So I purchased a Groupon here about a year and half ago For Botox. I just have this one wrinkle between my eyes That drives me crazy, I think it makes me look angry And is deep without Botox. Anyway, I was not happy with The results from this place, I actually thought maybe they watered it down. I had never not had Botox not work Ok. Fast forward I purchased a Groupon for the same thing. I called and I asked them, have I been here before? Gave my name and birth date, she comes back and says No we have no record of you! So today I show up and Immediately know I have been here before. What? I go in and give my name and what I'm there for. She ask if it Is a Groupon? I said yes, I used one here before. She said Well you can only use one!!! I said I called up here and you didn't have me in your system. Well I'm sorry mam but you can't use it, we will refund it! I'm like what? I have a huge event for New Year and now you tell me you won't honor this!!! So after leaving I read the fine print and it says you may purchase after 365 days. Ok friends, that's ME! If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Bosley and his staff. When I called to schedule the…read moreappointment, the receptionist told me the consultation would cost $125.00. However, once I was there, the doctor examined me, sold me a moisturizing cream, and then they tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted. In the end, I paid $125.00 for the consultation and $24.00 for the cream -- a total of $149.00. On top of that, I was prescribed the wrong medication -- something meant for bronchial issues -- when all I had was a simple skin infection with itching and pimples on my back. The doctor also incorrectly diagnosed me with a hemangioma (a benign tumor made up of blood vessels), which was completely false. I went to my primary care doctor, who confirmed it was just a skin infection and prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up in three days. To make things worse, I later received another bill for $124.99, even though I had already paid everything. I do not recommend this place. I found the experience dishonest and unprofessional.

I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, Melissa and the entire experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Continuing from my recently edited review on 7/2/24:…read more Then she said that I could be seeing the lines because I'm sleeping on my left side (because SHE noticed her "11's" being more pronounced when she slept on her left side). Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
