My initial reaction when walking into the building/upstairs to the suite was that I possibly made a mistake booking this massage on Groupon. The building is appears to be built for older business units and is a little run down. However, upon entering the suite I was greeted by three lovely ladies who set up a beautiful, relaxing ambiance. After my wife and I were walked thru the massage process we were escorted back to a very tranquil room with heated beds, aromatherapy (of your choice), and all around a very relaxing scene. I got a soft/medium massage by Pegga with Peppermint aromatherapy and it was one of the top three massages I have ever received. My wife agreed that her massage was top tier as well so when we walked out to pay/tip we couldn't turn down the deal for another massage a few weeks later. For a one hour couples massage it will run you just around $110 which is very reasonable. They also have deals for repeat customers. We had bought a groupon for this place months ago and for the life of us could not call and get an appointment. Very frustrating. After finally checking the website we learned that appointment requests are all done through email, still pretty annoying to have to email back and forth instead of just answering a phone. So today we finally redeemed our couples massage voucher. It didn't look like much upon walking in, looked pretty plain and uninviting, so we were skeptical. I got an amazing facial with hot towels and hubby got a peppermint scalp massage. My feet were not massaged, I thought maybe they don't do feet, but afterwards learned hubby had his feet massaged, so not sure what happened there. If you're using a Groupon you will have to wait at least a month for an appointment. Download the app Flok for specials and a punch card. Get there super early because they have a information card for you to fill out, they ask questions about your problem areas and give you a lot of time to get comfortable. Went in for a couples massage and Peggy is AMAZING!!! Somehow she knew all the right places. I guess she has the magic touch! Shawanna was wonderful. I asked for Medium to Firm and she delivered. Oh, what a wonderful journey to wellbeing. I have here several times now. A little gem tucked into a nice little corner. The place is very clean and the employees are kind and helpful. They listen to what is hurting, what kind of oils you would like, and what the customer prefers-how hard to massage or how soft. Went with my daughter the first time but I have kept going back. Shawanna is whom I have seen all but the first time. I have heard good things of all that work here. Well, worth every penny. This place is a place to regenerate and relax. Got a couples massage. Two older ladies. Mine was great except she kept rubbing a spot until it started hurting badly(I didn't want to say anything and didnt want to hurt her feelings) The hot stones were a plus. However my man ended up not getting the hot stones for some reason. He didn't say anything because he thought she was eventually going to put them on him. Went for a new customer special 75 min Swedish and alternating Firm Pressure couples massage with Hot Stones for $118.00. It was nice that the masseuse Monica and Shawanna knew when and where to use the firm pressure to get the spots needing it most!! The massage had hot towels and we got to choose our own Aromatherapy. I had Monica, who is new to the spa but def not new to massage! She was AMAZING. Like GIRL, you have a gift. I will see you back soon. My partner had Shawanna who thoroughly explained the process of the massage, what to expect, and how certain techniques/aromatherapy are beneficial. This spa is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that as a first time massage client. TMT also has an app Flok that can be used as a punch-in card for rewards and discounts which is such a good idea. My only complaint is that I wish they were more specific in the wording on the website, as I thought that we got to choose between Hot stone or Swedish massage + facial or foot reflexology. This was the first professional massage I ever had and they did amazing. The staff is very nice and informative. I went with a friend and we did a couples massage with Candice and Brianna. They asked if the pressure was okay multiple times and said if we needed anything worked on a little longer just to speak up. The location is a hidden gem, not to fancy but the room is nice and clean and warm and they give you options when it comes to oils and the music if you want to. I enjoyed it so much I brought my boyfriend and since then we have booked 3 more couple massages with Candice and Brianna. From reading other comments I can tell people get upset that the schedule fills up fast so you do have to book in advance but that just because they are so GOOD!! read more

I have contacted this place several times to get info about a massage for my handicapped mom and no one will return my call for information. I also bought a goupon for myself. First, the guy who does the apts lives somewhere out of state, and I feel just wants to make apts and sales. I had to reschedule my apt due to a surgery and when i rescheduled, the man knew I had had surgery 1 week prior. When I got there, they refused service, costing me a loss of my time and time off work which is money. This combined with no communication about services requested for my mom was a total deal breaker. I am asking for a groupon refund and will NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA ANYONE. read more

