I would exercise caution when choosing Bottled Bronze. Taylor is nice and sounds like she knows what she is doing. However, her trained technician (at least the one I had) was a novice and needs significantly more training. I called Bottled bronze prior to my engagement pics. The only time I've ever been sprayed was at Palm Beach in the stand up sprayer. It was awful and wouldn't suggest it. Ive been told an air brush tan is the way to go for more accuracy. Taylor assured me she had been doing it for 4 yrs, and scheduled me to come in the evening before engagement pics. She assured me she would be the one to do it since I was naturally hesitant doing it the 1st time the day before my pics. When I arrived a young girl was the only one present. She said Taylor was on COVID quarantine and unable to make it. Understandable. However, I was even more hesitant because the girl that was scheduled for me was virtually brand new to spray tanning. After calling taylor, taylor assuring me that The girl would do a good job and taylor suggesting what color to do, I went forward with it. Let me tell you, I followed EVERY preparation and post session do and don't mentioned. My engagement pictures were the next day. I wasn't going to mess this up if I could help it. The next day was awful. I'm so thankful my engagement t pics were canceled due to weather. My hands were 2 different colors, the ends of my fingers on my left hand were white which would have ruined any pics of the engagement ring. My shoulders and outside lower legs were completely missed and white. My thighs and butt were 2-3 shades darker than the rest of my body. I had streaking on my knees and thighs. Here's why I'm upset. Im sure Taylor would have done a fine job. However, I was never informed Taylor would have someone else doing it. This technician 100% needs more training. Taylor said she has a lot of clients and can't remember them all. So, something as special as engagement pictures, someone's 1st time and willing to trust Bottled Bronze should be memorable if keeping a positive name in the community is important for future business. Here's why i gave 2 stars: Taylor tried to rectify the situation with offering a refund, a touch up and touching base with the tech for possibly more training. A touch up wasn't possible due to my work schedule nor needed since the photo session was cancelled. As far as retraining the technician, taylor defended her, blamed me for some of the spots while at the same time suggesting possible training. If Taylor doesn't realize this technician needs more training and doesn't follow through, then she's still spraying and making the same mistakes. Originally I opted for a redo by taylor. However, the experience and resulting 8 days of spray tan gaffe was enough to discourage me from returning. read more

Okay BEST SPRAY TANNING SALON in existence. You will leave bronze and confident, not orange and mopey. I'm super fair skinned and pink, and for ever client she does a custom blend to match your skin... so no orange for me!!! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Very disheartening to see how this company handles their "professionalism". I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are not sympathetic to anyone. Make sure if you cancel your appointment that you literally text, email, message them on Instagram, Facebook, etc because apparently just a phone call doesn't mean you canceled. If you also have a medical emergency, they will not be understanding. Please make sure you think twice before booking any kind of appointment with this company. Taylor was amazing!! She was very thorough and gave me the best spray tan I've ever gotten! She carefully chose a color that was PERFECT for my skin tone and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time! She even finished with setting powder so I could continue my day without feeling sticky or worried about creases! Rachel was so kind and reassuring, she took the time to explain how to get the best spray tan result and gave me a list of tips and tricks for preparation and maintenance. I can't begin to thank Bottled Bronze enough for the spray tan I received today. I've only had a couple of spray tans before and I was not pleased. As soon as I walked in to Bottled Bronze, I immediately loved the atmosphere and the education I received about spray tanning, how to take care of it while the solution settles, and maintaining it. The staff was extremely kind and made me feel super comfortable. My tan looks SO good and so natural! The girl who did my spray tan paid extra attention to make sure my wrists and ankles wouldn't get any weird coloring on it.
