Carly at the front desk has been so kind and sweet with me every time im in for a treatment or when im calling. Every single nurse has been absolutely phenomenal. I recently moved, and I miss this location so much. These ladies are the definition of above and beyond service. Whenever I am back in town, I will be visiting and making my follow up appointments with them. Thank you all for great memories here!

I have been going to Genesis for cool sculpting for the past four years. After menopause, I…read morestarted having belly fat accumulate on my body, which was unusual for me. I love their maintenance plan that allows me to keep the bulk (no pun intended) of the fat off my midsection. I feel much healthier and the treatment has been worth every penny. The management and staff at Genesis are wonderful and always make me feel like part of the family. My last visit, I added Morpheus8 Treatment and I am super happy with this as well. I recommend Genesis to all my friends and family!

I regularly purchase Groupons, which can be hard to keep up with if you know what I mean. Some have…read morestipulations on time you may re-purchase their Groupons like six months or a year. So I purchased a Groupon here about a year and half ago For Botox. I just have this one wrinkle between my eyes That drives me crazy, I think it makes me look angry And is deep without Botox. Anyway, I was not happy with The results from this place, I actually thought maybe they watered it down. I had never not had Botox not work Ok. Fast forward I purchased a Groupon for the same thing. I called and I asked them, have I been here before? Gave my name and birth date, she comes back and says No we have no record of you! So today I show up and Immediately know I have been here before. What? I go in and give my name and what I'm there for. She ask if it Is a Groupon? I said yes, I used one here before. She said Well you can only use one!!! I said I called up here and you didn't have me in your system. Well I'm sorry mam but you can't use it, we will refund it! I'm like what? I have a huge event for New Year and now you tell me you won't honor this!!! So after leaving I read the fine print and it says you may purchase after 365 days. Ok friends, that's ME! Did they ask or check to see? No No No With four woman in the office all trying to look Glamorous, not one of them thought to ask this. I just got thru having a lower blepharoplasty and deep Peel at a Plastic Surgeon's office and this staff was the Sweetest and kindest I have met! Genesis Lifestyle Med Has much to learn on how to treat people, so you get Return customers. I would not go back there if they offered me a year of Free Fillers and Botox! I Do Not Recommend

I always have a great experience getting my regular Dysport treatments done by Tracy at Total Med…read moreSolutions. However this was my first visit to this location. The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. I definitely recommend coming here for your med spa needs!

Injector and procedure was great I was told that I would get…read morea lower price for 50 units and then a $5.80 for the additional 50 units which I was completely fine with When I checked out, I thought it sounded like at least $100 higher, but my head was hurting from my procedure and I just wanted to leave at that point as I needed to get to work Later on, I took a minute to take a look and realized that I was overcharged a little over $100.- When I called back, I was given the runaround, even though the price was told to me by two different people, the injector and the girl sitting at the front desk Further, she told me that it was just too bad there was no things she could do about it per the manager and that is unacceptable Makayla was the girl at the front desk and Denise is the injector Needless to say, I will let everybody know, and I will never go back there again. They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review
