While relaxation and pampering are nice, I prefer to do therapy that addresses my pain and provide relief. When given the option this evening, I chose the constructive painful path and have NEVER been more grateful for the work and time Nicole put in! After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab.
