Personally, I had a pretty good experience. The combination of Swedish and deep tissue was nice and had good pressure, which I was okay with. I also really liked the hot stone, and they even included some head massage, which I enjoyed. I would've liked a little more time on the foot massage, but overall it was relaxing and worth it. My only complaint was the face rest on the table felt a little sticky, which made me question if it had been cleaned properly. The rest of my group had mixed experiences. One of my friends didn't really enjoy hers because it seemed like her masseuse wasn't very experienced. She had to keep asking for more pressure, and the lower body was almost skipped because most of the focus stayed on the upper body. She left pretty disappointed. She didn't get any stretch that she requested for and even the upper body massage was very disappointing. My other friend also didn't have the best experience either so I do think it really depends on who you get. Out of the four of us, two would rate it a 4/5, one would rate it a 3/5, and one would rate it a 2/5. Overall, I'd say the place has potential, but your experience can vary a lot depending on the therapist. Definitely communicate what you want before/during the massage.

She has a good range as far as pressure, she started out with a light touch and then after checking in with me I let her know that I could handle more pressure and she responded great. For the first 10-15 minutes, I was essentially being massaged through the sheet. Once oil was finally applied, it felt like she was simply spreading oil around rather than actually working on the muscles. I politely asked if she could use a little more pressure. I was immediately told that would require upgrading to a deep tissue massage for an additional charge. I wasn't asking for a deep tissue massage, I was only asking for a normal amount of pressure. There is a huge difference. The massage was so disappointing that I asked to end it early and changed my session from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. To make matters worse, when I explained my experience to the employee at the front desk, who introduced herself as Lily, she smirked and chuckled instead of taking my concerns seriously. That level of unprofessionalism was honestly more frustrating than the massage itself. Whether "Eva" and "Lily" are their real names, I have no idea, but based on my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't. Deep tissue massage is $70. So, she walked back in and started massage. Half way thru stopped massage and asked how big tip would be. Finished massaged. She had brought back NO money from when I gave her the money. After asking for change, she gave me $20 and would NOT given back the other $110 she owed me. I would have given her a generous tip but NOT $110. I won't be back! Be careful if you are reading this review.
