I called and I asked them, have I been here before? Gave my name and birth date, she comes back and says No we have no record of you! So today I show up and Immediately know I have been here before. What? I go in and give my name and what I'm there for. She ask if it Is a Groupon? I said yes, I used one here before. She said Well you can only use one!!! I said I called up here and you didn't have me in your system. Well I'm sorry mam but you can't use it, we will refund it! I'm like what? I have a huge event for New Year and now you tell me you won't honor this!!! So after leaving I read the fine print and it says you may purchase after 365 days. Ok friends, that's ME! Did they ask or check to see? No No No With four woman in the office all trying to look Glamorous, not one of them thought to ask this. I just got thru having a lower blepharoplasty and deep Peel at a Plastic Surgeon's office and this staff was the Sweetest and kindest I have met! Genesis Lifestyle Med Has much to learn on how to treat people, so you get Return customers. I would not go back there if they offered me a year of Free Fillers and Botox! I Do Not Recommend

The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. I definitely recommend coming here for your med spa needs!

She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.
