and asked for a refund and was told "no" now I have to close my bank account that all of my bills are auto drafted from because this place is a money hungry joke! My bank has been disputing all of the transactions and they continue to take the money from my account. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you enjoy being stolen from. read more

They obviously don't have time to deal with you. They were annoyed when I asked what beds they had here. Then I waited for a certain one to be cleaned and they proceeded to talk trash about customers while standing behind the counter. They do not make me feel welcome like many other locations I've been to. read more

I've had a membership with palm beach after switching from Darque tan (excellent decision). The beds, waiting area, bathrooms, tanning rooms, are so clean. I am closer to the Palm Beach off west 7th, but prefer and will drive the extra time to this one as the people are SO much nicer, friendlier and more helpful. I had my credit card stolen after an online purchase and the owner (I believe) was there at the time I came in to change my card and she asked the manager to waive my late fee. I have tanned at many places and Palm Beach is by far the best. read more