I had my appointment set for tomorrow, but my boyfriend had to attend jury duty. So I contacted TMT via email (because I'm convinced that their phone lines are broken due to the fact that I've called multiple times and I've never spoken to an actual person), to see if I could push back the appointment. When I received an email back from them, they took the liberty and cancelled my appointment without even asking if that was what I wanted to do. Never have I ever had ANY appointments cancelled without my knowing, but TMT Spa went ahead and just made the decision for me. I haven't even gotten to actually get massages from here, but the level of professionalism I've experienced thus far tells me that I will never try coming again. Just a note for those who want to book, don't even waste your time attempting to call their number. No one will answer. Goes straight to the "we're busy assisting other customers" message.... Even 5 minutes after they open. EDIT: After going through a lot of difficulties before making it to our actual appointment, we finally got things worked out and made it to our original appointment. The building is very small and located on the second floor of the building complex. Immediately upon walking in, we were greeted by a woman who gave us forms to fill out. Afterwards, we were led into a room where our massage therapists explained to us how things were going to go. The massage was an hour long and very relaxing. Our massage therapists were very nice and did a very amazing job! Although we hit a couple of bumps on the road, our experience was very good. read more

First time at this spa - scheduled for a Swedish massage. Was mediocre, however facility was clean. Massage therapist didn't introduce herself and began immediately. The gospel music was distracting, difficult to relax (Christian woman here but would prefer silence or soft music without lyrics). The reflexology was the best part. I called the spa 8 times over an hour and forty minute time period and no one ever answered. This is DURING business hours on a Thursday. How are people supposed to book their appointments if they can't get in touch with anyone, and why don't you have someone working the desk? You can use their online booking through their website, but the options don't expand to give you a description so how am I supposed to know what a "sweetheart couples massage" is? This is extremely frustrating when you have a groupon and need more info from the establishment so you can select the proper package for booking purposes. Found this place off on Groupon and like other reviews mention, I was a little apprehensive when walking up to the building. The location is a bit run down but once you get into the office suite it is immaculately clean. Hubby and I got the Swedish massages with hot towels and aroma therapy. The firm pressure was just right for me and I was super relaxed. I felt as though I was floating on a cloud. I chose the peppermint smell for my aroma therapy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As soon as our hour was done we were not pressured to tip or anything like that. However I still left a pretty big tip because we loved Shawna and Peggy. We scheduled another massage with a facial included and I can't wait to return! read more

We visited here recently with a Groupon, and my husband and I got couple's massages. When we first arrived we were a little dubious because the building itself and the location looked a bit seedy. It wasn't well marked outside, so we entered not knowing if we had the right place, but were able to figure out that we had to go upstairs. Then when we got there, there was some confusion with another couple. However, once we got in the room everything was great after that. The ladies were professional and kind, the room was comfortable and inviting, and the massages were excellent. By the time we were finished we felt great and very relaxed. TMT Spa is a beautiful relaxing escape. The atmosphere feels like an upscale hotel or a clean well-kept house because the massage beds and furniture have a touch of homestyle class. Even the wall colors, lighting and decoration feel like a home away from home. My massage therapist Shawanna is a blessing. She greets me as a friend and remembers me and my past sessions. I love how she turns the bed warmer on before I arrive. I have knots all over my back from muscle spasms leftover from a car accident. After every massage session I feel lighter and more relieved. The knots are slowly going away and the spasms are less frequent. I am so thankful for finding this place, I know you will love it too. TIP for new customers, there isn't always a receptionist to greet you when you first arrive, but help yourself to the clip board in the waiting room to fill out your paperwork. TMT is booked all the time, so first timers should use their online reservation to find the soonest opening. TMT also has specials and a rewards program on the app Flok. I highly recommended this spa. I haven't tried their facials or teeth whitening yet, but I love that they offer those services in house. read more
