In late January, I saw four unauthorized charges from the Euless location all at once. When I contacted the Euless location, I was informed that the new owners were not aware of the previous management's actions. Regardless of ownership changes, the lack of charges for several months clearly indicated that my membership had been canceled. Additionally, it required multiple follow-ups before I received written confirmation that my membership was canceled in the new system. Customers should not have to repeatedly request written verification to resolve an account issue. This situation reflects poor recordkeeping and inadequate oversight of customer accounts. It also appears, based on other reviews, that I am not the only customer who has experienced this issue. I spoke with Clarissa, a manager at this location, and advised that these charges are unauthorized. If a full refund is not issued, I will pursue further action through the appropriate channels. For these reasons, I recommend exercising caution when dealing with this location and monitoring all account transactions closely.
