In regards to my acne concerns she was not thorough on the treatment plan and didn't even send the prescription to the pharmacy...

I do not recommend Dr. Greer for seborrheic keratosis screening or removal. She removed one from…read moremy cheek on a Wednesday morning and I was told for aftercare to just keep CeraVe ointment on it. I called the office Friday morning to let them know that I was seeing green puss and redness. The nurse told me to wash it with soap and water and they may need to see a picture of it if it didn't improve. By Friday afternoon, it was red, swollen, and warm. I called the office thinking that I could send a picture & leave a number for the doctor or nurse on call. The answering machine gave an option to do that HOWEVER, then it says the nurse will call back when the office opens. I went ahead and left a dire message thinking maybe it would be listened to (they did leave me a message MONDAY MORNING). I had to go to an Urgent Care Friday evening to get an antibiotic- the urgent care doctor said it could have been REALLY bad since the infection site was on a sensitive area of the face. I gave a 2star (and not 1star) because the office, office staff and the experience in the office was exceptional, however, the aftercare is of most importance with medical issues.

If I had no-showed the appointment you would have charged me and I just wasted 1.5 hours of my day driving to you. Time to find another dermatologist - good bye!

I came a few minutes early to complete paperwork and was taken back right away. Prism is located in Southlake, less than a block from Trader Joe's. The facility is new and modern, and the waiting room comfortable with complementary water bottles and a large TV playing national news. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with Dr. Bosley who's recommendations for my condition were on point and effective, making for a very brief follow up visit. Covid precautions were practiced throughout the building. And payment was easy and reasonable. I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with Prism Dermatology. Recommended!

The portal is not accessible easy, nor is the display of information comprehensive concerning your patient's responsibility of the invoice. it appears your bill is paid in full, yet they turn over your outstanding portion of the invoice to a collection agency. No part from them calling, emails, or placing an invoice in the mail alerting you you have an outstanding balance. compared to other businesses.

My last three visits resulted in me canceling my appointment. I stopped by today, waited 45 minutes in the lobby (beyond my scheduled time) and still hadn't been seen. The time prior was a scheduled surgical procedure, I waited 1 hr. in the lobby, another 45 minutes in the patient room before leaving frustrated, to only be asked to "find a more convenient time when they are not as busy". The trip prior was another 45 minute wait in the lobby. I waited in the patient room for another 20, the discussion lasted less than 10 minutes and I was asked to schedule the surgical appointment. I don't mind the occasional wait, but this is ridiculous. No follow up calls to apologize, no concerns on keeping customers. It's just bad customer service in what could be a great practice.
