Ok, this place was awesome! I went in not expecting to be able to get that dark, because I'm so white but I ended up looking like I just got back from an exotic vacation. I wanted no tan lines, so you know what that means, No clothes..EEK! Monica made me feel at ease in a hurry, Thank God. I will definitely be back. Oh, side note. Your tan will gradually get darker as the day goes on assuming you tan in the morning. When it's time to wash off you are way way way super dark, don't worry it's the bronzer. Thrilled to find a place that uses St. Tropez tanning products! Not only is St. Tropez one of the most advanced & effective tanning company out there, but Monica at Bronze Bombshell knows the products like she created them herself. My tan looks AWESOME and I really enjoyed getting the spray tan because Monica is so easy to talk to. I flew in from Chicago trying to find a salon available to get a a spray bronzing and Mani/Pedi, Monica squeezed me in a accommodated my tight on the fly schedule. she was amazing I felt so comfortable with her while she made me a bombshell bronzing babe. I just wish I had her here in Chicago, I will definitely be seeing her for all my salon needs. I wouldn't get a tan anywhere else! Monica is fantastic at what she does and super professional. I was a little nervous when I went for the first time, but Monica does a great job making sure that you're entirely comfortable during the process. The color always turns out great and, luckily for me, it's very hard to mess up. Her use of St. Tropez products gives you a very natural appearance, whether you're looking for a subtle glow or a dark bronze. I recommend Monica to all of my friends! read more

I am super white. I often joke that my color is- almost dead beige... NOT pretty. That was until a little place called Make Me a Bronze Bombshell came into my life. The service is fantastic... the price is fantastic... the tan is fantastic. I have tried all sorts of sunless tanning products and sprays, this is by far superior. Here you will get a beautiful tan customized to what you want! I have tried a lot of places ... Even expensive places like Spa Nordstrom but this is by far the best. I am a blonde that doesn't always want to look dark and she will create any shade I want. She uses St. Tropez which gives your skin a more natural look. She also has great prices and specials! I made my FREE appt and showed up and gave all my information a second time and was asked to pay almost $44! I asked if I could purchase the Groupon and use it now and the snarled at me and says "you can use it on your next visit!" So my full information was taken 2X for their usage in exchange for a service not received, my time wasted, and they tried to charge me 3X the advertised price on Groupon!! Sounds like a classic bait and switch scam to me!!! A misunderstanding I can do business with but a liar and a fraud won't get my money!!

I tried Glo tanning for a month after canceling my membership at Palm Beach Tan and after assessing…read morethe pros and cons of each I decided to go back to PBT. I originally switched because this location was closer to me than PBT. Upon walking in, the store felt upscale and welcoming. The customer service was good, just slow, but that's to be expected when a new place opens. Either way, the only aspects of Glo tanning I didn't care for was that the staff have to walk you back to the room every time. This is part of the reason why it is slow. This also gets awkward when you are trying to do multiple things, like spa services and tanning, and so you are standing in the lobby waiting in line while you are in a robe (they provide this for you so you don't have to keep changing back into your clothes). Also when it comes to the spray tan, specifically the Versapro, they charge you for add-ons and it adds up. I didn't realize this when I signed up because at PBT all versa-pro add-ons are covered under your membership. At Glo tanning, the double leg is $5, the double dark is $5, the moisture pass is $5 (I believe), and then the rapid is $10. Most importantly, unlike PBT, you can NOT get the clear tan unless you get the rapid. I do not like to get the bronze tan (it makes me feel like I've been rolling in mud lol) and I didn't want to pay for the $10 rapid every week on top of the $70 membership fee, so this was a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, they don't have an informational sheet for the prices of the add-ons, so this is all just told to you verbally and can be hard to keep track of if you're new like I was. For those who lived on the east cost, like myself, you may also be familiar with Sunday's Sun Spa Shop and I will say in their membership you also had to pay for add-ons like the double leg and moisture pass but they did something called "blue bucks" so it only ended up being a few dollars additional charge on top of the membership fee, which I feel is more reasonable than what Glo is charging. Overall, Glo tanning is by far the most expensive tanning membership I've seen, but if you really value their unique spa services it might be worth it for you, but I don't think it's worth it for the spray tanning. You can get the same thing with PBT (just no rapid or double dark I believe) and their membership is around the same price as Glo.
