They checked on us through the massage for temperature (hot towels/hot rocks) and for the overall toughness of the massage itself. It seems I am the only one who had a bad experience. The room was cold. The oil was cold. She didn't warm it in her hands first. Then she would leave the part she just worked on, uncovered. The face cradle was uncomfortable the whole time. I kept shifting and moving. She never once asked if I was comfortable. She (Jenny) left my arm hanging off the table so long that it fell asleep. Her pressure was good, and her massage skills were fair. I had to fill out the usual questionnaire when I got there. I put a big black X over my face. She did it anyway. Don't ask me to fill out the form if you're not going to look at it. The place gave me a creepy vibe, like maybe there was more going on behind the scenes there. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Won't be coming back. They have upgraded their rooms which is nice but the service is poor now. During my massage, my masseuse literally had the phone on her the whole time and every time it rang she was on it and stopped massaging me and every time a person came into the office she left me TK take care of them. When I did, they didn't have me sign any waivers and just told me to get naked and they would be in a minute. The massage was more of a rub down of oils all over me. The massage was really good but there were times when my masseuse touched my behind way to much with her bare hand and almost touched my crotch a few times. The music would also stop and start and at the end the lady at the desk made me feel bad for the tip I gave, I am a college student and the massage was a gift and I could only afford a $5 tip and the lady said "only $5"! This place really surprised me! I was driving by with my mother and decided to stop and get a quick "PickMeUp" reflexology session, and I'm glad I did. I was very pleased with how clean it was, and how quick they got us in! Pressure for me was perfect! They put a disposable eye mask that warms up over our eyes before they turned us over that had a lovely aroma to it(VERY REALXING) I especially love how they had a small Cold water and a piece of chocolate ready for us afterwards. Great place to get a good massage and since I lived close to Fossil Creek massage it was convenient to go there. I have been there several times, the one hour massage a couple weeks ago was 58.00 a hour now it's 65.00 after leaving a tip it can get kinda expensive. I called from Louisiana after seeing the Special on Groupon. The massage was extremely incredible. And the staff was friendly and respectable however, when we went to exit the storefront we were cornered by the therapist in the lobby. She spoke very little English and other customers were in the process of checking in. I didn't know what she was trying to tell me. I tried to tell her we already paid, but she got even more persistent and began to explain "I DID 90 min for you". She WANTED a tip, which is not professional and she should never corner the customer. Put a jar in your massage room with a sign- Tips greatly appreciated"! People giving tips are normally more generous if the recipient doesn't ask. This behavior needs to be addressed by the owner and then a new policy established and implemented. read more

As someone that has probably had more than a thousand massages in their life, this place is definitely worth the money. I've had very fancy massages at upscale Spa & Resorts as well as hole-in-the-wall cheap Asian massages and everything in between. Typically Asian foot massage "spas" / reflexology locations are a hit or miss. I continue to go because I need very very hard pressure and every time I go to the nice places that are expensive they can never give me a deep enough deep tissue massage. I continue to frequent Asian foot spa massage locations because they massage you for the entire alloted time as well as with the pressure I'm looking for. However, a lot of times at the Foot Spa type locations they do not speak English and what you get is what you get. Fossil Creek Foot Spa is not like that. They speak to you in English and ask for all your request prior to massage. You get water and a piece of chocolate, you get a warm eye mask that is fresh out of the package each time, as well as hot stones used on legs. WELL worth the $40 ($50 after tip) for 70 mins. The head massage definitely helped my migraine! Let's keep this place in business!! read more
