However, once I was there, the doctor examined me, sold me a moisturizing cream, and then they tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted. In the end, I paid $125.00 for the consultation and $24.00 for the cream -- a total of $149.00. On top of that, I was prescribed the wrong medication -- something meant for bronchial issues -- when all I had was a simple skin infection with itching and pimples on my back. The doctor also incorrectly diagnosed me with a hemangioma (a benign tumor made up of blood vessels), which was completely false. I went to my primary care doctor, who confirmed it was just a skin infection and prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up in three days. To make things worse, I later received another bill for $124.99, even though I had already paid everything. I do not recommend this place. I found the experience dishonest and unprofessional.

Had an appointment. Amin spent maybe 3-4 minutes TOTAL (there was no rush btw, so I don't know why…read moreshe was rushing). There was no real care (she just prescribed some antibiotics within seconds of seeing my child), just a rush for my money. The front desk were also unhelpful, slightly confrontational even.

I was able to see her treat my husband differently from having insurance, to when he was laid off and had self lay. The random billing times, the conflict between patient, front office staff, and their own off site billing department, because Amin would over charge, done charge, and refuse to even make marks for any payments made/or waived, resulting in lack of treatment and care. What was financially taken care of twice, she refused to still send a prescription over for because she wanted it a third time, for the same date!!! He wasn't even intimately seen that day, or treated, because he had to immediately leave for an X-ray, let dermatology request. This place is a joke, and even nurses, who actually fought for my husbands care, the new PA who is there who tried to help, but we're both denied to help my husband because of Amin. The nurse said it was because it came down to money! The NURSE said this! It's sad, they ignore patients being in pain, full body psoriasis, and neglect the patient for money. No regard to the oath they took! Paperwork, I did it!!! I did the paperwork also for a manufacturing three company to help my husband, because they complained over time it would take and even said it wasn't their responsibility to dj the paperwork for their referrals for the medication they're prescribing! Umm, what! Luckily I could do it, due to my previous education in nursing and billing/coding, but how many of you can do that, without the education and support! This place doesn't care about you, once you become self pay. They care about the money, because they know it's less chance of being legally regulated!!!

I called the office Friday morning to let them know that I was seeing green puss and redness. The nurse told me to wash it with soap and water and they may need to see a picture of it if it didn't improve. By Friday afternoon, it was red, swollen, and warm. I called the office thinking that I could send a picture & leave a number for the doctor or nurse on call. The answering machine gave an option to do that HOWEVER, then it says the nurse will call back when the office opens. I went ahead and left a dire message thinking maybe it would be listened to (they did leave me a message MONDAY MORNING). I had to go to an Urgent Care Friday evening to get an antibiotic- the urgent care doctor said it could have been REALLY bad since the infection site was on a sensitive area of the face. I gave a 2star (and not 1star) because the office, office staff and the experience in the office was exceptional, however, the aftercare is of most importance with medical issues.

Andy is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She is extremely intelligent, caring, and wonderful with my girls! I have seen Dr. Greer for my youngest daughter and she always goes above and beyond! Clearly Andy has learned from the best and it shows! From the front desk to the MAs to the doctor and the PA...this office is caring and runs a tight ship! I am incredibly grateful to have Andy and Dr. Greer taking care of our family! I would highly recommend Andy and the entire Greer team! Thank you for all you have done for my family, Natali Thornburg

After approximately one year as a patient at this facility, I am deeply disappointed by the level…read moreof care and professionalism I have experienced. My concerns began during my very first visit, when I was incorrectly charged $85 despite having already met my deductible. Resolving this billing error took months of follow-up on my part before a refund was issued. I extended grace and continued returning as a patient. Most recently, I came in for a routine refill for a chronic skin condition with only $10 remaining on my deductible. I was not informed upfront that I would be charged $95 for what amounted to a visit lasting under 10 minutes with two questions asked. When I expressed at the front desk that I was unable to pay the full amount at that time, I was told my prescription would be withheld -- despite the fact that the practice would still be billing and receiving payment from my insurance. What troubled me most was not the financial issue itself, but the manner in which it was handled. The staff member, Stephany, was dismissive and condescending, both in person and during a follow-up call I made the same day. There was no attempt to offer a solution or treat me with the courtesy I had consistently extended to this office. I understand that healthcare is a business, but patient care and basic professional courtesy should not be sacrificed for it. I will not be returning and would caution others to carefully review billing practices before establishing care here.
