Chiropractic, PT etc etc...my best relief has been Thai massage. I'm at Texas motor speedway for two weeks and was looking for a mobile massage and found Nicole' Coffey on Yelp. While relaxation and pampering are nice, I prefer to do therapy that addresses my pain and provide relief. When given the option this evening, I chose the constructive painful path and have NEVER been more grateful for the work and time Nicole put in! After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel. She is worth traveling here to see and learned some people do. I am so grateful knowing that I found her here on Yelp and what an amazing result! She also refused my tip and went a bit over to be sure to coach me on stretching exercises and address issues SHE would not leave unresolved! Healers and humans like her DO exist and wanted to share my gratitude with fellow Yelpers...

I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. I will be a client for life and cannot recommend Wholistic Body Solutions strongly enough Many thanks to Audrey, Tori and the entire staff. I kept waiting for it to be soothing and relaxing. My daughter had a similar experience. When we checked out, the receptionist asked how our experience was and we said "not great", she said "that's fantastic!", obviously not listening or caring. I had a $95 gc for the $85 massage and I had to ask for the $10 overage to be applied to my daughter's massage. We've both had good experiences with here before but this visit was a complete dud.

One, I was able to sleep like a baby last night and feel like a different person today. I am one who gets massages A LOT, but most of the time is superficial and the relax me for a bit, but don't fix anything. The massage with Amy was completely different, she went at it like a highly skilled surgeon searching for the root cause and addressing it. She used a few different techniques that I didn't have before, plus was smart and efficient using a mix of cupping and massage gun to make best the 90 mins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I would say she is the best in the DFW area, coming from a guy who gets massages at least 2 times per month for fixes, not relaxation mostly.
