We called a little last minute and they were able to get all 4 of us at the same time in about an hour. (A lot of places just shuffle you in like cattle and that's so annoying for a "spa" service). Jennifer and another lady took care of me and they were very nice. We chatted and got right into business. I spent $115 (gel + tip + shape "coffin" $5) I asked for round and the manager said it's still a charge + pedicure + extra scrubbing around heel $5 (basic spa$30) I gave a $20 tip. Total $135. This place does do haircut and eye lashes next door. I met a lady today who got her eyelashes done and they looked good. Very natural. Might consider. They have so head spa next door as well. Pretty much all in one. I do plan on going back to get a haircut and blowout. Lady said it starts at $55 even with really long hair. My sister in law yelped this place and she said that this place has a good reviews so we decided to try. Calling for an appointment and we were there from 2pm-4:15 pm. For both pedi and medi. The receptionist is friendly, she asked us to choose the color and choose some for me. I've had my pedi gel color and medi gel colored- French. My sister in law and mother in law got pedi in regular color and medi in gel-French. The tools and the areas are cleaned. We're all got deluxe but my sister told me she didn't get it... so IDK if she got or not? The staffs served us tea, water, and seated us at the massaged chair. Staffs were very quite and Thao was the one who helped me, the other two who helped my mother and sister were Thuy, Kay and Quyen. I like Thao and so does my in laws, they said they will request Thao next time if they want their nails done. I normally paid more on medi and pedi in California so I don't really care how much this place charged me if it sounds reasonable, but because they didn't itemize the the receipts so I minus one star on the reviews. This experience did not live up to expectations. I took my teenage daughter to have our nails done before she went back to school, and we each had a request for what we wanted our nails to look like. We arrived at 6:15 and they said they could do our mani/pedis. They insisted on dips though that wasn't entirely practical for the designs we had chosen, and in the end we spent over 2 hours in the chair. The water for my pedi was cold, the tech tore up our fingers when she aggressively filed, and they were notably irritated that they'd had to stay so long after closing. In the end, mani/pedis for 2 people cost us $250 and I wasn't even thrilled with my end result. It was inconsistent, uneven, and both my daughter and I had at least one crooked nail. We'll certainly take our manicure needs elsewhere in the future. read more

I am not one to usually complain about service or write reviews but wish I could give this rating less than one star. Moving to the area I was excited to find a nail salon close by however I was greatly disappointed by this salon. I walked in and things looked nothing like the picture- chairs were ripped and clinicians tools looked old and dirty. However I tried to assume the best and wish I would have left right away. After my nails were finished, I was overcharged for tips on my toes which I never had applied and by the end of the night already has massive gaps in between my nail and the dip coating which things were starting to get stuck between. I also had a lot of redness and pain near my nail beds and multiple cuts from poor technician work. I have never experienced this at any other salon I had gone to so I then went back to the salon and requested to speak to someone about my experience. After talking to four different people, who I believe was a manager came out and offered me reimbursement via her Venmo. It has now been two weeks and I have yet to receive payment and truly believe, after researching what I was feeling with the pain, swelling, and redness that my nails were infected. I hope to others some money and stress by sharing this experience as they have yet to make it right. read more

I went to this salon yesterday and was disappointed with the service. Before I went to the salon, I thought it was going be bigger place and fantastic service. I was left disappointed and felt rushed. The front desk lady who gave me a drink,was really nice and seem very caring. I went in to get dip powder nails and pedi. I went an hour before closing and it still felt rushed. Was not relaxing and told one price and I get there and they nickel and dime me for everything.... Was told over the phone that dip nails would be 35 and 23 for a pedicure... I get there and it's 40 for dip nails, and get this if I want my cuticles worked on and dead skin around the nail worked on its 5 bucks extra. I have NEVER been changed for something like that. It's always been included and every salon that I've been to. Pedicure was 25 not 23. So in total I spent over 75 dollars and come out with cuts, some bleeding and a crooked nail! It also upset me that all this powder got on my outfit, while others had pillows covering their clothes and me nothing. They never apologize for making me bleed they never apologize for being too rough on me Not coming back, unless they give me a discount or free. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and I was walk in. It was the usual what do you need approach as I was handed a menu. I picked out my pedicure of choice and was assigned my nail tech named Kelly. Once seated I was asked if I'd like a drink while I got me pedicure done, so I got a mimosa. The guy who poured it behind the bar threw the oh bottle up in the air like a real bartender. I smiled and let him know that was pretty cool to see. He said, well you gotta shake the OJ before you pour it. I replied, that's one way of doing it, I'm impressed! He was friendly and courteous. I like my water on the hotter side and Kelly had no issue accommodating me. I started to feel the pedicure was rushed a little bit in the beginning until we got to the massage. Kelly has strong hands and didn't an excellent job on the massage part. Her massage did not disappoint and thank you Lord Jesus because I hate spending money on pedicures and then get a weak massage, isn't that what you're looking forward to the most? :) After my relaxing foot and leg massage it was time to put on the polish and it was put on to my satisfaction. It's mind blowing how many times you have to go back and have them fix the polish because it's all over the place. This was not the case. Kelly took her time and did an excellent job. Being a Cosmetology Instructor it's hard to turn off when you're pampering yourself. I do have high expectations because I do know how things are supposed to go and Kelly superseded those expectations. When it was time to pay there was an older lady handles my ticket. She was pleasant at all, I mean at all. She had a scowled face, didn't ask me how everything was, didn't say thank you after I paid and just looked the other way. My radar says she part owner and that bothers me. You are the last experience your customers have when they leave and to give them an unpleasant one after you've had a great experience was disappointing to say the least. She made me feel like me or money didn't matter. Furthermore, I still booked another appointment with Kelly for toes and Tony for nails because I'm attending a wedding while I'm in town and I know what I'm getting. If I lived here I'd be having a few words with Grumpy smurf at the front desk and that's why I gave this place 4 stars. Customer service in our industry is everything and to be disrespectful to a paying customer is not good for business. We teach that in the Jr room before you even get out onto the floor. So, I will reevaluate the situation upon my next visit with update to this review. read more

He used one hand only to exfoliate/scrub my legs but only did the top, not the bottom or my feet. When it came to the lotion/massage part, I thought I would be in for a treat with his manly hands. I was wrong. He basically just rubbed up and down on my legs for 2 minutes. It was the fastest massage of my life. He also tried several times to use the wrong color nail polish. Terrible customer service, unless you're a regular. They never listen and never seem to understand what you want done on your nails and do things their way instead of your way. They seem to also get upset when you try to tell them to fix things they did wrong. Had to come back to them to fix my eyebrows and upper lip, which they left multiple hairs on. Wouldn't recommend coming here, but if it's convenient to you because of the close proximity, go ahead. Just don't expect decent quality or great customer service. read more
