The 2 ladies that worked on us, did a great job and you can tell them how much pressure you want. Will be a regular customer here from now on. Make sure you tip the ladies for all their hard work and great service. Also, not sure if it's the owner or manager but a sweet Asian lady greets you at the front counter. I think she was also caught off guard I knew her language but none the less she was very nice and friendly to me and my gf. Thank you LV MS we appreciate you for getting all those knots out of us haha after a long work week. Sorry no pictures we were tired and after we felt so relaxed, make sure you hydrate after and rest.

Recently went here with a group and we booked one couples massage plus two individual sessions. We…read moreall got a mix of Swedish and deep tissue, and two of us added hot stone and foot massage while the other added stretch session, so everyone ended up having slightly different experiences. Personally, I had a pretty good experience. The combination of Swedish and deep tissue was nice and had good pressure, which I was okay with. I also really liked the hot stone, and they even included some head massage, which I enjoyed. I would've liked a little more time on the foot massage, but overall it was relaxing and worth it. My only complaint was the face rest on the table felt a little sticky, which made me question if it had been cleaned properly. The rest of my group had mixed experiences. One of my friends didn't really enjoy hers because it seemed like her masseuse wasn't very experienced. She had to keep asking for more pressure, and the lower body was almost skipped because most of the focus stayed on the upper body. She left pretty disappointed. She didn't get any stretch that she requested for and even the upper body massage was very disappointing. My other friend also didn't have the best experience either so I do think it really depends on who you get. Out of the four of us, two would rate it a 4/5, one would rate it a 3/5, and one would rate it a 2/5. Overall, I'd say the place has potential, but your experience can vary a lot depending on the therapist. Definitely communicate what you want before/during the massage.

Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.

I've been here multiple times. Mostly by myself. It's an elevated foot spa at best. They've asked…read moreme to write reviews for them the last couple times but I never did mainly because they ask for 5 stars. I think at best I would rate them 3 stars. However this last visit I would rate 1 star and this is the one I'm going to speak of. This will explain what I mean when I say an "elevated foot spa". I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. I booked it same day and they said they had availability. When we got there, they said it would be 10 mins which was past the appt time but Offered us champagne and chocolate. They put us in a room where we were together. About 15 mins into my massage? The woman that was massaging me took a phone call- while she was massaging me. Apparently she was the receptionist. And then she left the room to look at the schedule for the person who was calling. So that was very annoying- During our couples massage!!!. So not only did that happen once but then a little more than half way thru- someone knocked on the door and she opened it (while my husband and I were half naked on the tables) and had a conversation with someone. Another woman came in and started massaging me- she was different and actually soooo much better! But then about 5 mins later- the receptionist woman returned, they switched and it was awful again. I offer a lot of grace typically but this was not what we wanted nor paid for. I left pretty upset but didn't say anything because the language barrier was too much. I used to come here once a month and understood that I got what I paid for... but I think I'm done this time. $280 later and I'm bent out of shape not relaxed. And also woke up this morning back is sore and have what feels like a crick in my left shoulder.
